Given my hours and the time I'm away due to work, I have no problems or complaints. The coolest part I like, is the landscaping. It's always impeccable and nicely done. Although I do not get to enjoy them the way that I would like to, The Manor always seems to have a lot of community activities taking place. My goal this year is learning to play pool. They have a very nice area for this.

The apartment complex is desperate and despicable. The apartment should fire the maintenance supervisor and the property manager and get better people. There is nothing but drama and most of the staff are unprofessional

It is a very quiet community, the maintenance service is fast, it is within a very central area. All areas are kept clean and there are beautiful patios for taking excellent photos.????????????????????

Solid buildings and fixtures. The grounds are almost always immaculate and well cared for. Staff seem happy with their jobs and are always willing to go the extra distance to make sure you're taken care of.

The neighbors are very noisy. Smells like weed in my building all the time. People don't pick up the dog poop. People speed on the roads leaving the apartment sites. Debra is very rude. Ann is amazing, she takes your issues in consideration. Christian is very polite and, gets to the problem very quick.

It has deteriorated over the years. It is noisy. The level of safety is also a concern. The building needs painting..badly. They spend a lot of time blowing leaves and mowing but the overall aesthetics of the building leave little to be desired.

I live on the first floor my upstairs neighbors stomp around at 4am everyday. My neighbor above that had a window unit that leeks on to my window cil. It's not particularly thrilling really. The maintenance order was filled to absolute satisfaction. Everything else of just fair.

From start to finish it has been fairly hassle free, we scheduled a tour arrived and were greeted immediately. There was an issue finding a unit to tour, but the associate was able to secure a model unit to tour. She was extremely informative, let us take our time looking around the apartment. She told us all about the community and what to expect, it was a very nice tour and I'm looking forward to renting from here hopefully.

Christiaan was so helpful and accommodating with the tight time-line we had to find a place and get moved in. He did everything in his power to expedite the process and was very responsive throughout. The property is beautiful and the apartment is very nice and well kept plus the location is super convenient.

I really like the community however after living here this past year with the rent prices increasing so drastically and nothing new being put in our apartments. It doesn't seem like a good exchange. Although the community is great, I most likely will not be staying another year with the prices increasing as much as they have and nothing we improve in our apartments

The grounds here are beautiful - so unique and so well cared for. The character of the buildings is wonderful! The staff have been so amazing to work with since the moment we stepped in for a tour. We had a maintenance request that was immediately taken care of. The property is older, but we love our home.

Beautiful community, but be wary of pests i.e. roaches. I wish I was more dutiful looking for evidence i.e. poop (it looks like salt and pepper) before I moved in. Luckily management is trying to help, it's just that they don't consider roaches an emergency for maintenance / service , even if you just moved in. Even with that said, the people are very nice, and patient with you when you get to them on the phone.

We enjoy the area, the apartment layout, the speed of maintenance, the office staff, and the proximity to the trail. The staff is friendly and responsive. Only complaint is loud (really loud) cars that start at dawn.

The Manor is a nice place to rent. There are paths to walk or ride your bike. The grounds are well kept. It's is a pleasant place to live and people are very pleasant. The office staff are very helpful and the maintenance guys are wonderful.
