Have truly enjoyed living here! From moving in to even being a resident, it has truly been such a great community. The staff is so sweet and very helpful. The community events are also great and they definitely welcome everyone.

We like our community, and just recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a Studio within the same community. The transition was smooth, and we love the new location! We made the transition since we live in our community part time (for our work) and wanted to trim the budget!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Residents are very active in public spaces however it's never loud due to the design of the building. Maintenance team addressed my issue within a few hours of me submitting a request.

We love living at this community. McKenzie, Lori, Chris and Joelson are always helpful and kind! They are the best team that make living at this community truly feel like home. They went above and beyond to help when it came time to move a family member into the community. It never takes long for an issue to be resolved. The community events are a great time!

Lovely community, it is very safe, usually quiet, the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive, neighbors are appropriately friendly, and they plan a variety of really fun events.

With all the amenities and great support staff, this is simply a great place to live! The grounds are very well maintained, the gym is fantastic, package deliveries are handled very well, and nice to see the various breeds of dogs walked around on leashes too.

This is the safest, cleanest and most beautiful place I have ever lived. The staff is phenomenal and the neighbors are so friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed here and they have endless amenities for entertainment, business, wellness and both socialization and down time. I hope to have this as my forever home because in the 3 years I have lived here nothing has ever felt this much like home.

Great location, new construction, great amenities, friendly helpful staff. I really enjoy living here and this is my second time here ! The apartment is literally brand new and super comfortable and spacious and modern. I love it here !!

Quiet, beautiful community. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly residents. Only issue is without a car getting around is limited besides uber or Lyft. If you have a car the Apex center is right down the street. Along with many restaurants and stores.

Clean building, professional environment, reasonable rent for the location. Immediate access to the interstate and close to a metro stop. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, appliances looked brand new. Staff professional, attentive without being overbearing.

Green District Boulevard is a convenient location for commuters, with easy access to I-495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. The complex offers excellent amenities and is pet-friendly. Parking can be challenging for residents without a traditional schedule, so reserving a parking spot is recommended.

Great place to live
Living here has allowed us to enjoy hanging out with friends in the community. I like the lending library and my husband likes the grill area. The fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and get cozy. I can’t wait to plant seeds/ plants in the community garden.

The Point at Green District is a Dream!
Ever since I moved to the point at green district is has been nothing short of amazing! With such a clean property to the amazing views and ammenties with a great staff to match- i wouldnt hesitate to recommend any person (stranger or not) to live here!

I feel that this complex is a clean , safe place to live . Everything is easily accessible and I feel comfortable with all staff members whom I have met / interacted with . McKenzie and Lori have been wonderful and so friendly ! I feel that after selling my home of 50+ years , this is a positive move for me . It's a very nice community !

Clean and peaceful living environment. Large spacious living space. Amenities for everyone and the free beer is a plus for my spouse. The neighbors and the animals that live here are nice and the animals are well behaved and socialized.

Amazing amenities
I have LOVED living here at the Point at Green District! I did my due diligence by visiting a bunch of properties near by. The point was by far the best around. I love the modern look of the apartments, but I especially love the variety of amenities they offer. As an avid golfer, having a golf simulator for the colder months especially is such a plus for me. Every interaction I've had with the office staff has been pleasant, especially Lori. She is very professional and listens to any concern I have with importance and a sense of urgency. Found myself a diamond in the rough!

We like it here
Great amenities. Fitness center, golf simulator, pool table, beer/wine on tap, roof deck, pool and even little gardens. The staff is great and everyone is friendly. They have lots of resident events to help meet your neighbors. We really like our wooded view and our cat Smokey especially loves her sunny spot. We definitely recommend it here.

Great Office Staff
Green District Apartments are truly awesome! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed with the modern design, clean amenities, and overall vibe of the community. The staff is super friendly and responsive — especially Lori, the manager, who is always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels at home.
