The Bartonton is a very good apartment. And utility is very good. And the service is good. And maintenance is very well. And especially, all the staff is very nice, I think it is a very good living space in ST. Louis.

    The Barton is not only very conveniently located, the staff goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. The amenities are well maintained. Very quiet. It's a wonderful community. Highly recommend.

      Living in the The Barton building is one of the best decisions we ever made, the building located in the heart of downtown Clayton, Mo just one minute walk away from five star restaurants,book stores,Shops and grocery stores. The Barton building is surrounded with the Shaw park ,Clayton center, which we enjoyed the whole community activities. The neighborhood is great and safe for kids and families. The manager ( Mr. Glenn) and the management team are super great , professional and knowledgeable. The amenities are amazing available 7/24, the maintenance guys are super helpful ,friendly and clean. We do enjoy our time living in the Barton and highly recommended. Also I want to mention that the school district is one of the best rated public schools. The fitness center is my favorite part , the gym is always clean and open 24.

        The Barton is a great residence. It's centrally located with a wonderful staff. All the common areas are well kept and offer a nice variation of options to enjoy. The gym is very well kept. I also enjoy the easy access to garage, both for us residents and for our guests.

          Pretty good. Responsive management whether it's the leasing office or the maintenance employees. Very nice, remembers who you are and small facts about you which gives a more personal experience for the place you're calling home

            Love the professionalism and the concern for the people in the building. The team is very adapt at listening, getting to the problem and solving it. Also the staff is always ready to speak, open the door, with a smile.

              The community is extremely kind and welcoming. I have never had any troubles with any of my neighbors. The staff of the apartments are always so great. I love all of the events that they hold every month.

                Overall, quite good. There has been a lot of Staff change over. We're hoping our new Community Manager is here to stay. We need that stability. Biggest complaint: windows be washed on a regular schedule. The Maintenance Team headed by Scott are great. Honorable mention to EJ and the newest team member, Melvin. Melvin is terrific!!

                  I'm very happy with the community here! Staff is nice, always helpful to the tenants and supportive. It is a fabulous location and I appreciate that maintenance requests are responded to quickly and thoroughly.

                    It is up and down. Much expends on the teams ability to be calm and let tenants know when they are breaking the rules such as smoking, late loud nights, irregular parking and etc. At times the team members are very friendly, even thru misunderstandings. At times, in the past some team members have been really rude, and I cannot believe they work in hospitality. The current group is a very good team and seems to work well together. Finally, thank goodness.

                      We had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite reading numerous positive online reviews, my wife and I were excited to apply to an apartment. Upon contacting the staff, we were informed that the apartment was available, and that they would assist with the application process. We proceeded to apply online and were charged $200. They assured us that the fees would be reimbursed since we work at SLU. Furthermore, they insisted that I submit an application, as they were supposed to charge $300 for application fees. Unfortunately, I encountered technical difficulties on their websites when attempting to make payments. Concerned about the situation, my wife immediately called them, and once again, they reassured us by saying, "Don't worry, the apartment is yours." Regrettably, to our surprise, they allocated the apartment to someone else while still charging us a $200 application fee. When I addressed the issue with the staff, she stated, "We gave it to another party who paid on time." Why would you reassure us instead of being honest? Essentially, they misled us by assuring us that the apartment was ours, instead of honestly informing us about the presence of other interested applicants. Consequently, we were charged an application fee for an apartment that we did not secure. As we never had the opportunity to visit the facility, I could not provide feedback on its condition. However, I strongly advise anyone to exercise caution and avoid wasting $200 on an application fee. It is not the fact that they allocated the apartment to someone else who bothers me; it is the fact that we were charged and misled in the process.

                          Scott came to repair a few minor things in the apartment very quickly after the request was put in! Great customer service. Overall community amenities are great as well, gym is always clean and having a Peloton on site is so nice! Excited for the summer to use the pool!

                            Love living here! This place is amazing and can’t wait for the salt water pool to open in a few days! Summer here will be so fun with Shaw Park right next door, love walking my pup! Staff is amazing and so helpful, never had a complaint or problem!

                                I have lived at the Barton for almost a year now and it has been such a great experience! The building is always kept really clean, and the management has done a really good job of making the amenities available in a safe way through the pandemic. It’s cool that the pool is opening soon since it’s heated, so I’m looking forward to that. Ariel and Taylor are super nice and super helpful with everything all the time! I’ll definitely be renewing my lease this year!

                                  Staff is really nice. Amenities are better than most and always very clean (fitness center especially). Great location and very safe. Some people complain about anything and everything but I think they are just bored from covid. I’m very happy and recommend to anyone I know looking for a nice place to live. Better than all the other properties I toured in Clayton by a long shot. 10/10 recommend.

                                    The move in process was very easy to be able to get my keys! The apartment was very clean upon arrival and maintenance was very quick to fix any issues! The location is great being close to downtown Clayton and any other stores you might need!
