Bandaid approach
The maintenace people seem to come and go.<br>*Don't get too comfy, Tyler. Besides, you get low pay.<br><br>If you call them after hours, they use the bandaid approach and the problem returns.<br><br>The basements have mold. It is also in the ventilation system.<br><br>The townhouses are magnets to spiders, beetles, and roaches.<br><br>There are many vacancies here. People usually finish out their lease, and leave.<br><br>They have many plumbing problems, including toilets that run, and leaks.<br><br>You can find better elsewhere.<br><br>

BEWARE
5 leaks in my townhome. Lived there for two years, never fixed. Pluming broke, tore a big hole in our back yard, three weeks after it broke. Agree with previous report, streetside has no parking or lighting.

Overall VERY HIGH
Have lived here over almost two years. <br> <br>The Maintenance staff have been VERY punctual with our repairs ( usually no longer than a day ) <br> <br>The Management staff are VERY friendly and understanding. Willing to work with you and always polite. <br> <br>I have recommended this complex to several friends and relatives looking...two have moved in here as well. <br> <br>MY ONLY COMPLAINT....on occasion you can smell cigarette smoke from the neighboring townhouses ´filtering´ into the upstairs...annoying! <br> <br>

Really needs help
*the hot water heater was broken...3 months to fix <br> <br>*water main broke. Tore up concrete patio. Took 1 month to fix. 2 days w/o water. <br> <br>*cigarette smoke through the vents to all apts. I was told I was imagining it. <br> <br>*Maintenence guy used his key before ringing the bell and walked in on me in bed. Wasn´t even apologized to. <br> <br>*when you live streetside, there isn´t any assigned parking and no outside lighting.
