At first, I thought this was going to be a good experience. I was wrong. I have had nothing but issues since I have moved here. In a years time, I had the maintenance people fixing issues at least 5 different times. My carpet was new, but very cheap. No padding under the carpet and areas are coming unseamed. Car wash never works. The gym is a joke, missing many free weights. Trash piles up all the time with people setting furniture and other items outside that should not be there. Too many people coming in and out that don't belong, and it is a gated community. There are a lot of children here, which is fine. I don't complain because kids will be kids. However, there are many people that live here without children and they seem to have nothing better to do but to call about noise which 9 out of 10 times are caused by kids having fun. Not happy living here what so ever!!!

i chose this apartment complex because it seemed safe and clean, even though it cost more than other local complexes; have had very few issues with bugs (some roaches come out of the heating ducts and plumbing after a resident moves out of the building); have not had any security issues or problems with laundry or pool etc

The Villas at Newnan Crossing is an exceptional apartment complex. The staff is professional and easy to work with. The facilities and the grounds are kept in superior condition at all times. You can tell the staff is concerned and wants the complex to stand out among all others. Sucurity is exceptional and there is very little tolerance for nonsense or troublemakers. Issues seldom arise but they are extinguished quickly and permanently when they do occur.

I really like the community and the staff are great. I feel the price of rent is rather high but I'm also close to family. Shopping is convenient . I'm in a good school district and my kids enjoy the area as well....parking can be sometimes aggravating due to lack of space.

This is a great place to live. It is quiet and everyone is friendly. It is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, good, and entertainment. The access to I 85 is incredible. I have no complaints about the villas at newnan crossing. Best apartment complex I have live in.

This community has beautiful landscaping just like in the photos! It is perfectly located in the center of everything, making it easy to stay close to home while still having a variety of places to go. Most importantly, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love calling this place home!

Best experience with an apartment so far-- my expectations were low, but I've been blown away by the office and mantainence staff! Neighbors are friendly without being obnoxious. The walls are surprisingly thick, too. Great place to live.

Clean grounds, people are polite, it's quiet, request are completed in a timely base, the people in the are polite especially Teressa always smiling and willing to heilp. Never had to complain about anything since we've lived here. I liked the trees and flowers in the summer, it's so pretty. We've enjoyed the pool area, I en joy the service office when I go used the computer having cookies, candies, coffee, etc.

my experience has been less than enjoyable unfortunately would not refer anyone here. I just recently had a fall and was informed that this company was not liable. I had mold in my previous apt the management did move us but I feel one of my dogs got ill from the mold and died and my dog I have now I feel has residual effects due to the mold. MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAS BEEN AWFUL!!

Office staff as well as maintenance staff are so professional and kind. The grounds are very nicely kept up. The only thing that needs to be improved the stairway coming from parking lot up needs lighting. The stairway is steep and needs to be lit.

There was a leak in our bathroom sink. We put in a work request, immediately they send someone. With in a day the problem was taken care. We are so happy. Everything works great now. We are glad to be here.

I haven't had any trouble with the maintenance not being done correctly or slow. it is done fast n neat. I would like to see a note of what was done and it was done while I was gone. I don't have 200 characters to explain since I had roach problems when I first moved in but after the over head apt was avactuated I haven't seen one.

we have enjoyed our time here. I wish people could not smoke at the pool or play their own music there were residents that brought a lot of guests or took up whole areas including the grills that made the experience at the pool unpleasant sometimes, I would prefer someone be on duty there so that they could not move all the furniture to one area or things like that. also the pool got pretty green at times this summer and could of been vacuumed more often but all in all we really enjoy it at the Villas and I would recommend it.
