Apartment is really nice. The office staff is amazing but I will say but the short time I've been here parking is definitely an issue and it seems they just let anybody move in because with the way that the people here seem to treat the community it does not give off luxury apartment vibe.

Clean and staff is so kind. Property is well taken care of and quiet. Dog friendly with multiple spots near all buildings for bathroom potty time and lots of walking area within and right outside of the complex. Great community!

Newly opened apartments with nice amenities. The office doesn't answer the phones but they do answer emails. Neighbors can be noisy but that's apartment living. Lived here for almost year. No real issues.

This complex is like nothing I had experienced or expected to find. Luxury style, decorations, high quality equipment, superb staff, attentive to detail, friendly, incredibly efficient. The maintenance team are just like neighbors, efficient, respectful and friendly!

I like that the apartments are brand new. We've had little to no issues with new appliances. Apartment complex is smoke free but the smell of smoke is often present outside. Some neighbors are extremely loud revving cars in the middle of the night and driving 60 mph around the complex.

Quite community and the neighborhood is really nice. The apartment is good spacious. I would suggest this community to anyone who is looking for a change and quite neighborhood. I hope this helps you!

Great community- keep the place in tip top shape. Enjoy living here. I feel safe and secure. The staff in the leasing office is one of the best I have experienced. Good area too - close to everything- shopping , etc.

Don't live here unless you like hearing everything footsteps from your upstairs neighbors. Do you like gaps in the weather stripping where you can see the window lining? Do you like bugs and dirty common areas? Then this is the place for you.

Caroline Ahaus is best. She is best. She is best that's why we have chosen this apartment. My apartment number is 6333 in building 6 on 3rd floor. She is best. She assisted very well that is the only reason we have chosen this apartment.

This community has been pretty good so far. It's on the newer side so it's slowly begun to fill up more with residents. There are nice sidewalk paths to enjoy around the community. I'd recommend Arlo Apartments.

I am always impressed with the maintenance team and how quickly they respond to any concerns in the apartment. Their efficiency truly stands out, and they consistently demonstrate great skill in everything they do. Beyond their work ethic, they are also incredibly kind and respectful, which makes every interaction pleasant. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that whenever something needs attention, we can trust the maintenance team to handle it promptly and with care. We never have to worry about getting things fixed because their dedication and reliability always shine through. We genuinely appreciate all the hard work they put in every day.

Although my mom and I did have to wait for our tour because the attendant was helping another person, she was very communicative and nice, making the experience very good. She made us feel welcome and was very honest about any questions asked, love it!

I have never lived in an apartment and office staff be so nice and caring! The apartment is breath taken with walking trails a pool and grills! The only thing is getting inland out of the building if you have a wheelchair the heavy doors make it hard to get in and out of the building.

Everything has been excellent. I had a problem with a water leak and the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the office and maintenance staff. Not sure why you make me enter 200 characters in a review though.

I moved into Arlo in 2024 after selling my home. I was looking to downsize and be free from the cost and responsibility of home maintenance for a while. After living here for the past year, I have decided to renew my lease. The community is friendly and welcoming, the staff and maintenance crew are always very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Things have been wonderful so far. The space is gorgeous and the staff and maintenance team have been very helpful and thorough. Anything that wasn't functional has already been fixed and I've felt very supported during my move in process.

Overall it's been a nice experience. I just have a loud neighbor underneath me that plays their music way too loud in the mornings, but other than that, it's been fine. Coffee machine seems to always be broken which is not ideal.

Arlo Apartments are simply beautiful. The outside of the buildings are modern and striking with secure access to each building. The apartments are updated and well designed. The closets are absolutely huge. All in all, Arlo is a top-tier living space.
