I had a great experience with the service team. Eduardo and Naim both came to assist with my dryer and were professional, courteous, and very efficient. They worked together to quickly identify and fix the issue, making sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate their teamwork and the prompt, reliable service!

It's a nice place to live very close to stores, restaurants, crabtree mall, and movie theaters. Office and maintenance people are nice and handle all concerns if you have any very fast. Plus it's a nice area

The apartment itself is nice but I haven't had the best experience with the staff. My car and my friends were also hit in the parking lot with no notes or contact information. My mail was also stolen from the mail room. It hasn't been the worst experience but I do think there's better.

Living here for almost 4 years it is a nice and peaceful neighborhood, near the mall and shopping centers. Every interaction I have had with office and maintenance staff have been great. You can rent the clubhouse out for small events which is extremely nice, I had my baby shower here and it was a hit!

Maintanence staff are always prompt and courteous when taking care of work orders. The maintenance staff and Lauren in the leasing office are the reason I love being a resident at Conclave. They are helpful, friendly and down to earth. I appreciate living in a community with great people.

I started looking for apartments that were convenient for my commute and cost efficient. My tour was good, there were no additional fees placed like many other locations. Since my application was submitted in January, I'm still not certain of the status.

Overall all experience here at Conclave Glenwood has been beyond phenomenal. From office to maintenance, they make sure service is provided at all times. The area is also quiet and very relaxing. Amazing amenities, and schools are close for my children.

Keep looking!

If you would have asked me when I first moved in, this place would have been a 5 star. It seemed to be the perfect first apartment for me but I knew it was too good to be true. This complex is very clean, quiet, well maintained, modern, maintenance is very quick and responsive and the people are kind for the most part. However, the doors and locks have been an issue since I moved in and the website it false advertising when it mentions controlled access buildings. They are lacking security, safety and communication which is huge for me! It seems as if they had everything in place to protect their residents which is why I chose to live here but the system has been down for several months now and there has been NO communication with residents and that is very unprofessional in my opinion. If you are someone who puts safety and communication as your #1 priority, keep looking.

Naim & Victor Get The Job Done

I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling, and contacted the leasing office who put in an emergency maintenance request for me. Within minutes, Naim and Victor were in my apartment figuring out the issue. The left me with clear instructions for the evening and told me they would be back the next morning to take care of it. By 11am the next morning, the issue was fully resolved. Both men were exceptionally polite, courteous, and diligent.

Excellent service from Naim and Victor!!

My boyfriend and I put in a maintenance request and within 16 hours of that request both Naim and Victor were at our door to help! Both men are friendly towards people and animals and show up with a huge smile on their faces! We appreciate all the support and help we receive from them within our community! We feel very lucky to have such a hardworking maintenance team to help us with any issue we may have along the way!

Great place to live

[Incentivized Review] This is the second time I live here, and I have no complaints. The 1B1B small floor plan works great if you live by yourself. Appliances are new, so everything works well and looks great. Hallways are always clean. I have contacted maintenance once, and they are really nice, and do their job fast. Leasing office agents are nice too, and they have solved all my questions, plus Brian was super helpful when moving in. This is a great place to live, it’s conveniently located, and that’s something I love. I did not like that someone painted the baseboards, and they did not dust them before, so they painted over dirt and some other stuff. You can’t notice it, unless you get closer to look for it. but it is a detail I do not like. As someone who enjoys long showers, I feel the hot water does not last enough. However, is only with the shower, have not had that problem with kitchen or bathroom faucets. The house club is huge, I would love if using printer was free though. The gym is okay, is small, and has the basics. So even though, I have these things I would love for the complex to improve, I think conclave deserves 5 stars.

Great Apartments!

[Incentivized Review] I have been living at Conclave Glenwood for 1.5 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. The leasing office team is always friendly and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The amenities here are top-notch! I love the fitness center, pool, and community lounge, which are always well-maintained and easily accessible. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a pleasant environment to relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of living here is the sense of community and location. Great Place to live!

[Incentivized Review] Conclave Glenwood is a wonderful place to live! Although it's kind of tucked away on the side of Glenwood, its actually rather quiet and beautiful-it feels like its own space! Everything is nearby and so easy to drive to. The people here are friendly and the staff are so helpful! I have made full use of all the amenities and enjoyed living here!

Great Location

[Incentivized Review] I love the location of this apartment, it is close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. The property management and maintenance are very reliable and efficient. The design concept of the cabinets and flooring are great and match well with different styles.

Noisy and at risk of having your stuff stolen

[Incentivized Review] The perfect place to call home if you're ok with: the possibility of your vehicle being stolen, or maybe just broken into; being able to hear your neighbors constantly (maybe a layout with the living room/tv directly against the adjacent unit's bedroom wasn't a good idea); being able to hear water running down the walls anytime your neighbors use it; paying for trash pick up but basically never using it - or if you leave the empty bin out past the next morning getting fined for it. This place has so many issues for "brand new & upscale apartments" it isn't funny. The cabinets are losing their lamination so the finish is separating from the actual wood. The fridge is undersized. There are no drawers in the bathroom vanity. The shower doesn't have cut outs to store any of your stuff. The trim and baseboards has builder quality finish at best. There is some good though. Parking is ample. The butterfly app is convenient to let guests or deliveries in. Office staff is nice and pretty helpful. Otherwise, this place is overpriced with far too many problems to charge premium rent. There is no onsite security, no courtesy officer, and basically no cameras. The walls are basic home construction so you can and will hear your neighbors constantly. This is a far cry from upscale that they advertise as.

Living at Conclave

[Incentivized Review] I have loved living at conclave so far. Brayan was very helpful and polite with any and all questions I had upon applying for my studio apartment and when it was time for me to move in. I love how they have elevators to make the moving in process of breeze and bringing up groceries to your apartment easy. I love how all the appliances are brand new from the whirlpool fridge with the water and ice dispenser to the marble countertops to the large sink with a garbage disposal to the big walk-in shower. To the whirlpool washer and dryer It’s all I could ask for not to mention all the people I have coming in contact with around the community have been very nice when I was moving, and I had several people offered to help me carry up some things or even just hold the door for me which I thought was very sweet. I highly recommend moving here. (:

Love it!

I'm on my 2nd lease here and it's been a really great experience. I've lived in several apartments across Raleigh, but this one has been a favorite and I intend to renew a 3rd time. I also have a dog and the complex is very dog friendly with a great gym and dog friendly clubhouse space!
