Friendly staff, great pricing, beautiful property.
I recently came in for a tour looking for a reasonable priced unit. I was excited to find out not only are these apartments in my price range but the staff was friendly and not pushy when it came to finding the unit that would work best for me. Thank you Sydne for all your help. Definitely at the top of my list.

Love working with greenway
I can truly say the office is organized and super smooth. They stay on top of things and makes the process for me super easy. Leia and Sydne have been in the business for a while and I see that they truly know what they are doing

AMAZING
Kendall and Liya are amazing. They are both excellent at their jobs, and since I’ve lived here, I’ve had no issues at all. They are very knowledgeable about the complex, lease agreements, and any concerns you bring to them are handled quickly and professionally.

Disappointed
I leased an apartment at Greenway Chase Apartments in 2024, and my experience was disappointing from the start due to ongoing maintenance issues and poor management communication. Early in my tenancy, a severe plumbing issue caused flooding in the hallway, forcing me to leave the apartment overnight. Repeated garbage disposal repairs, a large hole behind the refrigerator, and an air-conditioning failure during summer further added to the frustration. Calls to the after-hours maintenance line often went unanswered. When my lease ended on October 25, 2025, I arranged a walkthrough through the office manager, ----, and ensured the apartment was thoroughly cleaned, photographed, and left in good condition with only minor wear, such as a small paint chip and a cracked blind slat. Despite paying a $1,200 security deposit, I only received $746 back, with deductions for trash removal, appliance cleaning, and minor paint repair—charges I believe fall under normal wear and tear. Attempts to contact management for clarification went unanswered, and corporate contact information was initially incorrect. Although rent was always paid promptly, management displayed poor professionalism and communication. LOVEEE IT!!!
I love greenway chase. They are so helpful in the office for whatever you need. They go out there way to truly assist you. Truly a company I can rely on. I love my home and that’s why I’ve been here for so many years! Huge kudos to leia for helping me out anytime I need it !

Greenway Chase is the place to be!!
Greenway chase is truly a place to call home! The staff is great the maintenance team is awesome! They keep up with the amenities and the apartment as well! I truly would not have my family anywhere else

DONT MOVE HERE
DONT MOVE HERE MAINTENANCE SUCKS Management screens phone calls they will half --- fix things in your unit instead of replacing them Ive needed a new dishwasher since June 2023 I let them know my dishwasher does not complete a full washing cycle and water backs up what they do each time is drain the water Thats not the case I spoke to the maintenance manager Shawn his exact words anytime the dishwasher does it fast forward through the cycles What kind of sense does it make earlier this month he assured me that he was going to order me a new dishwasher it will take 3 days that conservation took place December 4 2024 fastforward three weeks as of today no new dishwasher I called the leasing office today to inquire why would the mark a request completed that has been not completed I heard them laughing in the background they told me they dont remember talking to me They talk to several residents every day I have reported this to all major news outlets dont move here you will regret it check out the Google reviews for yourself and see how many other residents are dissatisfied with this community Greenway Chase Apartments you have ignored the right resident and I will advocate for all the residents who are afraid to stand up

Hi my name is Kim I have been a resident of Greenway Chase Apartments in Florissant Missouri for almost 4 years. Prior to moving here I was a home owner for 26 years, and was looking for a much smaller space with the same comforts of a house. Greenway Chase Apartments are great apartments in a great are and a great place to call "home". Very nice apartment complex with some great amenities The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely, and there is a tennis court available. The grounds are well maintained, and the office staff is friendly and professional. The apartment community is so welcoming and friendly, when I started walking this summer I met so many amazing neighbors and their furry pets. Prior to the Pandemic the club house would host the best holiday events for the tenants. Greenway Chase Apartments has it's normal maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff always respond in a timely fashion. I'm looking forward to the catered pool parties, tenant breakfasts and Christmas parties in the upcoming year!

I have been here for eleven years and I have seen 5 rotations of mgmt , more good than bad. The first call to the office ended with me being told we don't like to single people out when we send out notifications. This current mgmt is very unprofessional and unwilling to confront issues head on. Instead of properly managing a situation they put out blanket notifications for the whole building instead of dealing with the renter(s) directly. In turn creating a situation where uninvolved tenants receive unwarranted notifications. Instead of taking responsibility for not properly vetting the notification it was pushed off on someone else or a circumstantial situation that just had to get done. There is a difference between a general (blanket) notification and a direct notification. When management was called about a clear communication issue, she took it as a personal slight to properly manage it and just blamed it on human error...we all make mistakes. The best thing about this property is the maintenance department. Yes, in the right context you do need to single people out if they are the perpetrator(s) of the said at. I will not be renewing my lease.

I've been at Greenway for 2 years at first I really like these this apartment complex but the Crome is getting worse and worse , no security at all. I've had my car broken into many of times and also have had to put it in the shop because of whatever the thrives did when they popped my doors and triggered my check engine light to come on. I've lost A car from an accident in this complex that ended up being totaled by another resident in this complex, had to get a new car. Haven't even had my new car for 2 months yet and I caught thieves trying to steal my tires then ran into the neighborhood behind the complex. Avoid moving into the back apartments there are always random cars that are sitting and watching it's creepy . And only 3 weeks before they tried to steal my tires I told the leasing office about break ins and the lady up front I don't know her name but she has braces and sits at the first desk just basically told me crime happens and the police doesn't care either she also stated that she got robbed for her car and basically since I have a nice car I will be a target where ever I go that comment made me feel 10 times worse . I asked to move my apartment and she said that would be fine for an updated apartment for about $50 more than what I was already paying which threw me off even more because from the jump I've wanted an updated apartment but then she goes and says that'll renew my lease for another year and the cost for the upgrade would be $200 . That's a no go I don't feel safe at and these apartments aren't the cheapest, I just feel like they would care a little bit more for their tenants but they don't especially with me being a returning tenant for 2 years now I wish I would have to write a review like this because I've told so many people about how nice these apartment were at first but nope not anymore this place is a nightmare oh yeah and you will constantly have kids from the school cutting through gates and parking lots from the school right in front of the complex, you would think they would put locks on these gates and make it more safer but no again , I have to leave this place ASAP.

Really enjoyed living in this community when I did. The only two issues I really didn't like was when I had to move and the manager at that time. Do not remember her name but it doesn't seem she's still there which is absolutely GREAT!

I've had a great experience so far at Greenway. Recently had a leak due to a plumbing issue and maintenance was on it immediately. Any issues were taking care of with urgency and efficiency. The manager, Chelsey, and staff checked that things were being taken care of almost daily. Chelsy provided me with a gift card for the inconvenience which was much appreciated. True customer service and professionalism.

Nice community and I love my apartment. The office staff is great. When I moved in there was a maintenance issue but that issue was resolved the next day (thanks to the maintenance crew). The grounds are well maintained and I just love the office staff. They were/are very friendly, courteous and caring. Continue the good work and always keep the positive attitudes (Chelsey, Turquoise and Houston). Chelsey, I must THANK YOU for going above and beyond your duties to help me in my situation, you didn't have to but you did. THANKS!!!

I don't really care to write reviews or anything so I'll make this brief! So I just moved in right before Christmas and my experience has been AMAZING. The area is safe, not too far from necessary shopping places, beautiful unit, staff is sincere, and maintenence is best i've had yet! I found this place by looking up apartments on this site and found it at about a 76%, but noticed the most recent reviews were positive. I don't know if management changed or what but I can say as of 2017 this is an amazing place to live if you are looking for a reasonable place to live without spending too much money, and will have maintenance that has a great turnaround response time (They have usually shown up next day!!).

I have lived here for 3 years I'm a single mother with 2 children I felt very safe living here the staff was very friendly and understanding, any Maintenance issues I had were fixed if not the same day the next overall good place to live rent rate increase was high each time I renewed my lease.

Greenway had a great deal going on when I signed for a year in 2013. I was hoping to renew my lease, however, the prices are way too high now. They must think this is West County, bc $778 for one bedroom is what you would pay in West County. It is unfortunate I will have to move and it will be their loss bc I pay on time every month.

It seems as though all the reviews are old and outdated. So much has changed. I moved in Greenway Chase in July 2013 and it was the best deal going. I love my apartment and my the people are friendly. The office staff has been very helpful from day one. Call and ask questions and they'll get the answer for U. The maint. Service is outstanding. U call with repairs and they are like johnatan My son recently purchase a home in St. Charles, call me to start packing cause I'm moving out there....is he serious. At Greenway Chase I finally have arrived....I AM HOME.

The staff her are very helpful. The maintenance department depart is great. I feel very safe and welcome here. every place you go now will always have undesirables. that's the world we live in, but to be in a place that handles those concerns is great.

Watch out, they are scamming applicants of the $100.00 dollar fee. Greemway Chase has ads on craigslist for a 1 bedroom Special for $650.00 also saying there was only one left. App fee is 100.00 for app fee and a dmin fee, which sounded a bit high anyway. I meet with one of the leasing reps, I told her my credit was bad due to foreclosure and she assured me that would not be a problem and that the worst that could happen is I would need a higher deposit, ok fine. I was shown an apartment by the maintenance man who told me this is the apt advertised. When I went back to the leasing lady, she told me that was not the apt because its rented out,but I would be getting another exact 1 bedroom unit, Hmmm I thought that they only had 1 left. Ok so I'm leaving and was assured it would be approveddue to meeting the income requirements and no evictions on my record. I was told I would get a answer the next day. The next day comes around and by 3pm I haven't received a call back, so I call them. Leasing agent told me she was still working my application, and said she would call me back. 5pm comes around and she calls with a smile in her voice and tells me you were not approved. Ok way? She stated I can't tell you, you will receive a letter in three days. I said what happened to the higher deposits and being able to work with me as I told her previously about my situation. She was totally speechless at that point, and stated that couldn't get my $100.00back. Stay away people they will take your money and reject your application. $100.00 is too high to charge people for a app fee and then not offer an explanation for disapproval.They knew the would not approve my app, but its easy money. Very shady, I'm contacting the local news so that people can be aware of scammers like Greenway Chase apts.

Nice place to live
I have lived in Greenway Chase for a couple of months and I have no complaints the office staff are very helpful and the maintenance is very good I had a problem and the maintenance person was out the next day. I am very happy here would refer my family and friends here.

I moved in 2 months ago and would remend my friends and family here it is quiet and the management is very nice. I haven t had any problems here.

great and safe apartments
I lived here for 3 years with my daughter. We never had a problem. I lived in the front on the 2nd floor. I was very close to the office, tennis court, swimming pool, and gym. I believe you will love it.

It's in North County...
I lived in the complex for 4.5 years and had to terminate my lease because of the safety issues of the surrounding neighbor. It's a north county complex and the staff just seems to let more and more less desirable tenants in to fill the occupancy. This in fact causes a vicious cycle - the better tenants leave due to the less-desirable, and the less-desirable don't pay rent, poor upkeep and just bring down the property value. The office staff was courteous at first, and the maintenance staff is prompt and reliable. The grounds are well kept and clean. The pool is somewhat clean in the summer, and usually no one is there.

Horrible!
I came by to look at your apartments, and asked the leasing manager if I could use the bathroom. It was downright filty. If you are trying to impress your buyers, you did a terrible job. This was definately a turnoff.
