Apartments are maintain well. Kitchen is modern. A big draw for me was the central ac/heat and laundry in building. I really like the location of the community, very close to the highway and shopping.

My experience here has been positive. I really couldn't say anything negative about living here every apartment. I lived in Baltimore. I had mice. This is my first time then have to deal with mice. They keep the building clean overall outside as well. Kept my only issue is not having washer and dryer.

It was a smooth process for me to find this apartment. It is a great location with a lease option that worked for me and was able to have in unit washer and dryer. Leasing agent was patient and helped to make sure it went a smooth as possible

Not really used to apartment living but I am grateful. If my maintenance issue is not fixed before October 25, 2025 then I will be departing. For the amount of rent I expect my request to be resolved.

Natalie was amazing , welcoming, and super professional! She made my move very stress-free and rapid! The neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is very peaceful! The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and I am in love with the kitchen!

I enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is very quiet and I my neighbors are very nice. The location is great with it being very close to I-83, a park, and many restaurants/stores. I am only moving due to a better location for my job, not because of the quality of this apartment.

My experience here has been very pleasant. The staff is very helpful, everytime I have had an issue it was addressed immediately. The other tenants are super friendly and make you feel like you are part of a community.

Very quite, laid back, and close to everything. Great neighbors and area in general. The apartment was ready to go on my move in date. The staff helped with the website to get everything I needed with paperwork. The only thing that sucks is three flights of stairs.

It was a wonderful community with a wonderful maintenance staff and rental office/property manager. These things haven't changed, but the senior management now is unwilling to maintain apartments that have been occupied. They don not update the apartments in anyway, but they readily update the rent. They have no loyalty to their residents.

I couldn't have asked for a more positive living experience. My apartment had everything me and my roommate needed. The community is nice and quiet. It was very easy to submit maintenance requests and they were always fulfilled in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Lutherville-Timonium area.

I am a new resident. As far as the apartment staff goes, everything has been great. I love the area and this apartment complex is not crowded so the parking situation is good. Unfortunately I have a problem with my upstairs neighbor's early wake-up routine. So that is my only complaint.

At first of coming in, had some problems with my neighbor upstairs,,,,, but things have totally turned around and we now are friends,,,,,, Other neighbors have not really bothered me.....everyone really keep to themselves .... but seeing any one coming and going..... everyone is very courteous

Great community. Outside is well maintained, hallways are cleaned. Apartments are nice and most of the ones coming up now are being renovated. It's an older community and things break a lot. However, the response to all of my service calls has almost always been the same day. The staff is very professional and responsive. Most residents are nice. Some are very to themselves. The good thing about this community is it has a no-solicitation policy and no one not living here or a guest of someone living here is allowed on the property. It's very safe with bright lights outside all night around every building and on the sidewalk. The only bad thing about living here is you can hear the highway at all times. It is never quiet.

Living in any apartment requires some mindsets. There are things the apartment won't have control over - like your neighbors' actions. Other than that- it's been a very peaceful experience living here. Not sure if there's any other apartment out there that can out-do this community in terms of maintenance.

Usually a quiet and safe community. Most neighbors are considerate, and we have a lot of long-term residents which is a good testament to the overall stability of the community. Location is good if you commute to Baltimore or north of the city.
