Highly Recommend!

[Incentivized Review] The staff were incredibly helpful during the touring and leasing process. The grounds are always well kept and the facilities are amazing. So many amenities from a gym, pool/hot tub, sauna, dog wash, bike storage, etc. this place has it all. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful inside!

A fantastic place to call home

[Incentivized Review] I’ve been living at Northwest Crossing Apartments in Bozeman for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to help, which really makes a difference. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed. I love the open floor plan, the high-end finishes, and the big windows that let in tons of natural light. Plus, the views of the mountains are unbeatable! One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The fitness center is top-notch, and the outdoor spaces—like the beer garden, firepits, and pool—make it easy to relax and socialize. It’s also a great place for pet owners, with dog parks and a grooming area right on site. Overall, Northwest Crossing has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place in Bozeman that feels like home, I’d highly recommend it!

Great with some bumps

[Incentivized Review] We moved in during February. The staff has been amazing! However, we have had issues with leaking. Our washer was leaking into our garage downstairs. Maintenance was very fast to get here and check out the problem. However, after they found the leak they tore up the wall and ceiling in the garage and our wall and flooring in the laundry room. After this communication from maintenance was not great. Took 2 1/2 weeks to hear back to then be told it would be another week.

Nice apartments, TERRIBLE service

The apartment community and staff are nice, but the service is TERRIBLE . I had two service requests in the last five months since I've lived here and both have taken over a month to complete, not acceptable. 1. Had an issue with weather stripping where you could literally see outside, had to stuff towels on the floor and along the side of the door. They kept making appointments and not showing up and there is an email chain a month long where I finally had to threaten to call the owners. They temporarily fixed it and were supposed to come back with a permanent fix, which of course they never came back. I have all of the emails back and forth if anyone from ownership is interested. 2. The oven stopped working, they set an appointment 1 MONTH away, then cancelled that appointment when I asked about it. They brought a “new” one over finally, which was dirty inside and on the range top. Maintenance was moving the old and “new” oven around and scratched the floors up. I guess I don't really care about that, since it's not my place, but you would think they would be careful since these apartments are brand new. I was without an oven for one month, not satisfactory (they should have brought over a replacement). For the above reasons probably will not renew my lease, it’s a shame since the apartments are nice – but every time you need something it should not be your part time job to try to get something fixed… and then have it take a month!

The whole process from getting the tour, the leasing process and moving in was such an easy process. The staff on site made it seamless and took the time to answer our questions. The whole complex looked great and made us want to be apart of the community!

Jolene has been so helpful with our move in process! We couldn’t be happier with her and the kindness we’ve received from the rest of the staff. Everything is so beautiful! We are beyond excited to take advantage of all of the amenities - the pool is so gorgeous!!!

Great Place to Call Home!

My husband and I recently moved into the NWX apartment complex and we couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, with easy access to all of the wonderful amenities. Our apartment is spacious and well-designed, complete with modern appliances and ample storage. The community amenities like the pool, sports simulator, coffee bar, gym, and sauna are fantastic additions that we use regularly. The management team has been very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, making it a great place to call home. I highly recommend Northwest Crossing to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living environment.

Luxury Livin’ in Bozeman

We recently moved into Northwest Crossing and the experience has been 5 stars from start to finish! Kaela has been kind and considerate from the beginning. Jolene has been extremely helpful answering our questions, and Trevor timely with any work orders we’ve had. An easy choice for quality living in Bozeman!

Wonderful community

These apartments are super nice and spacious they have wonderful amenities such as a huge gym and game room. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The staff members are superb helpful and friendly. The neighbors are super nice and quiet.

Bear tooth

I have the second largest apartment available, second to the 3 bedroom only. The master bed and bath/walk in closet is grandeur. The pool is awesome. Heated to 85 degrees summer and 65 winter. Full weight room and spa.

Best place in BZN!!!!

Northwest Crossing is the best place ever! The amenities are amazing! The clubhouse has been our families number one place to go! So glad we chose this icon community! Best place in Bozeman!!!!! And it is still so close to town! The staff is amazing as well… Everyone so kind and helpful!
