Convenient location near coffee shops' restaurants and the main publiclp library. Very walkable. Most places in town are within a 15 minute drive. This includes the Wichita airport. Fast and reliable reat maintenance!

This is a safe community conveniently locate near Delano. It does look a little rough due to construction and overall wear and tear. The staff is really helpful and the amenities like the dog spa and pool are nice.

So far it's been great. The community is very safe and quiet. The leasing office staff are wonderful. They maintain the club house and common areas really well. My only suggestion would be to add a common code to access the gates after 5 PM for food delivery and Uber rides.

Do not move here. The building has been in disrepair for over a year. When moving in I was told that it would be repaired within 6 months. It has not been touched. Additionally the area is not safe, there have been multiple domestic violence issues as well as an alleged murder a few doors down from my own unit. Also, there are drug deals on the top of the parking garage on a regular basis. Finally, i asked for a 6 month lease when moving in and was given a year lease in an obvious bait and switch tactic. I will not be resigning.

Great location, amenities and staff! It is especially close to my workplace and the downtown core so I can walk a tremendous amount if I want. I highly recommend to anyone who is considering moving around within or relocating to Wichita.

Was great up until everything went under construction about two months after I moved in. It has since been two years, and those problems are still under repair with no updates to the community on when they will get resolved.

An exciting start to our lives living downtown. After pealing back the reality that was our community. There was a noticeable decline in care and useful amenities, so much so that we felt we had been cheated out of our comfortable living experience.

Not applicable, no thank you. I have not been happy with this apartment complex. It is under construction that has no foreseeable date to be completed. Like It literally is in scaffolding and no work has been done to it. People party and peel out on top of the parking deck at all hours of the night. My balcony is literally falling off the back of my apartment.

So far I've loved living at River Vista - would definitely recommend if moving in to get a cover parking spot cause the open parking can be limited at times. One major flaw is that the entry gate require you to scan a fob or put in your code - which isn't the best when it's raining. Would've preferred a garage door opener to open the gate.

We've been happy here at our apartment. However, last summer const started and still is not done. Our deck is still not supposed to be used. There are braces holding up areas or supporting in several stairwells and near the pool entrance.

River Vista has been a great place to live! The location in Wichita is perfect, the staff are great, and the rooms/amenities are very nice! The few (minor) maintenance issues that I have had were responded to and fixed very promptly. I would absolutely recommend River Vista to someone looking for a safe and affordable apartment in Wichita.

The gates seem to always have issues so it is not as secure. Someone tried to steal my husband's motorcycle out of the parking garage in Sept. The rules don't seem to be enforced. We have a dog and always pick up her poop but we have watched several other owners not even bother.

Honestly my experience here has been both good and bad. The change of management has created a very different dynamic within the community (at least for me), and the rent is absolutely not worth it. Lack of security, amenities don't always work, etc. and the promises made by prior management have not been fulfilled (which was part of the reason I signed a lease in the first place). A plus is that the maintenance team is AMAZING and deserve 6 out of 5 stars .

Old management was great, can certainly tell a difference with new management and their style. Building is not maintained for the price we pay for a "luxury" community. Stairwell D has been closed for 2 months for "maintenance" and has been pretty inconvenient. The outside walkways on floors 2-4 look terrible (near pool), have also been under maintenance for quite some time. For the price, again, a bit ridiculous. Have had experiences with condescending staff. Lastly - there was an attempted theft of a motorcycle in the garage on 8/5. I only knew about this because I saw the aftermath in the garage and talked to the owner of the motorcycle. Somebody was scoping our garage out, got in either piggybacking the gate or with a code, all of this in broad daylight! Not once did RiverVista send a note to residents about this. Absolutely ridiculous!! I walk in and out of the garage by myself daily and so do others. At the bare minimum we deserve to know this for our safety. A simple note letting residents know this happened, lock doors/hide valuables, you're working with authorities, watch out for suspicious activity etc. Anything would've been better than nothing. I'm not proceeding to renew my lease and know others who've elected to do the same.

I have absolutely loved River Vista! The people and community atmosphere are what make this place home. The shared community area downstairs is the perfect place for us to celebrate and enjoy each other's company. The property is well taken care of and is extremely clean. Our property managers Cody and Jenna both respond to resident needs in a timely manner and know all residents by name! Truly this place has made my transition to Wichita so much easier.

Overall, I like the community. The complex seems to cater to a certain group of young men that I am not particular fond of (see: the multitude of "saturdays are for the boys" flags). The ones directly above us throw frequent parties but it doesn't bother me too much. Overall we love it here!

Best in town!

Doesn't matter what the topic is, River Vista is the greatest! From the awesome staff to the views or even the construction of the facility with regard to not hearing neighbors, this place is the best in town. Of course, the downtown location can't be beat for activities, especially River Fest. Definitely recommend too anyone!!

Love the apartment, location and view. Recently the dog park is a mess. I'd also like to see the outside hallways cleaned occasionally. Love the events put on by the staff- nice touch. Like to see the water fountain up and running.

The community location is great. The apartment interiors are well done. But I cannot recommend living here. My bike was stolen from my storage unit. I'm currently listening to every footstep of my upstairs neighbor and sound echos through the floor. It really appears like they invested money into a place that looks good but failed to put any sort of floor underlayment to stop sound transmission. Otherwise its a great community of young professionals.

Great Community and Location

River Vista creates an excellent community for its residents. Management is friendly and they host monthly events and contests. The location is great for events hosted on the river or nearby in Delano and at the Riverfront stadium.
