I have enjoyed my experience so far at Novel Stonewall Station. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my apartment is cozy and quiet. The only negative thing that I have started to notice is that sometimes the elevators and grounds are unkept due to pets.

Some challenges as a new community/building. Location and amenities are great. But customer service could be better, especially for the cost to live here. As a new resident I had hoped for a better move in experience.

I have found living here to be exceptional. The location is convenient to all the major spots in downtown and can walk to work as well as networking and client meetings. This is a fairly new building so there have been "growing pains" with construction, etc. that are coming together, but the building staff and concierge bend over backwards to make sure the residents are taken care of and address issues quickly and always with a positive attitude which makes the overall experience here very enjoyable. I had a maintenance issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. The rooftop pool and clubhouse has the best views in the city. This is a high end building and the staff and concierge reflect that; they are always responsive, pleasant and effective at responding to requests. The residents here also seem to be very professional, friendly and across the board on demographics, which makes for a interesting and welcoming community. I genuinely feel the staff here personally cares about each resident and will go out of their way to make your living experience here as enjoyable as possible.

I've not had the best experience to be quite frank. The mail situation is a nightmare. I've been given the wrong package 3 times. The last incident has caused my neighbor to give me attitude. I had a situation with one of the front office staff over a parking sticker. There is debris in the parking garage which cause a friend to trip. The apartment fixtures are cheap and have had to place 3-- service requests in under 3 months. The dog park is very stinky and needs a divider for large and small breeds as some dogs are very aggressive. If you'd like to know more, please feel free to call me. Thanks.

It has been an awesome place to live. We have the most beautiful swimming pool in town. Excellent gym which is open 24 hours. Easy access, and I mean in the same building, to the Whole Foods supermarket and the stonewall train station. We even have a walk-in dog park on the 10th floor terrace.

I like this community. Friendly stuffs and fast maintenance. I like this community location as well. never get bored with this community. Also, I never have trouble with parking lot either not like the other apartment complex. I enjoy stay with community.

The staff was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The tour, application process, move in process, follow ups and everything in between were perfect. I love my new apartment and the maintenance staff was even able to accommodate a few special requests for shelving, etc.

I have only been here a few weeks, but I love it so far. The staff is amazing and the neighbors are really nice and friendly. The decor is a standout as sophisticated but comfortable too and my apartment has all top of the line finishes. So glad I chose Novel Stonewall.

If you chose Novel Stonewall Station you will not be disappointed! The staff and community are amazing! The best views in Uptown! The best pool, gym and rooftop dog park in Charlotte! Also not to mention the everyday events they do for residents!

My experience has been pleasant thus far- the property is beautiful, the finishes are amazing. However, there are a few things poorly designed that make living inconvenient. Had I known what I know after living at the property, I may have considered another community. Or at least given this property more time to develop.

This is a great grade A apartment, and it honestly feels like a hotel. Only bad part is that it is incredibly convaluted to leave the building if you don't live on the side that faces stonewall street.

I feel bad for people living here. Stopped by to ask some how they liked it. All said the same thing. Talked to 3 and 1 was told the pool and gym would open soon and it is months later sketchy. The other 2 were told June 1 and then middle of month. Staff gives no timelines and are quiet about it. It is June 25th and you know these poor people won't even have a pool July 4th weekend. Summer pool time will be half over or worse with no gym or dog park. They have a slab of concrete to walk dogs on. 2 places right uptown with better views at same rate and two months free have a pool and gym on day 1.

Leasing staff is mediocre at best, however building itself is high quality and likely worth the pain. Coincerge staff is helpful but still learning as building is new. Amenities have not yet opened as of June 2018.

Beautiful property and great amenities. 24-hour concierge service is amazing and so convenient - package delivery is key for me. My unit is spacious and has top-of-the-line appliances. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

The only issue I have is construction related. As I have mentioned I was aware construction would still be underway at move in, but it was never mentioned that none of the community amenities wouldnt be available until 2 months after I moved it. It would have affected my decision had I known. I have a 10 year old dog and there is no real green space in walking distance for her. With the community dog park not available until June this is an inconvenience.

I have lived at this community since they first opened last year. There were a few issues with construction delays at first, but that is now well in the past. Everything has been amazing since construction has finished! Staff is always friendly and amenities are the best I have seen in Charlotte. I would highly recommend!

I’ve lived at many apartment communities and Novel Stonewall Station is by far my favorite! The walkability of this location means I never have to drive again. Between having Whole Foods downstairs and a light rail station on the property, there is easy access to anything I need to get to. The 10th floor amenity rooftop is going to be my favorite place to spend summer days. The pool sounds like it’s going to be the absolute best pool in Uptown! I also can’t wait to get a dog and use the fenced in dog park on the rooftop!
