It's close enough to amenities and attractions. The train and scenery around the complex are a bit dull but the apartment is decent. Unfortunately, tenants are extremely irresponsible with dog waste.

Do not recommend. This property is not secure despite being advertised that way. Ongoing issues include broken/removed gates, trash buildup, dog waste, and even a syringe found on-site. I've also experienced safety concerns, including gunshots outside my window. Maintenance is lacking (unfinished basement since April 2025), and the package system is extremely inconvenient?limited to office hours with 24?48 hour delays. Not worth the price.

I thought the apartment complex was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and encouraging, and answered all of my questions. I really like the location, the design and layout of the apartment it was really nice.

Wouldn’t recommend
I recently moved out of this complex at the end of December. Lived here for two years. Loved my apartment itself and maintenance was excellent but leasing/management was subpar. There was no system for packages and there were multiple episodes of theft by residents who lived there as well as homeless people who stumbled in off the street. It got to the point where I stopped mailing anything to my actual apartment, which is crazy. Having to get a PO Box because you can’t get packages delivered without being stolen is ridiculous. There might’ve been one community event every six months if that. Amenities were scarce. Was barely ever able to get anyone in the leasing office on the phone as there was most likely one leasing agent in the building at all times. If I did have interactions with leasing, it was condescending, short, and unprofessional. For example, responding to emails in all lowercase without proofreading or asking for information that has already been submitted three and four times because it was lost or not addressed immediately. I also had to call 911 within my second month of living at this complex for a homeless person who broke into the apartment below me. I mentioned it to management, and there was no communitywide notification as if they wanted to keep it on the hush as with multiple other incidents of package theft and car break-ins in which management often deleted residents postings and their warnings on the community forum for our own information. Leasing office supposedly closed at 6 PM although one of the leasing agents left most days at 5:45 pm meaning residents could not have access to their packages until days later and by then you better hope it was not stolen. So many other things I could name, but I’m afraid I would reach the character limit. Also It’s March 11th (moved out before New years) and I have not received my deposit back or any communication about it; written or emailed. I have called repeatedly and sent emails to which none of them were returned. Absolutely unacceptable and while I would’ve liked to see my money returned in the 60 days I was told it would be returned, I don’t even know if I would ever set foot in that leasing office again due to this experience I’ve had. Communication wasn’t great while I lived here so I’m not surprised, but I did not think I was going to have to beg for a response about money I am owed back. I know I will receive the generic response of “ Please contact our office with any concernsâ€�, but they probably won’t answer so that won’t be helpful. I would not recommend living here unless you are absolutely desperate.

My move in process was very easy, Mrs. Shunda was very helpful throughout the entire process. As well as Mrs. Olivia. I was able to get the unit size I needed and the floor level that was asked. I appreciate both ladies so very much. Any service request needed upon move in have been completed swiftly. So far so good!

I moved here the beginning of October and Quashawnda was so professional and helpful throughout the process. We moved into a Loft unit and at first some things were off regarding the smell from the last tenant and Quashawnda did everything in her power to ensure that the smell gets handled and we got accommodated.

The apartments are nice but don't expect to know any prices based on looking at the website, it likely has not been updated and you will look silly with expectations. The model apartment was well decorated and the pool is shaped oddly.

They did a good job installing my shower head. And I don't have any trouble anymore. Everything was fixed. They did everything I had asked for. So I'm happy and thankful. I left the instructions and the follow all the instructions.

Please train your staff they don't know anything literally anything. I did homework before vising community and I had better knowledge than staff. She does not know about size of apartments, which is available or not, when is available, rent, promotions. Highly Awful!

LaShay is a wonderful agent. Shes kind and accommodating while still being incredibly funny. She is engaged and attentive. 10/10 would recommend! Ive worked in customer service since 2007 and I am very much impressed.

I decided to live here because it was less expensive than the places nearby and it's 10 minutes away from my work. The only thing that sucks about living here is how strict the late fees are seriously if I ever were to leave this apartment building, it would be because of the system in place and how unfair it seems. if you expect people to pay each month on time, make sure the software is stronger than it is and make sure the alert system gives you options to text customers letting them know there are issues with the payment before they get all the extra fees just make it fair. That's not a hard ask.

I loved everything about this apartment community. Alexus was of big help and because of her I am leaning towards this community. The community is very peaceful and quiet as well, I loved the pool and the amenities, and I will be back to tour again.

Everyone is kind and courteous. The property is well maintained, except for some of the street lights, which falls on the power company, not management. I enjoy the community events. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the dishwasher and refrigerator.

had mold and staff gave poor communication and offered 500 dollars. A month later, I was given a New unit. The new unit smells like pet urine. The carpet was not properly cleaned. I will not renew my lease.

Jateah seemed very uninterested in showing us the apartment to the point where she showed us one that was not what we asked to see. She then tried to convince us it was but clearly it was not according to the differences in the floor plan online vs what we physically saw. I'm not sure if it's because it was raining or because she was not at her normal property as she stated but the whole interaction felt rushed and chaotic and in the end was shown the wrong floor plan.

Hi I just moved in the Oliver apt and the staff there are the nicest people they help everything Ms Olivia and Ms Lea best Manger ever ?? them both and not let's forget the maintenance team Mike helped me unpack my car I thought was that the nicest thing of Mr. Mike did. I tell you if are looking for very beautiful place live look at The Oliver Apts you want be disappointed. I'm not love it and only been here 2 days. Thanks Guys Olivia Lea Mike.
