My experience at this community so far is satisfactory. The apartment was recently renovated, the staff is personable, the upkeep, the amenities, the physical location are satisfactory elements of apartment living. The only drawback I find bothersome, are the added fees (water, trash, pest control & especially cable) to my (base)rent.

Everything has been great so far. Apartment was clean and the staff was helpful with moving in. Grounds are clean and the clubhouse are extremely nice and up to date. The only concern I have at this point this that the apartment above makes a lot of nice. Not sure if it is kids or what but there is a lot of banging and jarring.

Good Supporting stuff and really they are helpful. I am very happy to stay in this community. One suggestion on GYM : Can you arrange a Aux cable in GYM so that we can play our own music while we working out lot of we have listen FM only .I would be helpful and great

My overall experience in this community has been satisfactory. I have two complaints: 1) the age of the appliances, fixtures and cabinets; that I am forced to pay cable as part of my rent. Because of my personal financial restrictions I would rather have the option to pay cable.

As a new resident I have worked with an extremely caring office staff. I am very pleased with the condition of my apartment as well as the grounds and amenities. My minor service request was completed very quickly. Everyone I have come into contact with in the community has been very friendly.

So far I have really enjoyed staying at Waterford forest apartments. You get a lot if space for your money, and all the staff I have encounterd are pleasant and very helpful. They're always quick to handle any problems residents by sending out informative notices to your entire building.

Never move her you will hate everything about the place. The staff don't know there job. We lost $300 worth of food there was mold in the house n our neighbors got taking out by SWAT. Never move here and never let anyone talk u in to move here. Thks

Very quiet and clean, neighborhood is close to shopping area and supermarket. Nice amenities such as the pool area and de gym, also the staff us very professional and diligent to resolve any issues that residents may have. Decently maintain and very good price for rent on he area.

We have been here for almost a year and have enjoyed the amenities very much. The 24 hour fitness center and raquetball court are very nice. The plus shaped pool is nice too. We have had some issues with noise since the walls are so thin and other complaints, but the office did handle the issues, some more slowly than others like 6 months later but most have been prompt.

Office staff is pretty good about most things. My apartment is damp, moldy and in need of new carpet and windows. Old appliances. Most renters are friendly. Grounds are kept up pretty well. Laundry facilities are decent and pretty inexpensive compared to local laundramats.

Have rarely had any issues. Staff and maintenance have always been courteous. Only issue I have ever had were windows needing to be replaced because seal was broken and condensation all over windows so I couldn't see out.

Have had a good experience overall. Nothing much to complain about. Suggest improving parking availability for residents in front of their buildings; especially in snow/rain. Visitor parking can be marked away from the buildings and numbered parking can be given to residents limiting 2 per apartment (so more 2 car owners can be encouraged to park away from buildings). Stricter implementation of pest waste removal and keeping pets on leash may be required.

Worst experienced which I didn't expected from this apartment as I stayed here for 3 years earlier ( from 2013 to 2016). I was given with apartment which is not even cleaned professionally. Service is not good now. and the leasing office response is not good. I was told about referal bonus when I inquired. but they are not ready to give that referral bonus now. I didn't expect this anytime from this apartment staff.

I just signed my lease going into my third year. A great community. Any maintenance issues or concerns (not that there are many) are handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The staff are great and treat their residents with respect. I've had a great experience overall.
