The parking is awful and rules are not enforced. My car has been attempted to be broken into several times with one success. Rules around dog ownership are not enforced. My son ended up in the ER on one occasion. The buzzers were removed on the building doors so you have to go physically open the door for guests or DoorDash drivers.. they need to call you in your phone to notify you they are there because intercoms were removed too. And good luck if packages are delivered.. they will leave them outside your building or try again later to where you will probably have to pick them up at a UPS location. Rental increases are inevitable but try getting minor cleaning or minor upgrades.. the location is perfect and it's usually pretty quiet outside which are two major pluses.

Clary's is a great place to live. It is right between DC and Baltimore. It is very clean and cozy. Clary's has a great pool to use in the summer. Clary's has a gym which is very clean and nice. The neighborhood is excellent and I highly recommend Clary's to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I enjoy this community and my home im glad i picked Clarys crossing to be my home the area is clean and quiet which I do love. Its a safe complex and neighbors friendly and the leasing office and maintenance takes care of their residents.

It has a wonderful experience. Two things that I have a problem with is that when packages come other than Amazon, I never receive them. The second thing is that my rent has gone up 500 hundred dollars the four years that I have lived here. This was due to the change in management over the last four years. Every time that there is a change of management, rent increase. The notice of rent increases is short. This puts a tenant in a difficult situation to renew on a dime or rush to find something new. But I really love this place. I don't have plans to move anytime soon.

Maintenance has been really great so far. The management has changed a couple of times since I have been here which is three times in less than a year which is really hard. With that being said I have liked all of them, it's just hard not to be able to establish a relationship with people. The previous owners of the apartment complex didn't take great care of it so the current owners are slowly upgrading things and doing the best they can. I've had a lot of packages stolen and even doordash stolen from outside. There aren't any cameras or security measures in place beyond a couple of dimly lit lights.

The community is clean and the people are friendly for the most part. The front desk staff is polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Maintenance responds in a reasonable timeframe to most standard maintenance issues. Parking can be a challenge as there is ample parking, abeit no always directly in front of your apartment, so folks make up their own parking spots making it challenging for those using regular spots to get in and out of the lot.

Apt. community is conveniently located to schools, shopping and medical care facilities. Overall the development is kept clean and is a desirable place to live. Maintenance response is great. The inside upkeep, floors, etc could be better maintained.

Generally this community is great. I had an issue in my unit and that was mouses. There were several ways for mouse on the walls or under the door frames to come to the unit that I found that ways one by one and block them after 3 months. I have a satisfied experience living here in Clarys Crossing Apartments. Covid came my first few years here. I didn't have much interactions with management or neighbors. Now that we are getting back to normal existing, There has been nothing but good things I'm experiencing!

It's very minimal. Outside of the pool, gym and dog park there are minimal shared spaces. As I do not use those resources I feel pretty insulated from the community (for better or worse). More recently, there have been some events to cater to children in the community, and that's probably a step in the right direction, but again, it does not effect me.

Packages get stolen and management seems to do nothing about it. Even cars have been stolen off the lot. The apartments are falling apart and could benefit from a total renovation. There are rodents in the building that come up through the walls. People smoke weed and stink up the place. Rent goes up but amenities do not improve. The carpet in the buildings is old, stained, and looks awful.

I couldn't be happier. I unexpectedly had to locate an apartment quickly due to fire and Bianca and the team could not have been more helpful. Although the apartment is older; the neighbors, area, trees and quietness makes up for it. I haven't been able to build a fire in the fireplace yet but I anticipate staying for a long time. It is quiet, clean and employees are responsive.

Finally, a good property manager who is making improvements to the property. Rent is excessively high for the newer units, an arborist is needed, and some neighbors don't understand the difference between the recycling and garbage bins, but things are improving. The community's nice, rather quiet, and our small maintenance staff is responsive.

Negative experience this apartment complex no good please read my review

I am disappointed with my experience as a tenant at Clary's Crossing. Despite experiencing flood damage in my apartment a few months ago, the property management has not taken any action to fix the damaged floor planks. Additionally, the maintenance manager assigned to my building has been rude and unprofessional, and has not been doing his job correctly. After the flood damage occurred, I expected Clarys Crossing management to inspect the floors for any potential mold growth or other hazards that could harm my family. However, they did not take any action to address the issue, As a tenant, I expect my concerns to be addressed promptly and professionally. However, my experience with Clary's Crossing has been disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality living experience.

5 floods. Had a bird inside, they gold me they weren't bird people. Car vandalized twice. Broken into once. Appliances are always breaking down. Water heater exploded. Parking is bad, trash has always been terrible. I move here because we could buzz people in, hurt my ankle had to hop down to get doordash.

This is a quiet and friendly Community. I am so glad I chose to live here. I could not imagine living anywhere else. The Leasing Staff is just fantastic, and caring. The Maintenance Staff is very skilled and friendly. The neighbors are very cordial. Everything is Great about living here.

Great location, amenities and staff!

My wife and I? have lived at Clarys Crossing for the past 7 years and we love this community! Rudi and his team go above and beyond. They constantly have community events and prizes for kids and residents. Beautiful pool and dog park! The maintenance team Kevin and TJ are the best. They constantly take care of all the residents with a smile. We truly appreciate living here at Clary’s.

The location is decent for driving access. But there's nothing walkable and the nearest village center (Hickory Ridge) is old and stale. No security buzzer, but the building door locks, so food deliveries and friends have to call when they arrive, followed by going to the door to let them in. And UPS/FedEx will leave a note on the building saying "delivery attempted".

New management team is Great!! Rudi is the new top manager here along with Alexis! Just want new stainless appliances!! Neighbors are very sweet . Maintenance man is very nice and have fix alot of my issues.
