The grounds are constantly muddy, doggy bags are never replaced, and management is unorganized. Maintenance is helpful and our neighbors are friendly. Parking is limited. Our apartment is not updated and most appliances and faucets are rusted.

Nickel and dime you on tons of random "fees" every month. Dog stations are never maintained or stocked properly even after bringing it to their attention. They talk about their residents behind their backs. The neighbors are great though. The community as a whole is pretty clean unless you go to the very back. Forced to pay for a garbage service weather you use it or not. The garbage service uses the one and only compactor to dispose of the garbage so if you have extra garbage you don't even have space to throw it out yourself. You can't dispose of anything large IE couches or beds. You pay a pest control fee but the ants are HORRIBLE Inside the home.I could go on and on. Not overall worth the price.

The service has decreased since companies changed. They garbage is constantly overflowing. They do not restock any of the pet waste bags that are set up across the whole complex. Service requests sometimes take multiple requests. Would not recommend.

All I can say is that after changing the management company the quality of the community dropped significantly. There is always trash laying around, dog's waste unpicked on the grass, never has poop bags on the stations and the trash can are always full and smelly. Also, the dumpster is always full and very dirty. Finally, the maintenance takes way more time to come. We are very disappointed.

The Aventine North is a very family friendly apartment complex. It has a very nice dog park and areas to walk with beautiful scenery. The neighborhood is quiet and residents friendly . Extremely polite and helpful office staff

The grounds are kept nicely sometimes. The area has become unsafe, and so many issues with the apartment. I only wish there was an option for ZERO stars for certain staff members. They need training on good customer service.

The complex is very quiet and clean (except for the trash compactor area). The maintenance team is great and very responsive! My biggest complaint is how much I can smell what my neighbors are smoking through my walls. Not great to wake up to the smell of weed in the morning. But overall, a great place to live!

Well being here for around 10 yrs 3-4 different managing companies its been a little different every time. Some would listen and work with you, some would pretend to listen. There has been quit a bit of gradual upgrades to the complex which were needed and appreciated. The front office staff and maintenance have been above average and then some and so has my experiece.

It's very quiet, clean, has a beautiful clubhouse and pool area as well as other amenities. Very nice clean gym. The valet garbage service is wonderful. Great maintenance team. The townhouse style apartments are beautiful. I really love it here.

The apartment is ok. It is beautiful however I have had a few problems with the unit including heating, water, the fridge and stove. The maintenance team has come out each time to help which has been amazing its just been a little frustrating. The new management team however has made a huge difference!

Excellent staff and neighbors but pricing can be a bit expensive. Great amenities but still overpriced. Maintenance staff is friendly and quick. Parking is first come first serve so if you work later hours you might have to park far from your complex which is unfortunate during the winter season and late at night.

Overall great just rent prices are higher then neighborhood rental Appartments. It would be amazing if rent went little down. So many of frnds want to move here but they can't because of veryhigh rents.

I am overall satisfied with the community, however since the new management has taken over it takes maintenance way longer to complete service requests. In addition to that, we should keep our surroundings clean and not throw trash in front of our buildings, however some residents do that which is unfair to other residents and needs to be taken care of somehow. Who is going to pick up the trash that my upstairs neighbor is throwing over his balcony in front of mine?

It's good so I keep living here. Love my apartment and my neighbors. There is a dog park and a committed maintenance staff which is friendly and efficient. It's the perfect size and they full sized washer and dryer are a blessing.

I love the community! However, people with dogs really need to clean up after their pets I cannot comprehend not picking up the poop, when poop bags are provided. I don't like the in-service trash pick-up, as the entrance to our apartment smells like a trash dump that I clean frequently. Lastly, there is a resident who drive a truck. He leave for what I presume is his job at 01:00 a.m. When he turns on the truck, the sound from it is so loud that it can wake you out of your sleep. Then he lets the loud truck truck idle for several minutes. When he drives off, again the sound is so loud that the trunk on he has is revved up to the point where it is so loud that you can hear the drive as it goes down Eola. Somehting needs to be done!

My experience at this community has been very pleasant. What we love about our apartment are the high ceilings, the huge kitchen, and the great natural lighting. It's a quite community to live, very peaceful.

The service from management has been very satisfactory and maintenance has been very good to me. There are community events pretty often and people help each other on the apartment forum. My main concerns are people not picking up after their dogs. I, too, have a dog and I'm constantly worried that when I walk past another dog's droppings that people will think it was mine. Neighbors can sometimes be loud, but that's not really the apartment's fault. Overall a pretty good place to live, excellently located, and the refurbished apartments are nice.

Moving from Chicago for work and signed a lease after the tour. Quiet area, safe and private. Everything's close by. Apartments are spacious and cozy. It's nice having a 24/7 gym so close by. Neighbors minds their business but are nice and polite if you run into them.

Overall my experience has been pleasant. There were issues with the condition of the apartment when I first moved in, specifically with the amount of insects in the unit and the water temperature. But that was fixed fairly quick. There was some issues with the insulation. But otherwise it's been pleasant.

So far so good since my move in in February, the only problem has been the water line froze up on my washer and was without that for a few weeks, but there is not a long you can really do about that when it gets so cold.

This is a Great place, the maintenance is mostly done within the next day of submitting the request. The amenities are conveniently accessible and very well maintained. The landscape is maintained at all times.

The pool is fun glad they changed the garbage it was a mess before. The package area could use some work the packages are never in the correct area. Maintenance is good they respond quickly. Maybe a cookout one a month with burgers and dogs.

I have had a wonderful experience since I moved in. Anything that I have requested has been taking care of. I would have to say the only thing that needs to change is the communication in the leasing office.
