I'll pass
I lived here for a year and I did not care for the place at all. You could hear everything through the paper thin walls and there were bad bug problems. The office had an exterminater come spray twice but I guess they didn't do the other apartments because the problem was never fixed. When stuff broke matnience was slow at best to fix, and when they did it was only half done right. I agree with the first comment totally. I noticed alot of the same problems. On the plus side the apartment is fairly large compared to other apartments in that price range. Other than that and the few paid utlities they can kept it.

Love it here
The apartments are very nice and spacious, staff is very helpful. The water pressure here is AWESOME!!!!!! Noise is very minimal. I don't know who made that first opinion but I must disagree with them completely. It is definately worth living here. Make sure to check all plumbing and walls and electrical outlets beforehand and there will be no problems!

nice place to live ????
I DON´T ABOUT THE PERSON WHO REVEIWED IN AUG. ITS A PRETTY NICE PLACE TO LIVE. ON EXEPTANCE TO SOME PEOPLE. THEY LET THERE DOG RUN ALL OVER THE GROUNDS WITHOUT A LEASE. POOPING ALL OVER THE YARD AND NOT PICKING IT UP LIKE THERE SUPOSED TO.MAINTANCE DOES A GREAT JOB FOR ONLY BEING TWO OF THEM AND HAVING THREE PROPERTIES TO TAKE CARE OF. SOUNDS LIKE SOME PEOPLE NEED TO BE PATIENT.

not a very good place to live
The apartments are falling apart. There are boards under carpet that are loose when you walk. Don´t expect to shower and not get scalded. If a neighber flushes thier tiolet or runs thier water you will get burned. The pipes are all rusted so the water usually isn´t drinkable. A sewage pipe broke in the basement under our apartment, matnience didn´t fix it for a month. We smelled, well lets just say it wasn´t roses we were smelling. The electric outlets often short out. There are spiders, silverfish and fleas bad! You can hear everything that goes on in other apartments. Also managment is very noosey and quick to blab your buisness. Also it is really hard to get them to replace anything. our cabinets and shower is dry rotted. There was a leak upstairs and dry rotted our ceiling and wall, they wouldn´t fix it they just painted over it. We have cracked windows that they wouldn´t fix. I could go into alot of other problems I and other tenants I know have had, but take my advice and don´t rent here. It is way to pricey for what you get.
