Great Staff & Complex
This will be our 2nd year living at this complex. The office staff and maintenance have been amazing. If you have issues they are quick to resolve them (thankfully haven’t had many) but still. 10/10 would live here again

Great place and great amnesties and very good people here. And great pool are too It’s really worth the price after all we are in raleigh. A growing area that is getting expensive by the day. If your looking for a great place to live and work this the place to be

Impecable community
Clean, quiet, polite. The staff is amazing. They respond quickly and are attentive to my requests. Maintenance is fantastic. Very polite and resolve issue really fast. I have lived here for a year and I recommend!

They really care about the residents, property and staff!!!!!
The staff are the most friendly, always greeting the residents so kindly and genuinely. The property is always in tip-top condition, clean and well manicured. They also appreciate our pets and keep the property safe for us and them.

Don’t Do it!
This complex lacks accountability . New property management have yet to address 12 CARS being broken into . No security cameras are located around the complex that is a MARKET RATE property. The team has shown they do not care about the residents. Instead the gates for the “gated” community are constantly broken. The residents are not required to clean up after the pets they own. Animal dump constantly let in the elevator lobbies or right outside of the apartment entrance . Before yo spend your money here consider the long term issues. Also the appliances are always breaking and the drywall is thin as ever. Lastly the vinyl flooring lacks underpayment.

Experience so far has been fine. Security was the last priority when building conclave and it shows. The front desk team, maintenance guys, and cleaning ladies are amazing. They work diligently and care about the community.

I would like for this facility to have better parking and visitor parking separate for the residents. I wish we had more amenities and that our leasing office was bigger, furthermore a dog park since.

So far my experience has been fairly good the downfalls I would say are the walls are fairly thin I can hear my next door neighbors while I'm sitting in my apartment. Additionally, as far as amenities I wish there were more dog friendly things such as a dog park and a dog wash station. There are so many dogs in the community and I've heard this same request about others. Also to add onto amenities sometimes it feels uncomfortable to hang out in the clubhouse during business hours because the front desk offices are in the same space and I don't want to be loud and disrupt their space. On a positive note the staff is very nice and maintenance has responded to my request in a timely manner. Also I really like the system that allows guest to call or put in a code to access the gates and buildings without me having to physically open the door. Additionally, the package room is great as I don't have to worry about packages while I'm out.

I didn't sleep good for a whole year due to neighbors above me. I could have went to the top floor but much more money for the same size apt. Nothing can be done about the noisy neighbors so I didn't have peace in my home

The community is perfectly located between downtown and the airport. Very convenient location for shopping, dinning, and exploring RDU. Those who live in the community are very welcoming and kind. It's a very safe environment.

Not good. For the fourth time, my A/C has stopped working. After the warranty repair company supposedly finally took the time to fix it properly, it began freezing up again in less than two weeks after their last visit. They did not fix it. They probably did the same thing again and just recharged the refrigerant. Since they did not fix the refrigerant leak, it started freezing up again, just like all the times before. It's time to offer compensation to me for all of this inconvenience and for not supplying an apartment with a working A/C per the lease agreement. And it's time for someone with RangeWater to do whatever it takes to fix this A/C unit so that it continues working or replace the A/C unit with a new one if it cannot be fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous.
