These apartments are amazing! The office staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially love the garage, patio and the in-unit washer and dryer, they're especially my favorite amenities.

Preserve is a nice place. The only thing that need to be improved is the maintenance take forever to come fix something. I had to sleep without water because one refuses even to come see what's going on after his coworker left the work unfinished.

We were really key on having a washer and dryer in the unit which was really important. The help the staff gave for information and timelines was very helpful overall pretty safe community and good reliable maintenance team.

From the moment I walked into that office, I was treated with a lot of respect they treat me like one of the family, when I call when I come in, it's the same thing they treat me like they know me for life

I love the layout of the apartment. I barely hear my neighbors, except outside. The light roar of traffic is a calming white noise. I love having a attached garage, so I don't get wet when raining and don't have to brush off snow in the winter.

I've been here for about 4 years and so far it has been nice and quiet. Some of the parking sucks but mainly from the guest parking in front of garages that they are not visiting. Coming home to not being able to get in my garage or coming out and can't get out my garage. If you have a maintenance issue they are usually prompt to coming to take care of the issue.

Very affordable, grounds are well kept, staff are friendly and prompt when addressing concerns. Everyone appeals to keep to themselves. The complex is children friendly. The residents could benefit from on location fitness center.

The community is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. My only concern is your facility sends out letters accusing a resident of something that has nothing to do with who stays at my home. Other than that it's a nice community. I would recommend to others.

When I applied for residency, my wait time was predicted to be about 5-6 months. Fortunately, it only took 2-3 months before I occupied my unit. I really like my ground floor unit. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. I was concerned about whether my neighbors upstairs would be noisy or not. Everyone is very respectful of each other and conducts themselves well It's a great place to live and close to neighborhood businesses, restaurants, schools, public transporttion, and grocery stores.

In my experience Woodfield has been a nice place to live, the lawn is very well kept, nice seeing the balconies and garages being redone. Looks great! Maintenance is always kind and polite as well as the Leasing staff.

It's been a great living space. The facilities are kept in a good working state. Maintenance is always a quick call away. The customer care team is also very informative and helpful when navigating through a problem

Pleasant staff. Management sometimes slow to get resolution of issue. Mine took 5 months and then it was not completely resolved. Maintenance schedules work quickly. For issues after hours/weekends, required to report issues/concerns to emergency services/security. Then security did not file a report to management regarding issue/concern, which they are supposed to do, so management had no report or confirmation of issue to track further offenses.

I moved into a brand new apartment at Preserve at Woodfield. I live in the largest model, with the floor plan of over 1200 sq ft It's a two bedroom with loft along with one stall garage attached. It also a larger size deck that I love. The downside to these apartments is no central air. Each apartment has a wall unit in the living room for air conditioning, which doesn't get to either of the bedrooms on the main floor. I have to run a box fan to get the cooler air into my bedroom, which makes the electric bill higher. That is frustrating. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

It was Ok, Wish they had central air for as much as they cost, loved my apartment, didn't like that the upstairs neighbors fed the ducks and then they poop everywhere and also children threw garbage off the balcony. Other than that they were fine

Greed.
The amount that rent goes up every year is ridiculous. And they do it simply because they can. How is this supposed to be sustainable for the average person? Almost 10% increase?! And what do you pay more for? Absolutely nothing. Everything stays the same except the increase in your rent and the decrease in your ability to afford to have a roof over your head. Meanwhile, I moved into a brand new unit but have had to deal with issues from construction that are never truly fixed, but given a temporary bandaid each time maintenance comes out.

I've had a great experience so far in this community. It's very welcoming, peaceful and kid friendly. I've enjoyed the very clean, up kept and well groomed environment. The grounds keeping and maintenance crews deserve a lot of credit.

I love living At Woodfield Preserve. The apartment itself is the perfect size. Spacious bedrooms with nice size closets. Love the walkin shower and the tub shower. It's great having a in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance comes quickly when called although I have only had to call once. Also love having an attached garage. Also the grounds are kept so nice.

First thing: massive Canadian geese poop problem. Parking lot completely covered spring and early summer. When we first moved in things were great, as time goes on it seems like people moving in are becoming more messy and loud. Several people will bump music in their cars at all hours. You're starting to see more and more trash on the streets. With that being said the unit is nice, besides the AC. Not having central air in that apartment is crazy. In the summer you looking at a 200$ bill if you don't want your place to be 85 degrees. I've stuck around for a few years so it's not horrible. Overall I've enjoyed living here but have had times when I was upset with how other residents treat the place

Not enough parking spaces for the amount of people living here and having multiple cars. Also, sending emails via the portal doesn't actually work. No one replies to the emails regardless of how many times you send them a message. Maintenance is great and easy to work with.

The unit itself is okay, you can tell it was cheaped out on when building by the trim , where it ends , the doors don't close all the way and the walls are thin. I've heard everything my upstairs neighbors do every single day all day.

I love having an atttached garage and my own private stairway to my apartment. I feel safe in the area and love living close to shopping centers and restaurants. Overall, I haven't had many issues with the apartment. I do wish that there was central air because having a wall unit in the living room does not help keep my bedroom cool in the summer.

Not great at all! Office staff and management don't know what they doing or does it get done. Maintenance is a joke. For a new development is just as bad as the woodfield apartments with the exception of personal entrance and garage.

Great place to live. The only issues I have are all the tiny bugs that fly around inside through out the years. I spend a lot of money on traps each year on trying to contain them. Another thing is people that always park in the handicap. Please put a sign up by those. It's annoying when my older family (whom are handicap) come to visit and have to walk a long ways
