I said it in previous statements The bugs are awful in the summer I can't walk out of my door without settling on them was not told about this when I moved in reason I picked this place close to family

A major leak from the apartment above me. I called my disaster a 'rain forest' . This is the 3rd leak from either the 2nd or 3rd floor in the 2 1/2 years that I've been here. Maintenance was fairly quick to respond because they were already upstairs when I called. But the wall repair, painting, and carpet cleaning could have been completed quicker than 3 1/2 weeks.

It has been great living In Waterford it is close enough to get to RTP or Raleigh no problem while enjoying living in Cary. Great area to live in so much to do and in the middle of everything. Hope to be here for a while!

You get more bang for your buck here! The amenities are very nice! Have lived in this community since 2013. Four apartment living, it's one of the best. I will probably continue living here for a while.

so far is good, but rent is on higher side for non upgraded apartment. should reduce the price or upgrade the apartment to charge higher. each lease renewal price are increased without any justification, should increase price only if any value additions done to the unit, unless nothing did - should not increase any price.

Very quiet and any/ all request are taken of in a day or two. The staff is very respectful and if an complaint is made, it is handle immediately. Any service is provided by staff in a timely manner. Very satisfied!

No proper maintenance in outside and they kept big dumpster in-front of 1600 building , even-though they have plenty of space in other areas, they kept big 2 dumpsters in front of apartment building. During night not safe to walk outside since building lights are not bright enough to cover also not working most of the time its OFF, no proper response even residents request them to fix, snake and pest passing through in building entrance, we have reported many time but no response

Very friendly office people. Had some issues when move-in. But they are trying to fix it. They maintained the common areas (pool, gym etc) very well. If they add more lighting to side parking, that would be nice.

Very bad apartment not at all satisfied with the apartment. I signed it in online that is the only mistake i made. The house is full of worms and insects inside and outside. I have already informed this to leasing office about this haven't heard any thing so far. I am really concerned about my wife health now as she needs special attention.

It's a great place that is close to a lot of shops. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The one time I had to get something fixed, they did it quickly and they were super friendly. It's a great little place.

I feel welcomed when going into the leasing office, the community looks clean and well taken care of and professional. Only problem I had was at my previous apartment ( same complex but different unit) the upstairs neighbors were always loud and fighting but they moved out. That's for every apartment. I am definitely happy with the ease of moving to another building and on the third floor! Loving it!

This is definitely a nice place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is personable and responsive. Facilities are more than adequate. The grounds are attractive. I do wish they would do more to pick up trash on the grounds and keep the recycling center tidy.
