Overall I love the area and staff, the one area is not anything against the staff for property. I think the walls may be thiner than what I'm used to. I can hear my upstairs neighbors pretty clearly to the point I can almost perfectly hear the music they are listening to. Not sure if it's the building or the neighbors themselves.

I love it here. Maintenance is very responsive and they keep the place looking great. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Susan, who has always been extremely helpful when I have a question or an issue.

I have been living here for past 1 month and my experience has been mostly good, with few maintenance issues. The location is really good with everything you may need, within 2-3 miles. Apartment are pretty spacious.

Everything is great. The apartments are good, the staff is helpful. Freshly renovated, excellent conditions around the house: swimming pool, playground, shops. Lots of trees around and walking areas (as a mother with a baby stroller, this is very important to me). I recommend this residential complex to everyone!

We love our apartment and find the property and amenities are well maintained. We appreciate the welcome our dog has received and she enjoys all the green areas around us. The gym and pool are excellent facilities. The staff is professional, responsive and friendly.

Unresolved 27 reported HVAC Issues, portable units cause power surges, broken unit leaking causing water damage to floor and walls. On-site Management stated do not call complaining or venting, you do know what venting mean. In a management position that is No way to speak and or address your tenants. No understanding and empathy. One should put themselves in the shoes of others and I will guarantee then they would be more empathetic of situations. At least 4 changes in office staff and 5 different changes in on-site maintenance within 5yrs. Loud bar music from 7 pm to 1am

I have had this problem ever since I moved it. It has not been fixed. And everytime someone comes into my house they always leave the lights on our leave the door unlocked. Unacceptable to respect someone else place of living.

I love it here. Susan and Tracey are very helpful and the environment is beautiful. The activities they come up with are fun and a great way to meet the community. The apartments are very luxurious and cozy.

As an older resident I grew owning real estate so moving back in to a multifamily setting is not my best idea. Overall, the resident here CV keep themselves, and I firmly believe construction is a big issue with apartments. The owners do not put the money into consideration for their tenants for noise between floors.

I appreciate the staff, but the company that owns the property charges way too much for aging apartments that have sparse amenities. Each year rent goes up much more than my yearly raise in pay, so it's difficult to keep up if you're a single person. The amenities aren't always available or working properly, but you're just supposed to just be understanding about that. Yet if you're late picking up a package delivered to a storage locker that, you're charged $3.00. It's just a frustrating system in many ways.

Last week I put a work order in for my mailbox at 4:15, by 4:20 Juan called me to let me know he was on his way to fix it and a few minutes later followed up with another phone call letting me know he and Tracy had completed it and if I have any other issues to let him know. I was very appreciative of the friendliness, communication, and the extremely fast response to my work order. Thank you.

Very comfortable and safe. Located in a great part of Cary - central to several popular restaurants and extremely close to downtown. The staff are great and communication is wonderful. Requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone wanting a place to call Home! :)

My experience as a resident in Town Station has been fantastic. That is why I don’t move from here, not in anytime soon. I love everything from this community. My priority is safety and I feel very safe in here. Also, the staff as well as the maintenance guys are always here to help us in anything that we need to make our living more pleasant. Our apartment is very cozy, it has a lot of light, close to the parking, I like the rooms layout, the balcony is spacious and secured, pool is great, everything is very organized, communication from the staff and residents is simply great. Also, location and price are excellent. We have been very happy living in this community.

Everything is great except for the tenant above me who drops heavy weights day and night. I have reported him since i lived here but he doesn't get it that this is a shared living space. I am an elder and don't like making waves too much but need my rest and not to be startled out of my skin when he is lifting weights.

The community is very nice and the staff is great. Unfortunately the apartments are build w no insulation so noise level for the apartment above is extremely disconcerting. The people are not doing anything wrong just not built well so we hear Everything.

It’s the best community to rise kids and safe for family. I can literary walk at night without any worries, its easy to access grocery stores like food lion and costco( Apex road). The amenities are super!!

I been leaving here at the Town Station Apartments for 5 weeks, so far it’s been great, just what I was hoping for, a nice location, a very nice , professional and helpful lease team,a nice community, good neighbors, relaxing environment , close to downtown Cary, schools and shops.
