It started off really nice and super clean but now the hallways are filthy and none cleans the carpet. It's gross. My rent continues to increase yet no cleaning is being done. I have been told for almost a year now that the carpet would be replaced but nothing has been done.

Not a great experience to say the least. Middle of the night you'll hear cars getting broken into, have had residents threaten to "smash" people's heads open, including myself, also had my car broken into. There's been a hole in my wallway wall since thanksgiving because of a leak and it smells like mildew and no one has came to fix it since thanksgiving. I pay $1300 for rent. Don't pay it and don't live here. It would be a mistake.

Community is great. Maintenance staff is wonderful. But Tricap does not know how to properly run a property management company. They immensely lack care for their residents. Money is their only concern. Getting a hold of someone who can do something about a situation is impossible. The call center is filled with people who know nothing about the property and are given zero responsibility for helping residents. Property itself is nice. Maintenance cares and are very helpful. But getting a problem taken care of is impossible.

I have only been in the community for a few days. Within those few days I've noticed that it's relatively quiet. I appreciate the level of security, my last apartment didn't have dead bolts within the secured building.

Good communication between the workers and tenants. Friendly neighbors and an overall good feel. There is plenty of food, groceries, and other stores nearby and a bus stop right in front of the complex as well.

Took the self guided tour and loved the apartment! The tour was easy to use and I was able to see an apartment on a weekend, on my schedule.The kitchen and bathroom were very generous and the hardwood floors are a nice addition to apartment living.

Great Move-In. Quiet for the most part. Love the lights that shine on the buildings at night. We are cozy here. If you are looking for someplace that has that peaceful tone. Go here, a little pricy but in my opinion it's worth it. We'll see how this year goes !!

The building was built in 2018 and the apartment was great! I loved having the laundry inside the apartment! I also loved the size of the hallway in the apartment and the doorway. They are larger then usual. Loved the free carports!

I just moved in and everything is super nice and clean. The other people living here have said hi and are super friendly. It's in a great location. The pool looks super clean. I haven't had any problems.

Do not rent from Tricap

Since Tricap took over Trident properties - I DO NOT recommend anyone rent from a Tricap property. Property management turnover is high and anyone that works for Element on Main works remotely and is completely unreachable. There are now monthly fees on top of rent, for building/grounds upkeep but this last year was the worst upkeep I've seen at the property in my 7 years as a resident. Other residents (both at Element and Haven) informed me they were being denied lease renewals due to building renovations. When I inquired if this was going to happen to me too, I got zero response to my calls/emails. About 2 weeks later a notice was placed on the door notifying me that I would not be offered a lease renewal. When I had questions regarding move out procedures, I called for weeks, I left many messages with their call center and I personally sent 3 emails, all went unanswered for 5+ weeks. Staff only reached out to me once I started commenting on their public Facebook page.

Management is not helpful

I love this place but since it went to a different company and they are remote you can never get a hold of a real manager. A call center takes messages to which not one person returns calls and emails. Been here 4 years and this isn't good. People responsible need to contact the renters asap. If we have a problem there is no one to talk to call or email. All I want is an answer to questions I have had for months

It's a very affordable option for what you get. It's very close to many restaurants and bars. Centrally located and only 2 miles from downtown. Residents are very nice and the staff is very friendly. Overall a great place to live!

Key was at the location but was not able to get into the lock to access it until hours later while me and my movers waited. It was my understanding I was getting a fully renovated home like in the virtual tour but that is not the case. It's very outdated for the price asked for.

This community is a wonderful place to live! The apartments are beautiful and clean and the surrounding area feels safe, and full of shops and restaurants and things to do. Being on Main Street is a huge perk! I would highly recommend living here. The staff do everything to make your experience a pleasant one!

Management is horrible. They make it almost impossible for you to get in contact with them. As a former tenant, im very disappointed in the new management. I like the community and building but this place is going to be ran into the ground at this rate. I liked it better when it was overseen by Trident. Staff actually cared and did their jobs. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

My experience was great before I was forced to move out of my brand new apartment building, due to the need for renovations, and where the renovations that were done have made the apartment worse than it was at my old apartment, not to mention that it costs more. There is no longer a present staff on-site, they are completely remote but do not have a direct phone line that you can call. All of there calling goes through an automated machine at their main site

First l was not impressed that we had new owners,but not anymore.The Element on the Main have good workers who always try to make the tenants happy.The staff at the office is very professional ,they respond quick to issues.l was recently impressed by the mantainence team,they came to my apartment the same day l reported an issue. Also they have been doing well with shoveling the snow around the easy to walk around.The corridors at the apartments are very clean.The laundry room is clean too. I feel at home here.

It's good, friendly staff. I just wish maintenance crew was more thorough. Rent is a tad bit expensive considering the quality is average. The staff is helpful and friendly. Security practices are minimal and many tenants do not abide by the smoking and drug rules.

We have lived at Carriage Green (now Element on Main) 2 times now.. Love our apartment life here with Trident staff, hopeful that Tricap doesn't raise rent, maintains the property, keeps the same staff and we remain happy here for a few more years until we are finally ready to purchase a home.

It is a safe community with friendly and helpful staff. The space in the apartment is awesome for the price and area. Everyone I have interacted with has been positive. Low crime rate. Close enough to downtown, the university, and area attractions.
