I'm glad I moved into The Barton. It's a great neighborhood. Wide open spaces for walking and easy access to fine restaurants and shops. I'm also almost next door to The Center Of Clayton. I can walk over there and that saves on time and gas.

We've lived here for 5 years. Beautiful building, excellent amenities, superior location. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Not as many events as we might like. Reasonable rates for Clayton,Missouri.

From the moment we began the application to the move-in process, Glenn and Morgan in the leasing office were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Once we settled in, Scott from the maintenance department truly stood out. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was in top-notch shape made me feel right at home. The community seems amorphous. Have met very few people. The lounge is rarely used. Did not move here to find friends, and haven't. There is a sterile institutional quality to the facility that is not welcoming.

Good for the most part. Hall carpets need to be cleaned. Garage elevator entrance areas need to be power washed. Fitness room carpet needs to be cleaned. Covers need to be hung in elevators during moves.

I like the Barton a lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is fantastic and the gym is great. They have free coffee every day and they make little get togethers for the people living here.

I love the apartment and the amenities. It is a very quiet building and I rarely even see people in the elevators. Everyone is really friendly when I do see people. Sometimes it's hard to get ahold of the staff.

Current manager is competent and friendly. The previous two managers were terrible. Staff turnover was horrendous. Sorry to hae lost our previous front desk staff memeber. Dont really know the new hire since I have been pretty much confined to my apartment recently.

My experience has been great so far! My neighbors are friendly and you can feel the sense of community here. The parking situation is safe and having a gym in the building has been clutch for me. Not to mention it's located 10 minutes from the airport and there are a ton of excellent lunch and dinner spots nearby.

The staff is terrible. Unfriendly, not helpful, every time I ask a question or need help. I am met with a short and curt response. They clearly do not want to assist. Always seem like they are being bothered.

Quiet, clean, secure garage parking with ample spaces for tenants, and managed well. Multiple elevators and easy access to stairwells, clean and well-maintained gym, pool, and common area. The secure package room is easy to use and organized. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and kind.

I would like it if the leasing office was a bit more responsive. They are often hard to get a hold of which makes it difficult. Other than that, the space is nice and in a good area so I am happy with my living situation.

Beautiful community and love my apartment. The company is not the most responsive to issues of current residents, multiple emails have been ignored. A pet friendly community but constant dog barking has gotten out of hand. Not a quiet community like it used to be.

Nice apartment complex and in the best location in Clayton. There are many new apartment properties nearby though, that seem to have many more amenities such as games, a larger pool, and outdoor sports for the price per month.

The Barton has the feeling of a resort environment with a beautiful lobby and gathering room with a Starbucks coffee machine. Some neighbors will get together (I'm not one of them) and watch a sports game on the massive TV and that gives this place a homey feeling. Feels more upscale than other apartments.

The Barton is a very professionally managed building, usually occupied by professionally employed or retired persons. As such, the it's an interesting community. It is also a joy to live here--in a location that's very conveniently located to so many retail and service outlets.
