Tour went great however the move-in process did not. A walk through wasn't provided however the office staff and management were nice. My unit looked NOTHING like the model unit. The model unit was obviously renovated and the unit I was given keys to live in wasn't. There were also a number of issues with the apt. I didn't move one thing into the unit and contacted management to share my concerns. I am being given the option to back out and get part of my money back. App and admin fees apparently are non-refundable even in this situation. I did leave a voice message with corporate but haven't received a call back. Make sure you see the unit you'll be in BEFORE giving your money.

Only been in two days so far everything is good love my apartment love the amenities the apartment are clean the lawn is clean. Move in was really easy the staff was on point with keeping me updated on things.

Everyone in the leasing office at Lumeo is so friendly and attentive. The properly is clean and well managed. My new apartment is wonderful! I believe it is a few years old but it seems like it was just built yesterday.

"Angela gave me a virtual tour of the 3-bedroom apartment, and it was excellent, especially since I'm deciding to relocate to another state. She was kind, patient, and provided all the information I needed. She also made me feel very comfortable about moving with my two daughters, as she's going to look into some schools that would be great for them. I appreciate her service. Customer service is key, and she has that."

Great tour with Irmabelle

I had a tour with Irmabelle March 29th and I really enjoyed it! She was very kind and knowledgeable which made the tour 10 times better. She sent me the breakdown immediately after the tour which I’ve never known for apartments to do. I highly recommend working with Irmabelle and I cannot wait to be a resident.

Amazing place of living , with 24/7 open gym, great pool area. As well as attentive and aware staff member who have great communication and super nice and friendly ! If you love Peace and a great view , this is the right place !

The location is great. It's not right beside the highway, a lot of retail stores and entertainment around like TjMaxx, Starbucks, Restaurants, Top Golf, Ikea and more. Irmabelle was amazing, she went through every detail, answered all the questions we might have, followed up, was not pushy at all like other complexes that instantly start "joking" welcome home or when we're done with the tour you can just start the application right away in the office if needed. Instead Irma said "hopefully you choose us to be your next home and please call if any other questions". The apartment 2.1 1 was what got us, the show room was top, and the renting apartments looked just as nice. Great touring experience!

This community is very quiet and diverse, it is a gated community and the office is open on weekends. The community appears to be safe and secure. Cleaning crew is also available twenty four hours for assistance.

It is an excellent complex. I am considering living in Charlotte for the first time. I currently live in New Jersey and loved the hospitality they provided me. Mrs. Irma is very professional and she explains every detail with a lot of love. I haven't applied yet because I found cheaper ones. but it is in my top 3 of those that I have in consideration to start my new life in NC.

Great so far , I feel super safe the staff was amazing so far! Not really many complaints parking is always easy ! Wish we had carts to help when have to walk from the parking to our apt with groceries etc? but other then that super quite area and super clean!

It's been quite unsettling as I've come down to the lobby with non residence sleeping on the amenities, car break ins, propped open doors, poor management personnel. Property feels unsafe and as if they are allowing low income individuals/families to live here who don't respect rules or the property overall

Love the community and apartment but there were a few minor damages in the apartment, which I addressed, just don't to be the blame whenever I move out. There were a few crime incidents around the complex, it would nice if someone can clean up the glass on the roads after these incidents. Staff is friendly and has been a great help so far. Neighbors are friendly. Good vibes. Close to everything, convenient. I feel comfortable living here.
