    It was a really great experience! We were hesitant at first because it had a hotel-like atmosphere when walking in (less home-like), and had encountered a similar atmosphere at a different apartment complex that was present throughout the entire facility. This building's layout however quickly got rid of that atmosphere and was really warm and welcoming. Lots of great amenities we could see ourselves using, just hoping the prices won't be raised astronomically by the time our lease is up!

      Great interior design and layouts. Brandi was courteous and knowledgeable about design the property and promotions . I will definitely keep this property in mind for the next upcoming months. I love the gym and other community spaces.

        Good amenities, but don’t recommend

        I moved in last January and everything was going well until about May. Now the below concerns have lead me to not resign my lease for another year. -no communication between staff and residents when issues arise. -animal feces all around the outside of the complex -WiFi is spotty or just doesn’t work for extended amounts of time (you have to use the service the apartment provides) -parking is a nightmare unless you have a garage spot. When we moved if we were told we could park in the shared goodwill lot but that’s not true. -the power goes out frequently and you can’t access anything since you open doors with you phone -many unexpected charges that we weren’t notified about when signing our lease -hot tub is frequently cold

          We had a good experience in the first 4-5 months of our lease. Shortly after it significantly went down hill enough to make us not want to resign for another year. The communication with the office to residents is no where to be found…There is no follow up or heads up given. Our internet has lost connection more times than I can count & the speed is slow. The parking situation is absolutely horrible. We were told that we could park in the back lot when we signed our lease. All those spots are now goodwill parking only. So then we were told that we could only park in the spots right in front of the Krause-Anderson building. Also, at that same time we were told that we were allowed to park on the side of the building by the garage but we are no longer allowed to park there anymore with no explanation from management. There were unexpected fees added to our lease. Also, having to pay community rooms gas is unheard off. The building is beautiful & in a great location but overall, I probably would not recommend this place to anyone.

            A wonderful tour and would love to tour again. This locations is at the top of my list for place I would rent from. Hopefully the Rent Special continue for a few weeks longer. The Hallon is the best apartment in Minnesota!

              Appearance wise, the community is top notch. Nice amenities. Things broken are quickly repaired. Safe area. There is very poor communication between residents and staff, with staff giving little to no follow up. You always have to contact them multiple times, and repeat needs constantly. Resident events are totally not as advertised, sometimes posted day of and often during typical work hours. It seems like staff throw them for themselves. Also don't love now having shared space with Star Cycle. The parking in the back of the building was already difficult for guests, and now there are random people in the main lobby.

                A great place to live, enjoy company and have gatherings! Adequate gym and close drive to other attractions in the area. Hot tub that runs year-round with secure heated parking garage. It's been a great fit compared to my old place in Crystal!

                  Over satisfaction with most of what you can ask for. Just have to see for yourself. Good with smart tech safety features. Couldn't ask for anything better than this. Also have great activity to do in the premises, such as sport hobby and club room.

                    I took two tours of The Hallon as I wanted my daughter to be able to take a look as well. The experience was great both times as the overall quality and vibe of the building was really good. The representative I worked with was kind, professional and very responsive. What I appreciated most was just being treated like another person, not a sales target. I hope my time living there will be as positive as my time touring.

                      Very nice place to live, professional, and friendly. The place is really classy as well. We all love it and hope to move in there very soon. The room is great also, and the windows are great for letting sun in!

                        The pictures do not do justice for how awesome The Hallon is! It's so close to downtown Hopkins, the amenities are incredible, and there is so much natural light. I highly suggest scheduling a tour. The staff is quick to respond and you may just find your new home.

                              The building is gorgeous! It was like a boutique hotel. A bunch of attention to detail was put into the building, from the materials in the Makers Room to the kitchen cabinet hardware. I've toured and plan to rent!

                                very great so far! staff is very friendly, the space is clean. i really like the parking garage however i feel like it would be better if there was some mirrors installed on the corners of the garage it would make it easier to see if there is a car coming. there also seems to be some confusion with the maintenance request? i put in one for our dishwasher the first day as i saw it would not turn on. i soon figured out i just had to switch the breaker on. soon after we got an email saying our maintenance request was resolved, i didn't get a call or email from anyone to check on us. maybe that was an issue on our part! other than that everything had been great!!
