I have had a great experience here so far. We moved in from out of state and had to do everything ahead of time electronically and they were SO accommodating!! They let a friend do a video tour for us, answered my incessant email questions.. it was wonderful. Since being here I have not seen bugs inside, maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable, the office is friendly as can be. I love that they have a quality gym and such a nice pool area! Kinda wish we had hard floors instead of light colored carpet, as it gets so dirty.. but that's my only complaint!

Feel Mandatory cable is not good idea, if I am not interested in cable and I am forced to pay $50 for month. Request you to review this. Except this all looks good and staff is too quick for any maintenance and leasing office receiving friendly manner.

The community is well-maintained. The entire staff is efficient and friendly. My apartment is well-constructed and I feel very comfortable/safe in it. My animals are very comfortable as well. I am very happy with my decision to make Waterford Forest my home.

The rent id high for the quality of the apartment but the pool is very nice, the gym is awesome-there is even a racquet ball court and the community is fairly quiet with how many people live here. I would definitely recommend living here!

I moved here in May, not happy with how the halls look, the noise level, people do NOT pick up their dog poop, the amount of rent Im paying, I feel the keep of the apartment complex should be better than what it is. Cant stand the bugs in the apartment, i was told they're water bugs but to me they look like roaches! The other apartment complex i was in never had the problems im dealing with now, wish i never moved! The office staff & and maintenance staff are great but the upkeep here is horrible! Im not happy at all!

I rented at this community because of the location and the friendliness of office staff. The apartments are older, but they are well maintained and the maintenance staff is always very prompt with problems.The location is great, with many great amenities within the community. Everyone I have met within the complex is very nice. One thing is at night around the complex is very dark in certain areas.

We recently moved into this apartment. The move in process has been smooth. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly. The apartment is a little old but well maintained. Unit has a indoor washer and dryer and lots of closet space. Overall we like it.

Pleasant move in experience and very helpful staff. Not a fan of having to pay for cable. Took extensive time to hook up cable and internet. The size of the dog park is great but there is poor lighting making it not ideal at night. No fire extinguisher on premises.

Love living at Waterford apartments. Love the green walk ways near by, the spa like pool, the gym, Raquet ball court an any more. The apartment is located in a great area, everything is within 15 minute drive. Can also walk to grocery store and local restaurants.

Nice Green community. Friendly and smiling staff always who respond to requests immediately. Nice gym and well maintained swimming pool. Even though the community is relatively old, the staff and the residents seem to have a positive attitude and make the community even brighter.

Excellent location within Cary, North Carolina. Great facilities such as pool, gym, and inner office all located within Waterford Forest Circle. Good maintenance team, everything fixed and replaced within a timely manner. Only one dumpster for whole complex - can be a bit vexing. Located within a 5 minute walk from the Cary Greenway! Never hear the next door neighbors through the wall.

All together the ladies at the front office are super helpful and amazing. I only have a problem with the bugs and the guys that fix my stuff because they didnt fix it correctly. They fixed it 3 times. The first 2 didnt fix the problem overall just stopped my faucet from dripping for a day. The next day they came in they fixed the problem but my hot water is cold and my cold water is hot. Thats The stupidest thing ive ever seen

Great location in Cary, NC, convenient to everywhere we go. Great amenities offered at the complex. Complex is extremely crowded, surrounded by very noisy neighbors all around us (especially above us on the top floor).

Kayla has been nothing but pleasant to work with. She knew the struggle we had been going through with finding a place to live and got us taken care. When we moved in there was no washer and dryer yet and she took excellent care of us by providing a card loaded for the wash room near the office. So far we are extremely happy with living here!
