Overall I think this is a beautiful community. you have great access to near by green ways, shopping, and restaurant's ( some are even walking distance !)the apartment is spacious, upgraded and you get your moneys worth. the office and maintenance staff are all very professional, helpful, and quick to respond if you have an issue.

Well maintain apartment and grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet apartment, safe and secure. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants and shopping center. Lots of Greenaway's to walk on and enjoy greenery. Park within walking distance.

This apartment is really a great place to live in, great location, renovated and remodeled apartments, courteous management and staff so far. Only problem is they have a mandatory cable fee of $50 added to your rent monthly which increases the base rent.

The staff at Waterford Forest is the nicest and most competent of all of where I've ever lived or rented. They are very proactive, efficient, and attentive to the needs of the tenants. They take great care of the property and the landscaping.

Very nice well managed facility. Quiet neighbors. Very clean. Attractive landscaping and facilities. Office staff always very responsive and friendly. Parking was ample and traffic pretty minimal even in the mornings. Could have a little more lighting near sidewalks.

Pretty community, great pool: half sun half shade, love the gym and media room. Apartment itsef needs updating. Thwe neighborhood is quite although you can hear sound within the apartment coming from neighbors, walking sounds are heard overhead, not well insulated for sound.

I absolutely LOVE I here!! The entire staff is wonderful, the apartment is perfect & the community is beautiful! I would (and have) recommended this due elopement to friends. I'm hoping a rent increase won't force me to move when my lease is up!

The community is quite and peaceful. Nice and affordable apartments and great facilities. The only con is the mandatory inclusion of the cable even if you do not want or use it. It would be great if the compulsion of including cable is removed.

The staff at the leasing office are very plesent & so friendly. When I moved in my carpets were not in very good condition. Also outside of my patio there are about 7-9 trash bags full of sand to help with flooding, but it looks very unappealing.

Pretty good. Except for the loud door slamming noises, the frequently out of order laundry machines and the poor lawn maintenance everything else is great about this community. Especially the office staff are very friendly and responsive.

I moved to this apartment complex six years ago, I am 100% satisfied with there service and the apartment. The team is wonderful. They are here to help on any moment. I will move only if I buy my first house! If you decide to move in you will never regret it.

Other than some loud and rude neighbors, I enjoy my apartment community. I do wish that the movie theater was open not only during office hours. Also I would like more events that gives residents a chance to meet other residents in the community.

So far I really enjoy living at Waterford forest. Noise heard from neighbors is a little higher than I'm used to at other places I've lived. Parking can be somewhat of an issue depending on the time, just glad I'm in an end building where there is extra parking next to it. However, overall satisfied so far!

So far so good. The parking situation can be a little better. Pest control can be a available more often. My apartment looks out to the woods and when I open my window small creatures crawl into my apartment. There is a small opening at the bottom of my door and I believe creatures are crawling in that way as well.

My experience has been pretty good. The staff is terrific!!!The start of my stay was horrific with the apartment not having been cleaned at all the appliances still there from the previous occupants. I felt the there should have been some part of my first month's rent refunded or creditted to my account. The staff did respond well, but I shouldn't have had to deal with cleaning my apartment BEFORE I moved in.

I love living here.It is beautiful,clean and in a perfect area for shopping. I can walk to krogers. If I could not drive for what ever reason at least I can walk. It is so quiet that some times I think that I am the only one who lives here. I just wish that I could sign a longer lease because I have no intentions of leaving.

I have been in Waterford for 8+ years. It has been great. My concerns were promptly addressed with adequate followup and feed back loops. You are on the right track. The current team is great. It would be great if Waterford can start a guest facility where guests can be accommodated upon advanced booking by the residents

Apartments staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance guys always there when you need them. They respond very quick to all my requests. Very satisfy with the location, the apartments are nice and spacious, the pool is wonderful and safe.

-overcharge trash -pest control doesn't come to my apartment but I get charged for it-maintenance came uninvited into my apartment -get billed to get a bill -trash is eyesore at front of the complex -office staff is friendly especially. Meredith

Ive lived here for two years. I am about to sign another lease for one more. It has been quiet, great neighborhood. I am not afraid to go home late at night because i know that i am safe. Nice neighbors. Friendly staff. I would recommend living here.

Waterford Forest is a quiet community, which is nice because it's a nice break from the noise of the city, but it's close to everything. The apartment staff is nice and professional, even if they have rotated through a couple of staff members in the time since I've been here. My apartment faces the woods and my bug problem is to be expected, but pest control is quick to come out and take care of them. My apartment is nice and spacious, I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but all of Cary really is, so it really washes out!
