So far I'm happy but it's only been 2 days so time will tell more. I do have a broken cabinet and will be calling to have it .fixed and the toilet runs sometimes then shuts off. Kids up stairs noisy in the morning I get up early though so not that bad..

I'm impressed with the maintenance and landscaping done here. It feels good to come home. The residents here are nice and we'll mannered. The staff is the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend Waterford Forest to anyone.

Typically great service . Staff is courteous friendly and generally helpful. Grounds need better landscaping and general upkeep. Safe and secure area with great location! Lighting around buildings and in parking lots is horrible though.

I have been happy with the quick resolution time for the tickets I have had to enter, which have all been very minimal so far. The staff is always friendly and prompt when you need to go to the office. I never hear any noise through the walls, the only thing that I am disappointed about is the severity of the thudding I get from the floor above me. This is to be expected when living in an apartment though.

This apartment complex is beautiful! The apartments are layed out very well and the windows are huge! I can't hear any of our neighbors- even the ones with dogs. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new home!!!

We recently moved in, and have found the complex to be clean and very well-maintained. We seen to be close to many things to do and places to see. Maintenance had been very helpful, as has the front office staff. We moved out of state without seeing the apartment, and have been very pleased.

Very nice and helpful office staff, exceptional amenities including Racquet ball court and theater room. Our unit has new washer and dryer, new Carpet and fresh paint. The ceilings have a nice clean texture not the nasty popcorn type. There were a few small areas that needed attention that they are in process of carrying for but overall we are pleased with Waterford Forest.

Rough start to move-in with some maintenance issues, but staff was always incredibly quick with fixes and repairs. Very friendly and helpful property management team. The location is great for shopping and restaurants, but the complex is tucked back enough that it remains quiet.

It is a nice community with a great staff. All the minor issues that I have had from the time I have moved in have been handle in a swift manor to my satisfaction. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. I would gladly recommend this property to a friend.

Staff is friendly and competent, grounds are best anyone could do under the circumstances (rain, NC), could be a little tidier but I am talking the occasional cigarette butt- and that is the residents, not the staff. (I hate cigarette butts@!!!!)

Overall the area is nice the apartment itself is outdated. After getting the keys the overall cleanliness of the apartment was a not really clean.Apartment sinks and towel bars and toilets are to low maybe 17 years ago this was a handicap apartment at one time.I would recommended the community but not the old apartments they are out dated and need a lot of attention.

Rent goes up every year, service is poor, they seem to intentionally rent to smokers all around me, even though I'm severely allergic. Smoking neighbors love to harass non-smokers. Management sides with smokers. Dog poop everywhere despite provided trash cans and marked areas. Rent has gone up $300 a month since moving in. They force you to have and pay for cable tv as part of monthly fees due with rent whether you want it or not. Water bill is fraudulent, as they charge at least $20/month every month *whether you were out of town for 3 straight months w/no leaks and the ice maker off - same water bill as if you are there. Some months water bill is ridiculously high, even with no change in usage. They just mark service requests 'done' in the online portal and do nothing many times.

The staff and maintenance team has been great. They go above & beyond to help you. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The pool, racket ball room, laundry room, gym, park are clean and easy to access. The community is nice and well managed. Everything you need is in walking distance. Great schools. My daughter is going to Cary High School and it's one of the best schools in NC. I definitely recommend living room.

I have only lived at the complex for a short time, and I have found that everything is neat and tidy. I just wish that 1 day a week the office had a late night for those of us who work 9-6am and weekends. I had a package sitting in the office for over a week before I could get it.

I have told you about my experience while living in this community a few time prior to today's survey. the surround area is nice because of the stores and restaurants in this area. The grounds are pretty and well maintained however the neighbors are often very loud & too many bugs & old furniture @ the dumpsters.

I have only been in my apartment for 4 days. It would have been 5 except my particular unit was not turned over/cleaned properly. However, Regional management has tried their (her) best to resolve the issues and so far has gone above and beyond and so far has succeeded. It now depends on if they can get the mold of the ice maker, which i have been told should be done by the end of the first week.

Residents and staff are very friendly-- two of my neighbors offered to help when I was moving in. By day three I knew all of my neighbors names. This rarely happens in apartment complexes anymore; great community. Apartment was very clean upon move-in and maintenance requests were minimal. Right next to a nice shopping center.

The Rent increases went from 685 to 720 to 760 and now 810 and this is my last year here. I have a tenant above me and she walks so hard that sometimes it will wake me up. In the winter, I have to put up plastic on the windows and doors in order to keep the heat in because it gets cold and heat escapes out the cracks and runs up the electric bill.
