Several big problems: only had hot water 40% of the time for a full year; shower went from frigid to scalding and back to frigid; third party water company (Conserve) charged extra fee monthly; hot water heater shared by 12 units; several units in my building regularly over-occupied; forced to sign 12 year statute of limitations as part of lease (though this is illegal in MD and not enforceable). Would not recommend.

Good place to live. The neighborhood is peaceful. The apartment location is very good regarding accessibility to market and highway. There are a few places the apartment can improve. The apartment doesn't have a Gym. Also, the thermometer probes aren't digital. A digital thermometer could be very handy.

The community is very peaceful and respectful, with the exception of a few neighbors who do not represent the majority. The maintenance staff could use some improvement in solving issues, and the appliances are pretty outdated, so those are two drawbacks.

The move in process went great and so far we are very satisfied living at Seminary Roundtop Apartments! The apartment was very clean and everything worked great. I was impressed how clean it was. I barely had to do any cleaning which was surprising because I normally have to thoroughly clean the apartment before moving in. So far, very satisfied!

I like my neighbors but the apartment not so much. I don't know if I will recommend it to a friend but I do know that it is affordable, if price is a factor and if your grade school children the schools are great.

I love living here! The neighborhood is very quiet and the residents are very kind and respectful. Everything is kept very clean and orderly in the community. You can tell they really care about their residents and work their best to keep everyone happy! I recommend these apartments to anyone I know who is looking for a place to live!

It is a quiet community in a quiet location yet all the services are easily accessible. Location is close to major arteries and public transportation. Service request response is quite satisfactory. Rents are reasonable.

In recent years the value has downgraded. This community is no longer the value that it was in prior years. Although it is a convenient location, there is a rat problem that is not being addressed. Multiple residents have complained to management and the issue is unresolved.

The size, location and rental rate of the apartments are good. The office staff is extremely efficient, detailed and professional with services rendered. The community is attractive and clean with quick attention to snow removal and maintenance. The community also offers many social events for residents throughout the year.

This is a pretty good apartment for the price. The neighborhood is diverse and quiet--lots of families. One downside is that the apartments aren't really airtight--there must be holes in the walls and ventilation systems because you can smell it if your upstairs/downstairs neighbors are cooking something with a strong smell (or smoking a lot of pot). When other people burn their food I can smell it coming out of the AC vents and one of the outlets in the living room. I've told this to management but they didn't seem interested in fixing it.

This community is a really good option for anyone that wants peaceful home life. I have been here for three years and have never had any issues. There have been no issues with neighbors or the community. It is an older construction so there are typical issues that arise, extra creaky floors, older fixtures that require attention, but the sound proofing from the older construction is worth it. If you cannot stand hearing your neighbors above you, just get a top unit. I live on a bottom floor unit and prefer it since the laundry is right here and the most noise comes from the occasional heavy walker upstairs. There is no gym or pool, but I believe that it goes into the affordability of the apartments. There is pool access at another community. They are spacious well constructed apartments. My greatest issues have been with the A/C, but thankfully living on the bottom floor it hasn't been too much of a headache. The apartment stays relatively cool on its own, even on pretty hot days. Overall I recommend this place to a few people I know, who are looking for a peaceful community, with consistently responsive management and quality neighborhood care. There is great access to everything in Timonium and Towson. Management communicates maintenance and grounds keeping very well and usually in advance so there is no disruption to your daily routine. I'll likely be here until I decide to purchase a home.

Convenient, close to major roads.semi secluded so little traffic problems. Excellent maintenance and office staff. Always well maintained, very good condition and communication with residents. Avery nice apartment complex.would be nice to have a grill provided for entertaining friends and neighbors.

This is my 6th year living here. I am very happy. It's a good value. I appreciate the beautiful grounds which are maintained impeccably. When I need a repair, I receive service the day I request it by the the talented staff. I am very satisfied with the laundry facility. I find the neighborhood to be friendly, quiet and safe.

Hi, I have been a tenant at Seminary Roundtop Apartments for a couple of years. I have absolutely loved it. There is a huge soccer field and playground across the street, the location is convenient to 695 and 83, and the people that live here are kind and friendly. So, if you are looking for affordable and safe housing in the Timonium/Lutherville/Cockeysville area, then this place is for you. Pat Hurline, the Leasing Manager, is wonderful, maintenance is good, and the neighborhood is quiet yet family friendly. I will always have good memories of my time here at Seminary Roundtop. It's truly top-notch!

Do not rent here!! incompentent staff makes it a serious problem to live here. They cannot manage tehir paperwork at all and take forever to get you in an apartment. They continue to screw you over after you move out by cahrging out the wazoo for things that did not even need fixing.

I liked it

I lived at Seminary for exactly 2 years and the only reason I left was because of financial reasons. While I can't speak for everyone I will say that I absolutely loved it there. I always told people that that was the best place I ever lived and if they allowed cats and were a little bit cheaper I'd move back in a second. The office staff were always EXCEPTIONALLY nice to me, they were so helpful and even worked with me when I needed to move out. The maintenance was always timely and I never had to ask for anything to be done twice. My neighbors upstairs were a little heavy footed, but I can't blame the apartment for that. Other than that it was always very quiet and my ground apartment overlooked a beautiful stretch of shallow woods with a little creek in it. So like I said, other people may have had different experiences but I personally loved the place and never had a single issue in the 2 years I was there. I know it was a few years ago but that was my experience.

It is very disappointing, specially after staying for more than 5 years in the same apartment,now they charged me for more than $1,800.00,the reason is to renew the whole apartment from my own pocket.They even asked me to replace the range by new one($483.00),its steeling. With a very poor service,overcharging utility,and a very bad customer service,with very bad personnel attitude,I wouldn't advise anyone to come near these apartments. As for security,many burglar accidents happened,most tenants suspected the employees,who have master keys to most of the apartments.
