I found the community to be very clean and well kept, the apartment seemed very spacious as well. I look forward to hearing back from someone as soon as s possible . The pool area was really well kept as well.

So far so good. The only thing I don't like is that when you try to make a first payment and the middle of the month payment, the staff are started giving you a notice thinking that you can't afford payment of the place.

Love this community there are a lot of wonderful caring and loving tenants that live here. Some who I have become great friends with and maybe for the rest of my life .Love the grounds how well kept it is and the beautiful flowers in the summer time ,of which we have won for best flowers a few years ago .Management also have get together for kids or adults where we gather and enjoy each other company and share refreshments and food.

I'm new there but it is clean and quiet so far. Dan in the office onsite is extremely helpful. This property does not fee you to death like others. Although I am new as a renter, the property is kept clean and the landscape is welcoming.

The complex is very clean, and staff is kind and friendly. The grounds are always maintained, and since I moved in eight months ago. I've met many kind neighbors who make you feel right at home. It very peaceful outside and gym is always clean.

Had been here for 3 years until I had an issue with smoking that was getting into my apartment, so I decided to take another apartment down the hall which turned out better. The maintenance is excellent as well as management.

The community is OK. I think there needs to be a better vetting process. There seems to be more sketchy people there then when I first moved in. There were a few situations, but were handled by staff.

Ever since I moved into Lynnfield Commons I have been impressed at the speed of which they handled things. From leasing to getting maintenance done they have all been done professionally and quickly. I love my apartment and I would recommend anyone to live here if they wanted a really convenient and comfortable place to live!

The management there, so professional I love the neighbors, the ground people take very good care of the grounds I love having a swimming pool outdoor grills just the Queen Elizabeth. Also what I would like to see Dan Tana is the cleaning the cops sometimes at least provide the way we can get them clean by an outside vendor but all in all it has been a wonderful experience living in US community.

I am very happy here. Dan and Meghan are awesome! The maintenance crew is too. Always so helpful when I have a problem. They are polite and courteous. Whenever I need something fixed or replaced it gets done in a timely fashion. Very happy here.

Nice quiet community with great leasing office staff and maintenance. Parking is convenient and there are spots for visitors available around the complex. Management sends helpful reminders via email.

For thw most part it is a very quiet and clean community. I feel very safe and for the most part no major issues. I have a fireplace and my dog loves it! The main complaint is that when the elevator is out it can take a while to get fixed and I live on the fourth floor.

Completely satisfied from administration, maintenance, neighbors and living areas. Impressive clubhouse that we have used for several years on our Christmas and NeeYears party schedule. Although parking was a challenge overall we are very satisfied with the area. Wish we could have more alternative parking measures for winter months as we were out on a wait list because our building was full

Lynnfield Commons locates at the top of a knoll on Broadway, Lynnfield and is manned by professional and experienced staff. It is a nice and tranquil apartment complex with good facilities. The major drawback is thin walls. It may be a concern to tenants managing home office. The monthly rental of 1-BR apartment in 2024 increases substantially; more than 10% compared to that in 2023.

It is situated at a good location off of the highway it is up the hill from the every day traffic the parking for all the buildings is very good the woods the trees are right in back of the complex it's good that residents have an outdoor porch to use especially in the summertime or whenever the weather is warm the treadmills and weights are good to hear in the community common area there is a good view from the second floor ththird floor and fourth floor that anybody can see for a few miles and treelines can be seen several miles away and the red radio tower can be seen in the nighttime when it's dark the view for me is l can see to the northwest area in the daytime or the nighttime and there's good breezes in the summertime from the balcony porch and All and All a good location that's near both highways and All together it is a good living environment

I love the office staff right now please don't move them keep them here?? there has been bad staff through out the years I've been here.. ???? only complaint works be patio where above tenant let their dog pee and it lands on my property. This issue is being taken care of thank God!!!
