Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet. I really love the location and the amenities provided. Parking is super easy and I never have to fight for a spot or park far away.

Property is always super clean and neighbors are extremely friendly. The amenities are also another plus from the resort style pool to the walking trails that lead around the pond. Highly recommend if you are looking for a luxury style "Home".

The office staff is helpful and answers all questions. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable. The maintenance crew comes pretty timely if there was an issue. Very nice apartments. We would definitely live here again. We have enjoyed our time here.

The community is nice and quiet so far. Maintenance responds on time and answers promptly to request. Move in was easy but it would be nice if trolleys were proved to help get up stairs. It's close to tons of grocery stores and restaurants.

I've really enjoyed my experience living in this apartment community. The location is incredibly convenient?right near I-65, which makes getting to downtown Indianapolis quick and easy. It's also just minutes away from several grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, and other everyday essentials. The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the amount of space you get. Maintenance has always been timely, and I've noticed great improvements since I first moved in, like the addition of parcel lockers, a service request portal, and better communication overall. The area feels safe and is perfect for walks. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very great staff, beautiful looking community appearance plus atmosphere. Nice neighbors throughout complex, plenty of brand new up to date amenities. Very convenient parking lot layout a lot of parking space near all the buildings.

We moved into Arlo apartments while we were transitioning on finding a new home when we originally signed our lease we were told that if we want to terminate our lease that we signed for a year, it would be a month and a half rent due to get out of our lease. After going through two or three other leasing managers were now being told that it's gonna be $3600 to terminate our lease. We wish that they were all on the same page with the process.

I absolutely love it here. It's a beautiful community and I love amenities. The walking path with two ponds on one side and woods on the other is perfect. It's close enough to everything you need, but far enough to get out of the hustle and bustle.

We moved into this complex temporarily while we are having our new house built. We chose this area because it was new and it is located close to work. Everyone from the office to the maintenance staff have been professional and courteous in our interactions. The community is very friendly and the grounds are meticulously maintained.

I don't won't to provide any addition comments. I have nothing to say. Quality isn't the best, repeated issues with washed/dryer, took over a week and me calling twice to get my dryer replaced. Overall, I'm not impressed, especially for the price I pay.

Since I moved to Arlo Apartments I've been having the best time. Great location with options of groceries stores within a 5 minutes driving distance. The only bad about its location is that is not within walking distance from anything really.

I am currently wondering if my lease ends in May or August. I have a senior at FC and may is the month of graduation. I do not feel that paying extra to stay through aug is appropriate. I may have missed some "fine print" but would not have willingly signed for only 12 months as this doesn't finish the school year

Arlo is an amazing community to live in. My parented and I are young professionals and we feel like the community has welcomed us with open arms. The amenities are great, the pool is amazing in the summer, and overall the rent is a great deal for everything you are getting.

So far great besides the residents not picking up after dogs especially in the back well really every where residents are not picking up how ever sometimes the dog trash bins bags are empty but it's your responsibility as a dog owner other than that I love it here

Quiet, safe, great amenitities, issues are resolved quickly, appliances are new, pond views are nice, nice sidewalk trail to walk or kids ride their bikes, nice office staff, plenty of parking, key fob entry.

I like the building security. You must have a key fob to access building so no strangers can knock on my door. My front door is not accessible to strangers. Grounds are attended to and kept clean and trash free. My garage is spacious.

Great so far. Everyone has been very nice and any issues have been quickly resolved. It's a beautiful community and convenient to work. There are many things I am still learning as I moved in during transition with management, but I'm figuring things out.
