The staff was very quick to respond to emails and tell me everything i needed to donbefore move in. It would be great if the lease start date was a little more flexible but over all the service was very good The pet fee seems a little expensive but the additional monthly rent is not bad.

So far the staff has been fairly helpful in getting any service requests finished and all questions answered. The grounds are kept fairly nice although I would prefer that the trees near my building be cut back away from the windows if possible.

Children Play Area swing and other equipment are pretty old ...It is very disappointing to see that it was just painted . thats definitely putting children s at risk ..and after seeing all the nearby communities of friends i think this play area equipments are the oldest one . keeping little children in mind play areas should be the best invested and secure part of every community ,sorry but this is not the case here. People are not using it much during winter days ,I would request if community can get some funding in the meantime to replace old stuff with new...would love to see "best" play area comparing all nearby apartments & a place where we can take our kids with no fear . Thanks.

Roaches upon move in, too expensive not happy with the apartment nor the price for the lease. Over $1000 a month for an apartment that is not worth the price. I will not be renewing my lease and will find a nicer apartment for a better price somewhere else. Thus apartment sucks!

Not bad, mean neighbor below me. The parking is pretty terrible at my unit, if you get home past 9pm you cannot find a parking spot anywhere close and it is kind of scary walking from the dog park to my place. The office staff is very nice and the grounds are also nice.

I'm am enjoying my stay so far at this community. The staff is really nice. I wish there was a computer room located on site. Good. I would recommend this community for friends as well. Any problem or issues reported are immediately taken care. One suggestion from my side would be cleaning the playground more often and also fix the small slide. The location is also convenient as it is near to Kroger and also several day cares.

This has been a wonderful community in which to live. The staff has been extremely accommodating, and repairs are always taken care of immediately. The only negative I can mention is that we are near the playground, and there is noise there - sometimes after 9:00 p.m.

So far so good at this apartment community. The neighbors are relatively quite (no partying, just heavy footed). Very dog friendly which is a bonus for myself and Fido. Maintenance is very professional and helpful. The community grounds are kept up. So far no bug issues, found one but this is an apartment and I know that the complex regularly sprays. Management is friendly.

The staff has always been friendly and professional. The rent reasonable. The oily problems I had was having my car broken into, dog feces, and having my car vandalized. Compared to experiences at other apartments, this was a very good community.

It started of a little uneasy. Since then we have gotten new staff that is more friendly and show more concern for the tenants. I've enjoyed my stay thus far. It's close to a grocery store which is important during unexpected inclement weather.

I like these apartments a lot, everything here is nice and well kept. The landscape here is done regularly and the walkways are always clean. When it snowed the property plowed all the driveways in the apartment, that helped everyone a lot. It is also quiet.

So far so good. The community is very well kept and extremely quiet. The move in process was fantastic and easy, especially taking into consideration that I was moving from Connecticut to North Carolina. I also had a work order submitted upon arriving, and it was taken care of within 48 hours.

I lived here over ten years ago for the first time. I like the location and especially that they are very pet friendly. My move in was easy and the staff is very friendly. I rarely hear any of my neighbors!! I can't wait to use the pool this summer!

Our experience was nice. Leasing office people are extremely helpful and professional. Nice and peaceful apartment. Only problem is when you have kids and are living on second floor. Kids definitely need some space and to walk between rooms.

I haven't been here long, but the location is good, and the staff are very friendly. I had some problems with a few of my appliances when I moved in, but maintenance was able to sort it out within the day of putting in a request. Being able to put in requests online is very nice too.

The staff here are very courteous and attentive to the needs of the tenants. I am very please and satisfied with the services they provide. Only thing that I would consider not forced to take the cable if we do not want. Implement of the "cleaning after pets" rule, should be more established.

The big thing that drew us in to this apartment is that we got to bring our own washer and dryer. The staff is friendly, attentive, and pleasant. All of our concerns have been addressed. I feel safe here even when my husband is gone. Convenient!
