It's fine! I especially appreciate having the use of an elevator and being able to park in a covered parking garage. Over all, it's a very nice community. The staff respond to any issues very quickly.

Sometimes very good other times fair. Good, fair and interested Management is important, and unfortunately the recent Manager who just moved to another location, Donna, was an inconsistent Manager. I do think that most of the staff tries to do their best, however, the level of customer service and quality expertise has not always been practiced.

Nice property, unit needs painting and new blinds. This maintenance request was ha died promptly..Lack of.communication w maintenance issues like elevators, trashchutes and the fountain. Have been responsive to.maitenance request in my unit.

Iam quite happy here. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance and office staff are all very nice and helpful. I find the amenities and common area all updated and well maintained. I am quite happy and intend to stay

I don't recommend it, very bad quality, the apartments, the air conditioners don't work and the administration just turns a blind eye there is a lot of garbage in the parking lots little maintenance and the gates are garbage they almost never work the controls are deteriorating

There are Pest/ roaches in apartment that need serious attention. I also asked that doors be repainted. There is an intensity around timely payment I would appreciate the same toward request. Also, I enjoy the space but expect service as well.

MAA South Park is great and suits my needs very well. The secluded nature and style of the complex in particular are key aspects of my positive experience. I would like to see some improvements to the reliability of the front gates that seem to be falling apart and neglected or simple not working more often than not. We need to get rid of that odd structure with the weird rope thing in the gym to make room for actual usable equipment such as a more versatile cable machine with lat pulldown functionality (no, the existing cable machine is not sufficient for this). I have to ask, what's the deal with the giant chess set next to the tennis court? It's no secret that the area is a massive waste of space, it's time to pull the trigger on a small area for dogs which doesn't have to take up that entire section but you need to meet us halfway with that space. Lastly, please fix the property map on the website so we can actually tell what available apartments we're looking at.

I love living here at MAA SouthPark! All the staff are great, it is quiet, and the amenities offered are excellent. We are also close to shopping, medical facilities, and a myriad of all levels of restaurants.

The MAA Southpark community is beautiful and set in the heart Southpark. Restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance- including Southpark Mall. The office staff is incredibly friendly as is the maintenance crew.

So far, it's been a great experience. Management and maintenance are both very responsive. It's relatively easy to get to all the amenities I need to, and the location is great. The community is pretty active, too, so it doesn't feel like a dead area

Experience has been pleasant, it is a clean well kept community (for the most part). My experience with the apartment I rent has been positive. If the apartments in the community are anything like mine, they are nice, clean, modern homes. Haven't had any issues with any one. Only a couple of easily fixed problems in the apartment itself, nothing major. Maintenance is usually pretty quick and very professional.

I really love a lot of things about living here. I will say, I wish the building numbers were a little more understandable. I have constant issues with packages being delivered to the wrong building and I wish there was a better way to give directions throughout the community.

It's been a pleasant experience for the most part. The thing that gets us the most is the setup for package deliveries. Amazon/UPS/Fedex can be pretty lazy and don't always deliver to the right home..

This is my fourth year at MAA Southpark and I love it. Maintenance issues are handled immediately. Darlene and Donna in the office are simply the best. They treat you like actual people not just a renter in their community. I have no complaints in my 4 years.

since I've been living here, ALWAYS the walking doors does not close properly! where is the sense of gated community? is really so hard just change it? I've been doing my dog walking at night some times very late and I noticed the walking door in the main entrance is not CLOSED

It's gone down hill a lot since I've moved in. The trash compactors break a lot, the elevator being down for 4 weeks is very very very inconvenient with zero compensation feels very inconsiderate to us. You take away our elevator for a month and don't offer any form of compensation on our rent? We pay for these things and can't use them. The hallway has cotton swabs, cat throw up, and trash from my neighbors for the last few weeks. My upstairs neighbors bang, stomp, slam things onto the floor, vacuum at 2am etc making it absolutely miserable to live here. It's just not a "luxury" experience for the price we pay.

We moved into MAA South Park because of it's location and safety. The units are spacious. Moving in was very easy and straightforward. The community is quiet and offers great access to everything. I think you have a lot of value for the price.

It's been pretty good, my only complaint is that packages have been stolen, I wish they would get the package lockers, I had a extremely important package stolen off the 4th floor, we had the guy on camera too and I filed a police report

This is a well-maintained, safe and quiet community. We love the maintenance crew that keeps everything running smoothly. We also enjoy the pool in warm weather, and the convenient access to shops nearby. I wish the kitchen had a better exhaust fan, and that we could recycle.

Great community located within walking distance to food and entertainment. The two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is spacious. Community is well maintained and the staff is very responsive to any maintenance needs. A very safe community to live.

This is my second apartment that I have lived in at MAA south park. I am very happy with the property and the staff here. Any issues are dealt with very quickly with the maintenance crew and the property is kept very clean and inviting.
