This place is a dumpster

It’s been 6 months and I can’t wait to get out of here. It’s a dumpster, they do not clean the buildings, only building 1 because that’s where the office is located. The elevators are filthy, the grounds are awful, trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere and the dog waste bins are overflowing, no one ever cleans it. The dumpster in the back of building 2 is disgusting, so much trash it’s overflowing into the hill on the other side, the recycle hasn’t been picked up for 2 weeks now. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT RENT HERE.

    It was good in the beginning but the apartment complex is going downhill. Dirty, non working amenities, no street lights working, water damage to the floors, etc. Very disappointed to be paying for luxury when the luxury is not there. I'm probably going to be moving from this apart complex as soon as possible. Too many ridiculous changes.

      Missing the Mark

      While the staff is lovely, there are several things missing the mark for a brand new building. 1) most new buildings have video access control, Oliver uses a very old fashioned system that doesn’t work well. 2) package room is a mess, no rhyme or reason 3) Other than the lobby, the buildings are dirty, in need of cleaning.

        Rocky experience moving in, but problem was swiftly taken care of. Love the on-site staff. They are amazing, especially the Property Manager. Units are overpriced for the location where they are located. The area is a gentrification zone that has not been improved yet. There is no sound proofing between the units, so I hear my upstairs neighbors all day. My packages also have got stolen multiple times, since we do not have a package system.
