Not a great place to live. Pool was closed nearly all summer. Music blared from the built-in patio speakers all night very frequently. Lost a lot of sleep. My bathtub had black chunks come up when I filled it. I still cannot get rid of them. I don't recommend living here.

Front office staff is very easy to work with. They've had a few issues with the pool being down. So that's been a little frustrating to me. It's a nice quiet building. Lots to do round here. Yeah trader joe's and caribou and starbucks right around the corner.

It sucks, car break ins in the garage. Dirty nasty things in the halls and stairways, including pizza boxes being left for 2 weeks in a stairway, then moved to a halway for 4 days. Nasty stains on the carpets everywhere. Gang fights in the lobby at night. Garbage shoot and recycling room overflowing with stinky garbage. Packages get stolen when they are addressed to you. Management doesn't get things right. Garage door broken for multiple days every 2 weeks preventing access. Terrible smells. A large number of units are being leased out to "--------- type" rent control for low income individuals, while the rest pay a premium to live in a building with people that moved from the Cedar Riverside Apartments, aka Crack Stacks or ------ in the Sky. This place sucks big time. Go anywhere but here!

The apartment is fairly nice. Security is lacking however. Cars are broken into in the parking garage and packages are stolen. A new management company recently took over, so hopefully things will improve.

I recently moved in, and everything has been going great. I wanted to be downtown and the mill district neighborhood is amazing. The leasing process was easy and straightforward. However, the pool has been closed for a long time.

Horrible, do not live here

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've found several people doing drugs and sleeping in hallways, the garage, and stairwells. Management has done nothing. There is no after hours emergency help, nobody answers the phone or calls you back. Disgusting building, nothing is ever clean. Packages are stolen, cars broken into, tvs stolen from the club room, and STILL they will not put up cameras. I don't understand why. The apartments themselves are made incredibly cheap but they market as "luxury" apartments. There is nothing luxury about urine stained carpets, needles, broken lightbulbs, etc. NOT worth the price at all. For your safety, look elsewhere.

Inadequate infrastructure maintenance, safety issues, management unresponsive completely, the building is in a great location but avoid it. It's not luxury living when you're cleaning up biohazards yourself and scared to use the gym in the mornings. And every single package is stolen.

People and staff are generally welcoming and friendly, indoor pool has been wonderful in the winter in particular, many fun neighbors showing up to community events. Pricing is comparable to many newer and nicer buildings that have just opened. Maintenance always does what they can, staff on site are attentive and understanding, frequently seem to lack support for improvements they want to make. Some issues with packages being stolen and an insecure garage/car break ins.

MDCCA has provided good value for money and a great location. Very walkable space with multiple walking trails and grocery stores / restaurants and bars close by. Some minor maintenance issues but so far they have been resolved fairly quickly.

I absolutely love the location and my specific apartment! Management is terrible and the building is not well maintained. The hallways and stairwells are disgusting with stains and mess though the building. There is no security in the building and there has been multiple break ins, theft, etc. Personally, I have had many packages stolen and my care broken into. Residents have been begging for more security since I moved in almost three years ago. The requests have gone without response and it is now at the point where residents are starting petitions just to get security cameras.

It's a super cute complex with great amenities but its lacking in security seeing as ive had many packages stolen and found homeless people sleeping in our stairwell(especially scary as a young woman). the area itself is super cute and quaint and safer than other parts of downtown. my apartment was freshly renovated and definitely gives the luxury hotel feel that they advertise. just wish they had more cameras and security so theft wouldn't be as much of an issue

Incredible poor corporate/building management. h --Garage never washed. Shoes used for work always get dirty, just by walking from the elevator to the vehicle. Cars get dusty in a matter of hours --Courtyard garbage not emptied --Office center is a joke: No internet connection since I moved in June; obsolete PC with a broken keyboard; mac computer not linked to the printer --Thieves come in and out of the garage without a problem, because there's not security at all (only to cameras in the front --Do they actually work?) I've been living here a few weeks and my car has been broke into 2 times, one of them they stole a pair of design sunglasses. They also stole my bike repair kid in one occasion and then the bike itself. The cables to lock the bike are hung too high in many spots, making it very difficult to properly secure the bikes. The comment that I received from members of the community is that nobody trust you and nobody expects at this point anything positive from you. What a disappointment. Is that what you call "premium living"

I moved in here this February and I've absolutely loved it. The building is gorgeous, management team is professional, neighbors are friendly and respectful, the location is perfect for me, and you just can't beat the price anywhere around with this kind of luxury building.

Not recommend. Neighbors are too loud. A lot of Airbnb going on. Building needs more cleaning. I had to call cops several times for lousy neighbors. I hear everything from the unit upstairs, parties all the time, drinking, drugs, screams from the tiny balcony. I had a flood in my apartment from upstairs. Etc etc and many more etc.

Apartments are very clean, and everyone that works at Mill City Club are very authentic, nice people who are willing to help, but are sometimes hard to get into contact with unless you go to them in person. However, that has never been an issue for me. The amenities are routinely cleaned and have just about everything! There are also weekly activities (e.g. wine Wednesdays, massages, etc...) which provide a broader sense of community for those that go.

Great neighborhood, management isn't the best about addressing issues you might have. If you decide to move in, make sure to request that they clean your apartment. I've been there for a few months now and still waiting for my apartment to be cleaned and painted

There has been a lot of changeover in the 2 years I've been in this apartment. Continuity is always appreciated. That being said with the exception of a couple of maintenance requests and miscommunications the service has been good.

A very nice apartment with excellent amenities. There needs to be more office workers and staff, and the work orders take a while to finish. However, there are no other complaints. Moving here was a good idea, just wish to see a few things improve

Mill city district club apartments has gotten much better since the staff changed in August of 2022. Before August it was very difficult to communicate with the office, get maintenance requests fulfilled, and majority of the amenities were broken (fireplace, spa, fridge in club room). Now that the office staff and building manager has changed there is much more effective communication

This is our first month here. In this month we've had a person break into the building multiple times. The last time was obvious this person is dangerous! If something isn't done to secure this building, we won't be here long.
