When this property is well managed such as it is now, it is a great place to live. Maintenance concerns are just a phone call away and it's all taken care of. Electric is part of your rent, no other bill to worry about. There are pets and plenty of dog stations with bags always available.

I really like my apartment neighbors and the manager and maintenance staff. I feel safe and uncomfortable going outside in the courtyard during nice weather. The community is peaceful and in an ideal location.

My name is Leland and I've lived in these buildings for a long time and am still happy here. Love the ppl and location. The pool area is well maintained, and the little fish pond is neat. Being right next to work and several places to eat is also a bonus.

I am a current resident at the wooten co. Apt complex at seminole apts have been for 2yrs now. Ive had little issues like i needed a new refrigerator i put in a request to get it fixed and they came and fixed it immediately within a day. I got a new refrigerator. Other than that ive had little issues like a new shower head got it fixed immediately. I have no problems with my neighbors, good community. I'd recommend these apartments to everyone.

I have lived here over a year and it's wonderful. I love in an all utilities included, two bedroom apartment with renter's insurance for only $590/mth. It's fantastic and so convenient! I highly recommend living here, especially with the pool. Great for children and pet friendly. Plus, any time I've had any problems, maintenance was there within a day to fix the problem.
