I moved to Cotswold Overture apartments in April 2020. I’m very happy here. This property is very well maintained. The people here are very friendly. The activities coordinator provides lots of fun activities weekly. The management team and the maintenance team are very accommodating.

I always tell friends about Overture since moving to Charlotte! I will be here 4 years on January 30, 2025. Due to still working I am gone a lot and haven't been able to mingle or get to know a lot of people, but do like my next door neighbors a lot. I hope to be here until "death do I part"!!!!!

It is a fun place to live, where you can make many friends. Everything is within 3-4 blocks: shopping center, restaurants, doctors, vet, dentist, banks. The parties are a lot of fun. You get to meet and greet other residents.

We love this community. The only complaint we have is the noise from the traffic on Randolph Road as our apartment is on Randolph Road. Really can't enjoy sitting on our large balcony because of the noise, we have to yell or wait for no traffic which is hardly never during the time we would like to sit outside. Kathleen and Jesse

I like the fact that, for the most part, the residents here are very friendly. There are plenty of activities to participate in and they are well planned. The original management team was very professional, but since has been spotty at times. The reason I will not recommend this facility to others at this time is that the common areas of the facility are not appropriately cleaned.l For example, hallways in the buildings have not been vacuumed for months.

Wonderful Apartments

We have a wonderful community here at Overture Cotswold. Our lifestyle coordinator, Bria, is so creative and caring. She provides fun monthly social activities that truly supports a sense of community here. We also have many resident led activities that embrace and celebrate our diversity and sense of humanity. We are so fortunate to live in such a welcoming and engaging apartment complex.

This is a great place to live! The property is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, there are a lot of activities on site, and the residents are friendly as well. They publish a resident directory at least once a month that has each resident’s name, photo, apartment number, phone number, email address, and birthday (with the resident’s permission of course) and it is alphabetical by first name of the resident. As a result, this is more of a community than just an apartment complex.

The maintenance was quick to get here but unable to get the job done due to not having the replacement part. It has been over a week and the replacement ice maker is still not here. That is unacceptable.

I think for the most part it's been pretty good. I don't care that you require a minimum number of characters. That's your problem. This is why I don't complete these surveys, and why a number of other people don't as well. So whatever "nut job" came up with this ideal, replace them.

It is a very friendly, clean place with a lot of amenities. The staff is friendly, the residents are cordial and everyone is willing to help. Everyone goes the “extra “ mile, especially maintenance. The best is always done .

Disappointing, unprofessional, put out, disrespected, misinformed. This property is too big for such a small narrow piece of land. Crowded and claustrophobic. 55 +? Active? Not true. No prescreening of residents. 5 managers in my 2 years here. Cheap appliances and finishes. For the $2,200 I paid? The pool should have been heated. Noisy Randolph rd side! It’s built right on the street w only a sidewalk in between.

The management staff Terrika Howard, Monica and Nicole is professional and accommodating. The maintenance team leader Mr. Terry is professional. Ms. Bria is wonderful, she always plans funfilled community activities for the residents. The morning breakfast are delicious. The grounds is beautiful. Overture Cotswold is a great place live! I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice apartment. I am very happy here. It has a lot of things to do and a lot of events going on. You can choose to be a part or not, it is up to you. Parking is good. The staff is friendly and always very helpful.

The pool issue has not been resolved. Why can't the pool be cleaned earlier or at night so that residents can swim earlier in the morning in the summer. It is very hot by the time the o\pool is available for pool swimmers.

Living here for over 3 years and just signed another lease. Present staff is responsive and caring. Seems like staff turnover is frequent due to a variety of reasons. Complex can use more physical events like shuffleboard and horseshoes courts.Complex is very full right now and some events have a good turnout. I think more varied events might get other people out to experience life here and to meet more people.
