It started out being a very nice, clean place to live. As the time went on they seemed to allow all types of rifraf into the apartments. But now it is awful. Hallways were recarpeted but now dirty again. People were leaving their trash cans in the hallway. Teens drop all kinds of trash and just leave it there. They also have weed in their apartment and it drifts into other apartments and that is not fair. Tenants also have barbecue grills outside near the garage doors. It is very unsafe. Mice were in garages.

I was told I would get a garage and didn't get the one that was offered due to false info on website and false advertisement in my welcome package. The offer in welcome package was $25 cheaper. Was given the option to select a garage on the other side of the complex at full price. It made no sense to park my car and walk to my apartment a mile away. A month after moving in the apartment under me was broken into from someone climbing to the second floor and busting screen to get in. Very scary by the way. Water and trash bill is not on your bill monthly. It will double up and randomly charge you in a different month. Makes no sense and is inconsistent. Packages are not delivered to your door. They get sent back to warehouses or you have to hope they will leave them at the front office. People on the second floor sound like they are on the fourth floor and there is no fourth floor.

This is one of the worst managed complexes I have ever lived in. The quality of units and the level of service by the management team is not worth the price by any means. Constantly I and my neighbors are disappointed and dread living here.

Convenient location with decent units and the right amenities: pool, workout facility, garages and valet trash. Work orders are handled very quickly, but I've had too many issues for just 6 months as a resident.

Rent has increased more than 21% in one year. I pay over $30 a month for someone to occasionally take my trash out. And this place has become the hood. Now the doors of the hallway are access only so when I get sick and need to order doordash because I cant leave, my food must be left outdoors. There is no security and when I reported a break in, I got NO RESPONSE from the front office. I pay $14,000 a year for 700 sqft of living space. ??

I love the upgrades to the apartment and also love the staff. I Would like our door entry to the apartment to be fixed. It has yet to be done since being promised to be fixed once we became a security entry apartment but has yet to be fixed. New maintenance can be better.

Parking is complicated, I have more than 1 vehicle but can only get 1 parking sticker, also, it's like I can't have company due to limited visitor spots. Not having the money order option to pay the rent is complicated. The tidiness of the complex is so/so. My neighbors can't figure out the valet rules and schedule for some reason, so the hall stinks. I absolutely love MY apartment unit, just wish the appliances were updated, considering we pay 2K a month,

I have been happy, but unhappy after the 2nd lease I signed and no longer was the complementary painting or just conscessions offered were no longer offered. Mind the rent went up....understandable, but the Valet Trash has went up $15 which makes no sense. Renovation was implemented, but honestly the exterior is quite embarrassing. That should've been done while renovation was ongoing. Other than that I have seen turnover and still impacted by the loss of Iva. I still recollect that evening. I also hope that Tony is given his upmost appreciation because he was the only maintenance technician for the whole property when I moved in March 2020. He goes up and beyond and it's rewarding to him by his dedication that I couldn't fathom the duration that he withstood and still displays the passion that's proven his professionalism concurrently. As I have to rate below is the quiet aspect....until the new neighbors moved in Sept 1...5 stars...but I've been miserable and my comfortable peace has been impacted to the point I've called the Police and also reported to the office several times. Gretchen has been reactive and empathetic.

Still waiting on a refund for renter's insurance that was forced upon me when I had "accepted" insurance when I moved in. Due to the lacking in the office, I was allowed to move in with my renter's insurance, but after an audit found out the policy listed a different address for the community, I was charged for unnecessary insurance. I've been dealing with this since June. I just need this resolved, my money returned, and to be left alone. I've worked as a community property manager and would not have allowed this to continue going on. The property needs to be cleaned, there is garbage everywhere. No one is held responsible for cleaning up the walkways, around the under-sized dumpster, so why should residents care when management doesn't.

Apartments are very nice and well kept. The maintenance team is also very competent and work in a timely fashion. However the price does not match the area. Lots of crime across the street. Do not feel comfortable walking in this neighborhood.

By this being my first time living by myself I love my two bedroom apartment it has the space that I was looking for and the cleanliness of the property I love and I would do it all over agin and tell someone else about the property I would do so in a heartbeat and also I would like to let people know how nice the staff is and especially the leasing manager I really adore her she is so nice and helpful agin I want to say thanks to the Bayview community

The office staff is always so nice and accommodating..anytime I have a question or a need they are always quick to respond. Also, the maintenance guys are the best! They keep the pool area clean and open when possible.

My experience at Bayview Club has been up and down. My rental car was towed, neighbors are routinely rude and there was a murder in the building across from mine that was quite unnerving. Also, the potholes needs to be fixed.

I love my apartment 10/10 but I can say the area has gotten pretty bad. Lake castleton has a shooting everyday seems like which makes it hard to sleep. I also wish I was able to access the gym 24/7 not just during office hours I feel like I'm not able to use my amenities at all.

It has been a bitter sweet experience. The management is very helpful and my view is great! But the bitter is beginning to Out weigh the sweet. My pipes stink! I never know when trash valet is coming. I really hate that my guest have to park 1/4 mile away and if not they get towed. You should offer one guest parking per apartment.

My experience has been okay. When I moved in there was a weird smell in my apartment and put in multiple maintenance orders to fix it and they somewhat did but not fully. There is also a strong smell of marijuana within my building that can be smelt in my apartment.

Evelyn and I still enjoy our 2bdrm, den and 2full ba unit; the unit is spacious and comfortable. We continue to have issues with our bathtubs and the hallway carpeting. I see you're beginning to replace the carpet in April. That's encouraging!! We understand the renovation project has residual fallout and I have confidence in the management team addressing them.

To sum it up in one phrase, "I'm moving". The apartment looks okay on the surface but the little things matter. The neighbors let their pets urinate and poop in the common areas including on the walls of the building. The noise level from other apartments is unbearable due to the very thin insulation on the walls and ceilings. The management and maintenance team are subpar at best.

It's ok. The maintenance team is really good. My appliances are out dates but some units are updates. Visitor parking is terrible but all in all it's decent. They are overpriced. I love how the apartments look like homes.
