Beautiful apartment building, nice staff, good maintenance. Hate the towing company who took my car because of an expired registration sticker. Neighborhood is fine although we could use more restaurant options. Metro access outstanding and close to highways so very convenient.

Lived here through some growing pains of the expanding community as I moved into the Phase 2 bldg as it was being finished. However, the office staff continually tries to improve, involve residents, and create a comfortable place to live. Gorgeous property and contemporary amenities. Would recommend for the ease of location as long as you're okay with some very normal apartment life hiccups from time to time.

I love my home, I was beyond satisfied with the appearance and feel of the unit. I appreciate the care and standards set here . I would recommend this community to a friend or family member. I also love the there is a movie theater room onsite!

It has been great for the most part. I do wish that rent was evaluated better because I do not feel the amount I pay for equates to what I get with my studio. During the summer, events held in the pool area have also kept me up late. Regulation on this has improved since it started though.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Jacob. Very professional and outgoing! Jacob showed us all the dope amenities we can utilize and the sky view on the roof top! We love our new home and excited to put our touch to it! Love that I can place my vehicle in a garage and consistent security roaming. What's best so far is the environment feels I calm! Feels like home!

The community does well with upkeep. Neighbors keep to themselves, have rarely had an interactions with others. The community events are nice, rarely have a chance to attend due to work schedule. Matineance responds in a timely fashion. Front desk team has always been helpful.

The community and design itself are amazing. The architecture and interior design, along with spaciousness and plentiful amenities are definitely far and above most places in the area. Definitely recommended anyone come see for themselves.

Access to your unit, entrances and community locations operate via your phone. Unfortunately, if your app doesn't work it's a major problem if it's on the weekend or after hours because you cannot get anyone to assist until the next business day, M-F. Recently my app was not working and NO one was available to assist me on the weekend. That type of customer service sucks. I have to run my water 10 -15 min before it gets out in my bathroom. I've put in a service request only to be told it is the norm. It wasn't the norm 2 years ago. So disappointed in the way things are now being handled. A very pleasant and peaceful environment. Extremely safe and very engaging activities for the residents who are interested. Plus package handling within the concierge is essential delightful when receiving packages delivered and their assistance.

Management team is very poor. They tried to do a survey of my apartment within 24hrs notice which is against PG County rules. They are not responsive to calls. I even called the emergency number, walked downstairs to the front lobby, and was told they did not answer it because it was almost 6pm.

Spaces are almost always available for use and it's nice to have amenities outside of your own apartment to change the scenery every once in a while. Spaces are always well kept. Neighbors are friendly and respect shared spaces outside of apartment. Is a quiet neighborhood and feels safe.

It's quiet, it's clean and I love my apartment. The keyless entry is all so easy, and everyone is so nice. I love living here but I have to get a new job soon so I might be relocating but The Remy has really been a great place for me!

Clean and presentable building. But community issues are not attended to in a timely manner (broken/turned off elevators), electronic key pads losing power or constantly broken and hired security personnel speaking negatively on residents aloud.

The staff at this property is amazing. The amenities are so nice, and I love the layout of the community. I love being able to park my car outside my apartment on the 5th floor. The Remy has a beautiful design. I was very comfortable moving here from a three level townhouse.

I have truly enjoyed my experience living here at The Remy. The ambassadors are amazing and attentive. I feel like I have ultimately outgrown my studio apartment and looking to move into either another unit or another complex altogether, after comparing all the pros and cons. Overall good place to stay though.

Its decent. The security needs to be tighter and updated. Some of the staff are helpful. The smell of Marijuana is present and very strong. Its a nice apartment overall it needs tremendous work therefore.

I have only been here one week, and it has been a great experience for me and my family. It feels like a resort instead of apartment living. It would be hard for me to move out unless the rent exceeds my affordability. Having security is great, I have no worries. I love it can't wait to experience some of the amenities.

Staff is nice and the apartment have new appliances. This is pretty good price for luxury apartments in pg. It's also close to the metro so commute to DC would be easy. The area is still developing so that could be some nicer restaurants and store coming soon. Over a nice place to live if it's within your budget.
