It is a pleasure to live here. Management is responsive, the facility is well maintained the landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are comfortable, the neighborhood is safe, and the residents are like family.

Waverly Gardens is in a safe and clean neighborhood and the bldg. Has been maintained in good condition. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. My years here at Waverly have been just wonderful and I hope to remain here during final years. I am close to my family who lives in Howard County, too.

This Comment may only BE USED IN IT'S ENTIRETY; NO EDITING OR OTHER CHANGES. I have been satisfied with my stay (14 YEARS) at Waverly Gardens, up until now, with the exception of a seven day complete power outage after a storm, in which all lights were off. NO emergency lighting, NO backup power supply or generator. NO elevators for handicapped people to use, interior of building completely dark for entire week-so dangerous. I find the prospect of being forced into the Portal used by the management co. (Apartment Buildings) TO COLLECT RENTS, COMMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICE, AND OTHER IMPOSITIONS, fraught with risk Pertaining to my personal information, lack of credible assurances that my information IS and WILL BE PROTECTED, THERE IS NO ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR THE ARCHIVING OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS THE FBI COLLECTS FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK. WORSE, THEY INTEND TOMAKE THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO AFFILIATES, THIRD PARTIES (RENTAL, SALE, DISTRIBUTION) AND ANYONE ELSE. This Comment may only BE USED IN IT'S ENTIRETY; NO EDITING OR OTHER CHANGES.

Happy I moved here. Able to meet other people of same age easy access because of elevators. Fast response to maintenance issues including replacing light bubls building very quite in the evening and during the day

Apt was clean and freshly painted when we moved in. Now it needs to be painted and the rugs need to be cleaned. I notified management and was told to write a written request. As usual, I expect this request will be granted promply.

Great , friendly helpful people. Activity level has improved with less health restrictions in place. Carla from maintenance is pleasant and efficient. I enjoy seeing her and Brian takes effective care of our building.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the leasing and moving in process. The building is very clean as well as the apartment. I am impressed with presentation of community. Great follow up and follow through.

I enjoy living in this community. The building is well kept. We now have a wonderful maintenance person. The location is great. Only complaint I have is laundry room. It's not adequate. I would prefer washer and dryer in the apartment.

All Pretty on the Outside

Waverly Gardens is pretty to look at but not so nice to live there. The rental management company is not very responsive to complaints. The laundry facilities are usually broken. Machines are broken most of the time. They will not tell you but you do not get to park in the garage for a few years. There is a long waiting list. The windows are very bad and leak in most apartments. Look carefully and you will see methods used to block the wind and water such as towels and plastic. In conclusion, the rent they are asking is way to high for what you get.
