It's good so far. Staff was very friendly during the initial apartment search. Answered all of the questions we had and made sure to follow up with us to see if the apartment was the right fit. Also available during move in and willing to help the process be as smooth as possible.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff are super friendly and personal and the apartment complex is new and in great condition. Any issues we found after moving in have been quickly resolved and we couldn't be happier with our decision to move here.

Great staff that makes me enjoy my time. Apartment is clean and well maintained. Great apartment complex with quick access to 495 for commutes to work. Dog friendly is a huge plus with a dog wash room!

I recently moved into The Point at Green District in Marlborough, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff has been absolutely outstanding. I want to give special recognition to McKenzie, who was a tremendous help from our very first tour. She has been consistently responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure all of our questions were answered in detail. Most importantly, she went above and beyond to ensure our move-in process was seamless and stress-free, which made a world of difference during such a busy time. The community itself is beautifully maintained. The common areas are spotless, which really shows the pride the management takes in keeping the property in excellent condition. The amenities are truly top-notch?from the modern fitness center to the inviting lounge spaces, everything feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for. It's easy to feel at home here, whether you're enjoying the amenities or just walking through the grounds. As for the apartments, they are simply fabulous. The layouts are spacious and well-designed, the finishes are modern, and everything feels brand new and high quality. Overall, this has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had, and I would highly recommend The Point at Green District to anyone looking for a place to call home in Marlborough.

It is everything they advertise. Staff is very responsive to any issues. Great amenities and love our apartment. Is on a major road so there will be road noise when windows are open. Close to shopping, rte 495 and many restaurants.
