I had a good experience living at White Pines Apartments. The community is generally quiet and the location is convenient. The staff were helpful and communication was clear when needed. Maintenance responded in a reasonable time. The move-out process was smooth, and I appreciated that everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I love the natural setting around the apartment buildings. The interiors of the buildings are a bit run down. There's really no security; my building's outer door is often left propped open and not very heavy so it doesn't always shut and lock.

My stay has been deplorable. The disgusting smells, filthy laundry, and repeated hot water outages for days are unacceptable. I am moving out and expect rent compensation for this neglect. Maintenance must be a priority.

Worst place ever!!

I would not recommend moving in here what so ever unless you like cockroaches, no washing machines for 6 months even then they barely worked, little kids throwing rocks sand and mud at your vehicles or carving math equations into the hood of your car, or the ceiling above your shower breaking and water pouring in you, the hallways constantly smell like garbage and weed, your ac not working and them telling you they can’t fix it for months and your heat control not working so either it’s freezing or hot as hell, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and I mean everything ??and also even though you have a move out date on your lease you have to give a 60 day notice to even move out or they will automatically put you on month to month even though they sent you renewal offers that had expiration dates informing you will have to move out of you don’t respond… only good thing this place had to offer was the maintenance guy Tommy he was very nice to talk with at any time but they need more then one guy trying to fix this dump he couldn’t keep up but anyways take my word this place is not worth it your life will be miserable it’s hard to try and relax when there’s bugs everywhere it doesn’t matter how much you clean the place is infested and Nicole the manager will just say they aren’t really that bad it’s just a “bug” and they are never in the office it always says showing an apartment be back at so and so time and they never come back, but she may be a nice person but these apartments are not please please pick anywhere else these people should go out of business for what they are doing to family’s

Maintainace is quick at repair. New snow removal company is worthless. Trees need trimmed up for safety. Manager is only her when she's not pulled to a sister property which is not fair to her. It upsets people here. Don't be so cheap and hire someone for the other properties. Get a new snow removal company that knows how to plow snow. I hate for you get sued because some one falls and gets hurt or worse. Love my apartment and living here I just think you need to take better care of things. We need cameras at the garbage dumpsters I am tired of paying for everyone who doesn't live here dumping their garbage plus everything else they dump. To the upper management come and I'll take you on a walk of what I think you can improve like the draning area that needs to be cleared out and replanted. I would invite manager and anyone to come live here it's quite and nice apartments. Manager and Maintenance are great people and care about residents and their needs.

we have homeless people sleeping and hanging out in the stairwells in the second building. the doors are never locked so anyone can walk in whenever. someone turned the utility closet into their bedroom. people used to smoke pills inside and the whole building would smell. have heard gunshots. vomit remained in the hallway for over 7 days straight. there's been a hole in the wall for a month now. very hard to get maintenance work done, there's only 2 maintenance workers. ac does not cool the entire unit, heater is on 24/7

It has been alright. No major problems. The laundry room has always been a problem though. For some reason it never works consistently. Also, I have renters insurance but I keep getting penalized. My insurance company has been trying to call the office to confirm but no one from the insurance company can get through to anyone at the office. No one seems to care to help me with this even though I have brought it up as a concern a couple time before

bad place to live

This place has no maintenance.. Our heat has not worked for at least 4 mo. They don't come in to fix it. We never see the Property manager. She is always gone even on the days we are to come to the office for treats or maintenance request. She is not a friendly person. We have a mold problem in our kitchen. which they only fixed part of the problem. I'm tired of trying to contact someone that is never in the office. or trying to go to the web site and never getting a response.

It has not been great. I was threatened last year by a man who lives with a tenant, -------- ----. He isn't on the lease but he lives here 24/7. Deals drugs and smokes weed. This has been reported to the home office. Nothing has been done about it. This is the 3rd manager I have spoken to. Nobody has done anything about it. I don't feel safe with drug deals going on 6 feet away from where I live. The guy's name is ----------- ----- ------ --------- he is on --------------------.He is here every day. Btw ----- ------ threatening me and the drug dealing is on camera. Why do you have rules if you don't enforce them?

Bad Place

The woman in the office is NOT a friendly person and does not care about the residents She should be in an office where she doesn't have to talk to people. She does NOT get out of her chair, does NOT greet people, does NOT help anyone. When our property had a pizza party, she handed you a piece of pizza never said HI just handed you and said next. NEVER said her NAME when we went to greet her when she first came to work at our property. SHE is NOT friendly. SHE does not HELP. WE still don't KNOW her NAME. When we go into the office for any reason she just turns around in her chair and asks what you want. IT's a nice place but the MANIGER.SUCKS.

The staff is great, the amenities are very good and they keep this place as clean and nice as possible. My only complaint is the people across the hall from me. I've counted at least 5 adults and 3 children living there. Most of the occupants don't have keys, so constantly need to knock on the door to be let in. And there are always people coming and going dropping off and picking up kids, so there are always a lot of kids screaming at all hours of the day and night, often past midnight.

To begin with, when moving in, it was very nice. Things looked very good, the Office staff was friendly and the Maintenance men were courteous. However, within the past 2 years things have degraded. Maintenance is done by 1 man covering 3 and sometimes 4 other properties, meaning it can take longer to get things done. The shift in officer personnel is terrible. Been here 4 years and have already gone thru 6 leasing agents due to personnel at upper levels bringing in their 'friend's. Seemd the more 'friends' brought in, the worse it gets. Would NOT recommend living here. Another problem, fires are constantly occuring due to lack of cooking on modern equipment by many of the residents. If something happens here also, we are not notified. Who knows how safe it is here? Meaning there is a complete lack of communication between the office and residents.

Hasn't been great this year the rent went up. My apartment I have is way too small. ----------- the old property manager never cleaned my apartment when I first moved in. It's like a battle royale when using the washing machines cause there's only a couple per floor. My experience is not been too good.

This apartment was better when Amy was the manager. It was getting cleaned and things were not as dirty. However there is still egg in the entry way that has not been cleaned up. The washers work most of the time as well as the dryers since they got new ones. However packages get stolen all of the time. This wouldn't be an issue if they actually enforced the drivers at different companies to actually use the box designated for packages.

Your staff Amy the manager is the most ----- and ungrateful, unprofessional person I have ever seen. most people have moved from this place because of her, she is very racist and she does not know how to treat people. She treats people like animals. she really needs to go and bring back the lady that was here before or someone else that knows hoe to talk and treat people.

Overall my experience have been great at this apartment as it really quiet and private. But I noticed that the doors to enter the building can be assessed by everyone whethere they have a key or not which does not make me feel safe at all.
