Community is great but have a very noisy neighbour. maintenance is very responsive but none of them get fixed. I have been raising service requests almost every other day. one thing or the other fails and we dont use much of anything. HVAC has been troubling us for over a month, raised 6 requests. I dont know what was fixed but we keep getting issues.

Apparently apartment reviews are a load of crap. If you want to hear nail guns and hammers, and you're looking to move in within the next couple months, this place is perfect for you since they don't stop day in and day out and they won't be finished for at least 8 weeks (oh and it's all aesthetic work, nothing drastic just for looks). No parking ever in front of the complex, loud obnoxious neighbors and constant engine revving. This seems like the opposite of Cary. I swear apartments pay people to say good stuff because this is the worst experience of my life and a couple other neighbors too. What a joke. Look up MAA and you'll see why this is a problem. My neighbor got charged 400 dollars for a clean carpet when he moved out. The office management is nice to everyone who first moves in like all these people say but the more you mention things the more you see they don't want to deal with you (coming from someone who doesn't complain unless it's necessary)

This is a great community. Great neighborhood that is quiet and family friendly. Great location. Office staff is great, friendly, and they remember your name. They have been very helpful with anything I've needed. The maintenance staff have been nice and fast with fixing any requests.

Waterford forest apartments are very nice, rooms are large. The grounds are kept nice. Maintenance is very timely. All staff are friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed living here and I do recommend this apartment complex. Its location to stores and highways are convenient

I really liked the area. Its 20 minutes away from where i work. There are 3 grocery stores with in 5 mins. The apartments themselves are nestled inside a line of tree's so there is very little road noise. I really love the black appliances and wood like floors.

Great community! Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Neighbors are pleasant, the maintenance of the grounds are well maintained. Plenty of storage areas, nice gym with cardio equipment and swimming pool area. The private balconies are a plus.

Friendly service and maintenance. I have not had an issue with any service requested. Expectations are set and have been met or exceeded for timing of needs. My unique needs of medical supplies mailings are always secured whether in office or at my door.

Experience has been good so far. Move in was quick and I appreciated that the office staff let me keep the move in evaluation form longer than 48 hours. My apartment was clean with new carpet and vinyl. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but I trust they will be attended to promptly.

The community professionals are very friendly and they are responding very quickly for whatever the actions are required. The only bad thing is, the residents whoever having pets are not properly remove the poops and it's scaring us in order to roaming around.

I have not lived here long but its quiet and so close to so many things. It is a Perfect location. Friendly staff and quick maintenance. But apartment was grossly dirty when I moved in. But the apartment amenities, location, and layout make it ok.

This apartment complex seems like it has a lot to offer. From its expansive square footage to its great amenities, including a 24 hour fitness facility, good-sized pool with cabanas, and movie room, the benefits of this place go on and on. Great find.

I love the space in this apartment. The closets are very large and the floor plan accommodated all the furniture I brought from downsizing from a large home to an apartment. Having 2 dogs madfe it difficult to find an apartment, but this complex is very pet-friendly. The location is perfect and the staff and maintenance crew are excellent.

The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and provide friendly service and assistance. The community is easily accessible to many shopping areas, banks, restaurants, and medical facilities. I feel the noise level from the street in minimal and within the community it is the responsibility of the tenants and their consideration/respect for their neighbors. Overall I would say 90-95%% are very considerate.

This community looked great from the outside until i moved into my apartment. The very next day my dog was attatcked by my neighbors dog on the 2nd floor. I lived on the 3rd floor and when i reported this and had pictures of the wounds nothing was done about it. The man continues to break the rules and allow his dog of leash and to torment other animals in the community. I eventually moved to a bigger apartment within the community on the 2nd floor of a different building just to get away from that man and his dog. The rent is to high to out weigh the noisey neighbors above as they have many many children in this complex which seem to be excessive for only having 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Honestly the pool is nice and the updated apartments look nice but that is the only positive feedback i have for this complex. Your complaints will never be addressed properly and fixed and the rent is incredibly high for what is given

All employees at this apartment community are exceptional, friendly and most helpful in every way! Apartments are quite large and in great condition, and the amenities are excellent! Community is nice and quiet, and exterior appearance and landscaping is great!

It started out great, they took care of any problem that arose promptly but as the months went on it became a wait and see. I found out these buildings are full of dry rot, my air ducts are made of pressboard and drywall so I have drywall particles floating in my apartment everyday, the element in my oven blew up on a Monday night and didn't get another stove until Friday which because of lack of communication they replaced it again on Monday and I still don't understand why I have to pay Waterford Apartments $50.00 a month for TWC plus pay TWC $85.00 a month and the $50.00 fee to Waterford Apartments you have to pay whether you use TWC or not. Starting to regret moving here!

Bogus water bills:triple actual usage.FORCED to buy $50 cable TV doesn't come with internet. Smokers everywhere.Dog poop everywhere.Walls paper thin hear neighbors pee and talk/TV next door, hear neighbors talk downstairs. 30% price hike since moved in. Negative reviews apparently not accepted, as I've tried 3 times and only get this error each time: Connection to 98.158.195.31 failed. The system returned: (110) Connection timed out

This community isn't very talkative. Lots of barking dogs. Not many people say hello when you are walking outside. The one thing that I don't like about the community is that there is only one trash receptacle and it has to be used by the whole community. It's not in walking distance, therefore I have to put my trash in my car to transport it and I hate doing that.

I enjoy being in this community because of its location and everyone is so nice. The cleanliness and landscape is very nice and i also enjoy the convenience of a carwash that everyone can use for free! staff is very friendly and maintenence is so efficient! Its a nice apartment with well maintained surroundings.Area is quite and has stores, park near by.The staff is patient and co-operative. There is a common playground for kids. The parking space is ample so that you can always park car near your apartment.

Everything has been prompt and efficient. I wish the MAA connect fee of 50$ was an OPTION; in today's society, it's not good business practice to force residents to have t.v. when they don't NEED it. Overall, the staff, especially Kim(at Waterford forest circle) is friendly and helpful!

From the first day I visited the apartments, the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds are well kept and we are pleased with everything so far. I would recommend these apartments to friends. Looking forward to using the amenities soon.
