So far, I've found it to be a nice complex with friendly people, including the leasing office staff. I really love the full sized washer and dryer, as well as the automatic ice maker in the freezer. The closet space is great & extra storage on my lower balcony means I have a place to store my chairs in winter.

Good outdoor landscaping and ambiance, but amenities are always out of service or broken. The electronic gate was promised for years and still doesn't work. Apartment rent is high for the quality of the apartment and size. Appliances are old, and insulation/noise proofing is non-existent so expect a high HVAC bill. Lots of students here so it's lively, but expect noise. Maintenance staff is as expected and very polite/helpful, but the office staff is rude/don't have time (try calling them). No EV chargers, and the availability of covered parking is a myth. Internet is okay, but expensive since Xfinity has exclusive contract and only coax, no fiber. Be careful as a quarter to a half of the residents are living here illegally without being on the lease.

Pros: Maintenance is very responsive although they are clueless and inexperienced much of the time. Cons: The walls are super thin so any noise your neighbors make will be directly heard. Rent is actually about $100 more per month than it states in your lease due to hidden fees. Management company is predatory and finds any excuse to charge you extra fees. The community is supposed to be gated so that only tenants can enter, however the entrance gate is never down and has been broken for years so anybody can enter at anytime.

The leasing staff is very friendly, and the grounds are well maintained. However, maintence staff rarely complete regular requests and make excuses as to why they can't be done. Additionally, the units are messily maintained and very filthy.

Absolutely horrible would not recommend, overpriced, infested with bugs, mold, moisture. No storage. When it rains you apartment becomes more infested with bugs, they say they spray and don't. The valet trash hours suck and the one time I was able to utilize valet trash they never picked up my trash. Dumpster always overflowing. Gym equipment is broken/not clean. Gates never down and when it is residents break it. Package room is never utilized by delivery drivers (even if you instruct it) bc the gate is always open and then packages get stolen. Maintenance always leaves my patio door unlocked everytime they come to my unit even when I request them to please lock it. First apartment flooded 2x in one week and was given to me uncleaned with windows that don't lock and 2nd apartment is bug infested. Pincher bugs and spiders and knats

Fairline meadows is nestled perfectly in the town of Dearborn.Where you have access to shopping dining and general everyday living on site. The gym is well kept and the Grounds keeper does a wonderful job at keep in the parking

When I first moved into the complex I was very happy. The office staff was extraordinary. The community and the grounds were beautiful. During the Christmas holidays the office was decorated on the outside.

No sense of safety. The gates haven't been fully operational for a full 24hrs yet the office promises us wide a month that it'll be fixed. My car has been broken into twice. And I've sent emails/calls to management and regional management. The communication is less that professional given these emails haven't been responded to after a month. My family fears for their safety and we will seek compensation for negligence resulting in harmful opportunities for less fort To prey on this community. 2 STARS! UNSATISFACTORY!

It's almost the end of summer, and both pools are still closed. We're paying high rents with the expectation of using these amenities. Can you please provide a clear update on why they're not open and when we can expect them to be available?

No response for noise complaints

I have received no response to any of my noise complaints. For the past three months, I have repeatedly complained about the noise and heavy thudding from my neighbors on the top floor, but no one has addressed this issue. I have raised the complaint 4-5 times so far, and I have seen no proper action taken by management. It is really a nightmare to deal with heavy thudding from the neighbors at very late hours.

Very Nice and most recommended for every one to join the community . Management is very friendly and like a family . They are very supportive and helpful . Leasing rules and maintenance is perfect and keeps the community friendly for every one . I really Like their management and perfection in the way they manage things and for sure any family would love to stay here and make best memories .

"Luxury" my ---

Pay for trash pick-up that never comes. A gate that never works and is beeping all the time. Incredibly rude and incapable office workers. Apartments are poor quality. I had to get the AG of MI involved for them to actually do some maintenance on a ceiling leak. The leak is still there and they only patched the hole that formed. I can't move out soon enough, for your sake don't live here.

We have been living in this community for more than 3 years. We encountered some issues where management was responsive and accommodating and made timely action to remedy some of the issues. The sound isolation with other adjacent apartment is an issue where neighbors play very loud music at all time. Security is an area which needs more attention and fence should be placed on the east and south sides of the community in order to ensure proper security. Overall, we are happy living in this community!

Will never come back here again. Too expensive for a one bedroom with cheap material everywhere. Appliances aren't all that, for the price the quality is mediocre and I have to constantly call to get issues taken seriously and solved.

Good place to live for work or school. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Rent is reasonable for this location. Maintenance is prompt when you have an issue. Valet trash collection is available.

Great Staff and Location

Love the staff in the office and the location of the community is very convenient. The amenities are excellent and it seems like they keep improving the community each year. The grounds are huge great to walk my dog

Very good neighborhood and family friendly. Walking distance to a big nearby shopping plaza, restaurants. The adjacent Oakman child care is always booked and full, do not rely on that for childcare. Maintenance and leasing office are fast in responding to issues, but they are not reachable through the phone (only leaving voice mail).

Management is pretty good about handling maintenance issues, though they frequently opt to do a quick-fix that doesn't hold up for long. Was the first tenant in my unit after a remodel, though there were a number of issues off hand and the quality of renovation was poor. This place loves to nickel and dime you, and the pest control is practically useless (spiders literally EVERYWHERE and the first night you don't clean/vacuum before bed you will get ants).

Terrible!I didn't know that the unit over me was a two level unit..If I would have known that I it would have been a strong pass on this place.A family of seven moved in and it's been hell ever since..The running and stomping is relentless I will never pay $1246 a month for a cracker jack box apartment like this again that's for sure! Management let's residents do whatever they want and gets a attitude when you speak up on your own behalf,as if they're letting you live here for free.. Very disappointed and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone,.

-------- in the leasing office helped our move-in process go really quickly. Since moving in, we've had a few maintenance problems that have taken a long time to get fixed or have not been able to be addressed. Overall, the community is quiet but there's trash and pet owners don't clean up behind their pets at times.
