Waverly Gardens Apartments is conveniently located in Woodstock, MD. Easy access to shopping, banking, restaurants, gas residents are very friendly which makes for a wonderful community atmosphere. The management staff is wonderful as well.

I moved to Waverly Gardens in 2007 and have found it to be a very caring community and safe place to live. It is rich in diversity and is in walking distance to the PO, cleaners, Weis Market, gas station, and several restaurants.

The community is fine. There are just some small issues like a malfunctioning smoke detector and inadequate lighting that has generated service requests. I'm still hoping that the smoke alarms will be upgraded/replaced.

Thus far Waverly Gardens has been an excellent choice. The apartment building is always quiet and clean. Residents and staff are courteous and welcoming. The office staff goes the extra mile to assist and accommodate the residents.

STAY AWAY. Rating: (1/5) Review: Waverly Garden Senior Apartments 10801 Enfield Dr. Woodstock, MD 21163 Waverly Gardens Senior Apartments is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever lived. The management company, Grady Management, and their employees are consistently untruthful, mean, and downright unprofessional. They fail to address residents' concerns and lack basic respect and courtesy. Promises are often broken, and any attempts to seek assistance are met with hostility. The overall atmosphere feels negative and unwelcoming, making what should be a comfortable living environment quite the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering Waverly Gardens to look elsewhere.

The 4th floor apartment is so quiet. The manager is extremely helpful. She really exceeded all expectations. The residents are friendly and try to be helpful. Parking is good and the outside community is quiet and pleasant.

I absolutely love my apartment, the staff, and the location! We have a monthly, meet and greet!! Plus there are various activities, if one wishes to join in. Each floor has its own garbage and recycling room.

Nice location. Close to shopping and highways. The apt building is located in a quiet very green neighborhood. The apt building does not have a nursing home smell. That is great. There are elevators and indoor parking.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood close to grocery store and other services. Major shopping can be found within a 5 mile radius. Fairly quiet neighborhood. I don't have children but the schools in this area are highly rated as far as I know. Facility has garage parking, laundry room and activity rooms

I am enjoying my apartment. The residents are very friendly and supportive! It was lovely to join them for Monday night bingo. I have not been to the indoor pool or exercise room and will shortly go to the library.

I think this apartment located good area. The first grocery is cross street and post office. And "golf course" is nearby, so the air are clear always. Neighborhoods are very calm, and clear. My aging life is so happy.

I love living at Waverly Gardens. My neighbors are so quiet and always respectful. The building is always kept clean. It's the nicest apartment building I've ever lived in. The staff is wonderful and always very helpful. I have made many new friends in our little community. We have many functions including art classes, wine and cheese nights, bingo and card game for all. I have found a group that is my second family here. We all look after each other.

The Waverly Gardens community is an excellent place for independent senior living. The building is safe, clean, and the staff is exceptional. The building is very conveniently located near shopping (in walking distance) and a close drive to other amenities.
