Great area and quiet

[Incentivized Review] I have lived here for over 5 years and I would recommend it to anyone that likes cheap and quiet. A newly renovated pool has been the highlight of the past summer and they put a new roof on the buildings too

[Incentivized Review] Started renting here at 19 and I think it’s a pretty good place for first time renters. I think it’s affordable and a decent place with good management. They have been friendly and on top of most things that are going on.

Apartments are in a nice and accessible part of town in my opinion. Have been here 2 years and we really like it here. It's quite and the courtyard is nice. The pool and around the pool have also been redone. They made the gate very tall all the way around which I love for people with kids and animals! I have both and just think its very helpful to prevent anything from happening cause my kiddo loves water. Management and staff have been very friendly and responsive.

I'm ready for the pool construction to be over. I'm ready for the new sidewalks to be in place because it's hard to get around the complex right now. I think it'll be an improvement when it's done. -Jennifer S

Well coming up on three plus years living here. There's been some ups and downs some good times and some bad with a complex, it all really depends on the complex management that they have hired at the time,currently we have a pretty decent crew here so I have no problem living here. The only few downsides are some of the neighbors but that cannot really be helped and happen anyplace you have apartment complex, if there's any real problems the Land Management does help take care of them so all in all for the price and a location this place is not bad.

Have lived here almost 8 years now. Conveniently located to churches, schools, shopping and entertainment. Wide range of tenant ages. What few maintenance issues have been remedied in a timely manner. Staff are friendly and professional.

Super happy living here. Staff is nice and very responsive. The court yard and pool is always well maintained. Every time I have an issue it is almost always fixed same day or the next day. Other tenants are also friendly.

The staff is friendly and awesome at what they do. Been here a year and haven't a had a single problem or complaint. Apartments are nice and clean. Rent is very decently priced with utilities included.

I have been living at Seminole Apartments for 5 years. Fair rent value, and a nice place to live. At Seminole apartments maintenance issues are resolves quickly and according to seriousness of the issue. The outside grounds are nicely maintained

The area is relatively quiet, and the few maintenance issues over the years have been taken care of in a timely manner. We are within a 5 to 10 minute drive (depending on traffic) of banks, schools, churches, service stations, restaurants, entertainment and downtown.

I currently live at Seminole and I'd recommend it to friends. It's a clean, quiet apartment complex and it's easy to get anywhere in town from here. Very close to Mercy Hospital. The parking lot needs to be fixed up, but that's about it.

Seminole Apartment's are affordable, clean , quiet and well maintained. I came here after dealing with Springfield Development Company , a company that had carried out countless fraudulent practices. The office manager of Seminole Apartments assured me that I would be treated fairly . I was so scared of being scammed out of more money or mistreated again. I've had a great experience after a year of living here . Maintenance comes around regularly to ensure everything is kept up and they truly seem to care . You can call them and they'll come out at any hour. For example one day my A/C didn't work but I waited until a reasonable time in the morning to call. After maintenance came they were so upset I hadn't called at 10 PM because I "shouldn't have to suffer through the heat of summer" .The office staff is considerate and eager to help and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of . We do have new staff in the office but they seem to have kept to the high standards of the previous office staff. You get yearly carpet cleanings FREE! They don't keep people that are a nuisance to current residence (confrontation, loud , etc) which is nice . Living here has been wonderful .

This is a really great value for a 2 br 1 b, conveniently located in the center of Springfield, everything seems to be less than 10 minutes away! The staff has changed since we moved in but we are so grateful the newest property manager is efficient and kind!

I love this community because it's close to everything I need! They are located in a great and safe part of town. Living here I am less than 5 from my job, my family, two Walmarts , and plenty of shopping.

My experience at the Seminole apartments has been moderately calm and pleasant! It's not only affordable but management is very transparent and understanding. It's very affordable and in a great location. The property is always well lit and the upkeep of the grounds is always maintained. I would definitely recommend!

I'm very happy here, mainly because my pets are allowed and rent is very affordable. Just renewed my lease and I will for sure be staying for awhile. I'd say my only issue is there's been a few sketchy people around but that's it!

I have lived in these apartments for years, about 6 now in total. I will say i really do enjoy living here, and I am glad overall that I have stuck around. However, Over the years we have had a lot of managers come and go. thats one of the things i never liked here was that we never had consistent management for the property. Currently there is a manager in there that is great. The best part about these apartments is the courtyard. its very quiet and fun to sit out at night and just listen to the bugs. The location is great too, the cemetery across the street is nice to walk through. the rent is super affordable, especially for the quality of apartments as well. I will say that it has been hard getting things fixed here in the past, not impossible but difficult sometimes. if you need something maintained in your apartment. But recently that has changed with the new manager. be prepared if you have pets to pay a pet fee if you decide to move apartments here within the complex, that's another thing that kind of frustrated me, but i easily got over it. Overall if you are looking for a good place to live, that's quiet and has a good community, id recommend here for sure.

I've just renewed for another year here. Very affordable place, convenient for my work, the management is always professional and helpful, maintenance issues being taken care of generally in a timely fashion, especially for as much trouble as they seem to be having with personnel. No place is perfect, but the office agent Kaitlyn is always running around at top speed to keep things in shape while still taking the time to greet tenants by name throughout the property. Lots of Pokestops nearby. Pool and grounds are lovely and kept well.

I love this apartment complex, it's one of the best complexes on the south side to live. The rent is unbeatable for this side of town! The management is super friendly and easy to contact, and no maintence request is ever ignored or not fixed within a day or too. The landscape is wonderful as well, the grass is beautiful and so are the cute little bushes!

I just renewed my lease with Seminole, its a great price for how nice the apartments are! The policy is great and the grounds are kept up well. Cant wait for our pool to be up and running again this summer!
