It is a nice place to live. There is good access to public transport, the gym on the property is nice, and there is another within a 5 minute walk from it, and the clear cut creek trail right next to the property is great for running biking and walking.

This has been the perfect place to live with our dog. Friends for him everywhere along with a dog park and dog waste stations scattered around. Maintenance staff are also very timely and well-mannered. Workout room isn't anything to write home about but it's definitely a nice touch to have. Can't go wrong with the free coffee machine too!

I enjoy living at Aspire - they always address any issues that have come up in my apartment, and always super nice and courteous. Outside areas are always kept clean and are enjoyable to bring my dog on walks. It's just a nice place to relax after a busy work day, something that's much needed!

It's been so easy to live here. My husband I are so grateful for the office and maintenance staff for always being prompt and doing whatever they can to prevent issues. I feel safe and happy living here.

Apartments are small but spacious, perfect for a college student. Bus transportation is very easy to use. Community is very safe, I like that you can only open the doors with your ID card. I also like that the community is pet friendly (you can note in your lease application whether or not you want to live with a pet).

Great location for grad school, easy commute, the residents are friendly as well as the staff within the clubhouse, the gym is a nice area, and complex puts on fun activities in the evening which is very nice of them!

the overall community is nice, there is good access to public transportation but there are no nearby stores which is annoying. Also, the apartment had some issues in move-in that is still not fixed to this day

We were put into a difficult position with a previous lease and needed somewhere to stay on very short notice. The office staff was immensely helpful and wanted to ensure we would have a home on such short notice. They worked everything out very quickly and helped us so much with the move in process.

It's a nice apartment. The community is pretty quiet, and it seems to be well-maintained. The front desk staff is helpful. They have ample study spaces if you don't want to study in your room, a gym, a patio and grill, and more. They also have a specific bus stop, which is super helpful if you attend the university.

It has been great, welcoming, safe, and nice. However, it was hard to move-in to the apartment halfway through our orientation week. I had to stay in and pay for a hotel prior to moving in so I wish that was different.

I found the apartment neat, clean, spacious, secure, and reasonable cost. As a single person, I found it is a better option for me to opt for Aspire. I can access cambus which will take me the University and hospitals. That's what I care.

So far, I am please with the community. My apartment was different than i expected because it is designed for a disabled person. We were upset at first, but we are working around the issues and purchasing things to make it more efficient for us. The staff seem nice and helpful, I like how the bus comes to the community, the park for my kids, the walking areas, and it's not very noisy.

I was recommended this apartment by many in my graduate program. They seem to have no problems after move in. However the move in process was excruciating. Was told that I could not move in until after my program started, and was barely given any information about the property at move in. Hallways are filthy. Inside apartment is ok. Lots of great natural lighting. Walls/ceilings are incredibly thin. You will hear every footstep and door close around you. It's fine for temporary graduate housing.

The maintenance staff were not kind to my animal. They left my cat in a locked room with no food, water, or litter for twelve hours after fixing the air conditioning. She tried so hard to escape that there was blood on the door.
