Loved the staff when I first moved in, however it seems as if they go through a lot of turnover. I pay way too much money to deal with the issues I have faced this past year. I pay1200+ a month for a 756sq ft apt, however I deal with people from surrounding business smoking cigarettes under the shade of my front door, firing alarms going off at 12 Am, children riding scooters and rolar blading up and down my hallway, none stop screaming of children in the summer, and a pool area that is taken over by cannon balls, diving games, floats, splashing, and continuous yelling when I'm trying to enjoy my days off. I feel as if I love at the YMCA. I work in pediatrics so I love kids but this has gone way too far. If you are looking for a place to relax then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Wow, what a great place to live. The amenities this property provides are out of this world compared to the other apartment communities in the area. The property management staff always followed up with me immediately and took action if I ever had an issue. The pool/courtyard area offered a fire pit and full-service grills that I used quite frequently for anything I wanted to grill. The fitness facility was probably my favorite aspect - the equipment/machinery & olympic free weights were high-quality enough that I didn't have to buy a gym membership anywhere. I could always walk to anywhere I wanted to in Cameron Village within minutes. The easy access to Harris Teeter is a huge plus. I would definitely live here again if I had the chance.

The current staff at this complex have been completely unhelpful with regards to processing noise complaints and issues with various problems with the individual unit, as well as community wide problems. If you enjoy a community that gives you the feeling of living in a college dorm, complete with incredibly noisy neighbors, an RA figure that isn't of much use, and even 1am fire alarms, this is the place for you.

A great looking building and complex but having moved in we are very unhappy with a lot of little things. There is currently a fire alarm deafening me and it is 2am, this has happened a lot and is a regular occurrence. You can hear your neighbours beside and above you every step or movement even throughout the night. The staff are horrendous, "oh I'll look into that" is their answer for everything, suggestions or even straight forward questions. We've been infested by ants in our apartment, we've had our toilet blocked every few weeks, there is a communal area that was meant to be for free but is now $50 to rent. The storage units I enquired about were $30 and when I confirmed I wanted one a week later they increased the price to $50 a month. Seems to be a lot of penny pinching going on that in the long run will have a high rate of staff and tenant turnover

Great community, nice people, very clean, awesome location, all the amenities you would every need, safe enclosed parking area, residents of all age ranges, feels like home, pool is amazing, love the vibrant energy of the building in the middle of Cameron Village, not too close/not too far away from downtown

Great service and great amenity package. Pool area and common areas are especially nice! Perfect location in the heart of Raleigh's own Cameron Village. Within walking distance to a number of the best stores and eating establishments with the village.

Run, run away. The apartments are beautiful and management does a great job selling them. But as soon as you move in they forget you exist. Maintenance requests are ignored, fire alarms don't work, staff talks about other residents to you, and so much more. I can't wait to move because this place is too expensive for the type of service you'd receive from management.

Great location, nice facility, pretty apartment. You just need to know which unit to choice and which one not to rent. Mine is one if the worst. Can't sleep at night or morning from truck delivery to cleaning staff in the early early morning make extreme noice. Overall nice but pricey if you have the correct unit is good, but for mine I pay way to much to never sleep at night. I sleep most of the time somewhere else as I can't stand it!

Beautiful apartment overall, although I must say that I can't stand the carpets in the bedroom nor the terrible bathtub. Most new buildings nowadays have a walk in shower. The fire alarms have been going off way too often during my almost a year here. Which is not acceptable. Other than that I've been enjoying my stay here

Great when I first moved in, not so great as the months have gone by. Will probably not renew lease. The fire alarms went off several times in the middle of the night when I first moved in, the parking garage door broke, the TVs in the gym go out regularly, someone stole the knob for the outdoor fireplace so no one was able to use it for a while, it's just little things here and there that have really added up. The walls of the building are super thin so you will definitely hear your neighbors TV, music, cooking, cleaning, snoring, etc. The staff was also very friendly when I first moved in but there has been so much turnover that no one down is really proactive in terms of answering emails or questions anymore. I would love to see a new manager put better processes in place and also invest in fixing the building instead of just trying to get new tenants in.

We received a recommendation for the Berkshire Cameron Village from our real estate agent and have been very pleased with the amenities and the seamless process of renting the property. Mr Tyrus Hinton was very accommodating and assisted us.

Fantastic building with all the amenities imaginable. All brand new and extremely clean. Location is prime for all kinds of activities and never have to worry about parking in Cameron Village! Much better than the other new apartment buildings in downtown Raleigh.

Great location, great size of apartment. Nice appliances, great deal regarding pricing compared to other apartments in the area. The only complaint or downside is the level of noise heard from neighbors. The walls and ceiling are extremely thin and can hear steps and stomps of upstairs neighbor.

Great community, they are always very helpful and the amenities are fantastic. We have an amazing pool, a great gym, a demo kitchen (all Viking) and all of our units have state of the art applicants. Thanks so much for being the best community!

Very happy with move-in process. Maintenance issues addressed quickly and efficiently. Overall upkeep of building and grounds could be imroved upon. An example would be...the carpet in the hallways should be cleaned continually. And the trash room on the seventh floor is not cleaned regularly.

I moved in about a week ago and I was coming from Atlanta. The process has been very smooth and so far the community is great! I love the convenience of being able to walk to all of the shops in Cameron Village and the complex is very well kept. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who is new to the area.

Great apartment community! Well lit and well insulated, so noise is minimal. Friendly staff and prompt maintenance service. Grocery store, drug store, and plenty of restaurants and shopping literally in your back yard! Gated parking too!

I completed the Condition List upon moving in. It was emailed a minimum of 4 times to the leasing office, a hard copy was left with leasing office and I discussed issues that needed addressing with 3 different leasing office personnel with NO response. The communication from the leasing/management office is, for the most part, non-existent once I signed the lease and moved in.

It is quiet and well located. I believe it is expensive given the size of the unit, but the location and the newness of the building trumps that. There have been frequent issues with the fire alarm going off at odd hours that are troubling, and with no compensation offered to the residents as we wait out the shaking down of a new building.

Community extremely convenient to restaurants, of several sizes and styles, from casual to formal. Three rare ight here in the building. One can be reached from the main lobby. Private, gated, parking easily reached from main drive in entrance to building.

Wonderful apartment, amenities, location and staff. Folks who did the original design of the building & executed the work were slackers ~ but think they (finallY) are getting all the kinks worked out. Staff has been awesome through all the of initial startup problems.
