Not much I have to say but my apartment is a little dark and have to turn on lights during day especially in kitchen. Overall is ok but I regret about my 50 dollars that I throw on the bush for no reason

I have been living here for almost a year and so far I plan on renewing my lease. The community is quiet and very friendly, I very often see people out walking with their dogs and their children. Moving in was a breeze, and the leasing office is always trying their best to make your life here at Waterford Forest comfortable. It's in a very good spot, right across the street from Kroger and less than 20 minutes from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. It makes things easy and convenient.

Before signing for this community I considered 3 more communities, but Waterford Forest wins by providing better amenities at affordable prices. So I choose this community over the other communities. The move-in was smooth and the maintenance is also good.

Office is receptive as is the maintenance. The grounds look very pretty and are well-kept there is some trash lying around that needs to be placed and cleaned up and put In trash Dumpster. Breeze ways need cleaning.

Not good so far. Pool and gym has been closed for most of the time I have lived here. And the last maintenance visit was a disaster. They flooded the apartment. Never came to pick up their floor haven't finish the work

I've only been here for about two weeks now, and so far it seems to be going okay. The area is nice, and the office team is also nice and helpful. The apartment floors are very thin and I get a LOT of noise from the people upstairs because it is a family with two small children. The community has monthly events like food trucks and treats in the office, which is quite nice. Most importantly for me, though, is that they are pet friendly. There are a lot of dogs around which is nice to see as an animal lover, and my cat seems to like the unit. Two weeks in, I'm not sure if I will renew my lease after a year because of the noise from the children above me. We'll see how everything else turns out over time!

The first apartment I visited was only right down the road, but the staff didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. The team at Waterford was very friendly, and thet encouraged me to feel comfortable moving here. They helped to alleviate the stress of moving as much as possible, and since moving in, I have no complaints at all. Great community atmosphere and location too.

It is a great place to live! Very safe and good neighborhood. The entertainment areas are great and clean. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance team do a great job taking care of any issue you have at your apartment. I will definitely recommend this community to my friends!

The staff is great and maintenance is prompt. Only thing that I'm dissatisfied about is dog poop. I have 2 dogs of my own. I pick up after them all the time. You as the pet owner, if you don't want to pick up poop/feces don't get a dog. You wouldn't like it if my dogs pooped you your lawn and I left it there. So why would you do that to someone else's property.

Over all experience was OK but we faced a major issue of cockroaches from the day one we moved in to the apartment, proper pest control should have been done before the move-in . Need to repeatedly follow up with office staff for pest control n inspite of pest control there is no improvement in the situation . We expect the staff to take concrete measures to relieve us from this. Apart from this , Community is good.

My experience is fairly decent. I am Just disappointed with finding cockroaches the third day of being there. As well as two of our original request being dismissed. I am very unsatisfied with how the mailroom is set up.

Complex is beautifully maintained. Staff is excellent. All requests handled professionally, enthusiastically and quickly. All amenities are kept clean and in good working order. Hopefully recent problems with trash compactor are over

Very good experience with nice facilities, like gymnasium, swimming pool , internet , volleball court, racket ball court , etc. Landscaping is good and children play area. Car water wash facilities. Good value for money

The team here is extremely helpful and friendly. I love the fact that they are pet friendly and accept pit bulls. The appearance of the complex is clean and well kept, and the amenities are nice. This is also a great area with plenty to do near by.

so far so good except few things to be noted.Have some worms related problems now and had some few issues when i moved in but it was sorted out.cooking burners seems to be a little problem as it is old and there is no vent out.

Not a great experience at all. I moved in to 2 bedroom apartment and unit given to me was worst managed . Stained kitchen good unpainted cabinets , sticky floors , pins all over capers .. can any property lease an unit in bad shape to new resident ?

Very nice apartment and staff is very responsive. Had a few issues at move-in but they responded quickly. Small apartment by dimensions but feels much larger due to the layout. Very comfortable and homey feel.

Downsizing from 2-bedroom to 1-bedroom. Apartment size was perfect, location was great. Being able to remain in the same complex I've lived in for 4 years - even better! Any unresolved issues were timely dealt with and followed up. The team truly looks out for the residents.

Molds are forming inside the apartment which is very bad, even if we clean it, it comes back within a two days. The water bill comes too much, it keeps increasing month on month when same people live in the home and same usage.

Nice family community oriented apartment complex at a reasonable rate and close to many local activities. The office and maintance staff are attentive to needs and I find that my neighbors are friendly, quiet, and always greet me upon passing.
