I've had a wonderful experience living in this community. The leasing team is always available to help and they are super responsive. The building is very well kept and clean. They make an effort to get to know their residents and do a good job with resident events as well, which is helpful as there seems to be a good amount of people who are new to the area in the building.

The location of this apartment complex is perfect. The pool is always in the sun but it is very small. The gym is sub par at best and could have many more machines. The overall apartments are nice but very small kitchens and living rooms. There is constant construction out of my window and it is very loud. There is also a train that comes by every couple hours that will wake you up when you try to sleep. The floors and walls are very think. You will hear your upstairs neighbors every step they take

A great to place to live! Always easy to come and go in the urban life of downtown Raleigh. The staff is courteous and friendly and the maintenance team is quick and efficient when it comes to fixing any items.

Link Apartments have been a wonderful complex to reside in. The office ladies and maintenance crew have been a joy to work with. The apartment complex is a great location to walk yrs restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, tourist locations and bars! Love Love my location if living!

This is a really good apartment with good facilities and really immersed in the downtown Raleigh nightlife, no excuses not to enjoy good moments in the neighborhood, like restaurants, bars and clubs. It promotes also residents? events as a very interesting way to know each other.

Great Community with a staff who cares. From property manager- the maintenance crew, they go above and beyond to making sure this property accommodates tenants. This community is clean and safe. Also, the frequent events the property puts on are always a joy.

Overall, Link is a solid apartment for the price with decent amenities and great location. My car was broken into while living there, but updates were made to security features to prevent that from happening again. Someone neglected to give me a parking sticker upon move-in, so I had to specifically request that. They also frequently enter your apartment for required maintenance and inspections, when it seems like these could be bundled together. Over the 2 years I've lived there, they've entered my apartment at least 12 times, which is far more than any other community I've lived in. The appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc) are somewhat low quality and could definitely use upgrades. Other than that, it's been a nice place to live.

The building is well kept. Leasing office and maintenance team are very responsive. A concerted effort to hold monthly activities for residents is appreciated. Location is perfect for restaurants and activities. The horns of the train traveling throughout the day can be disruptive at times.

Generally, I love living at Link Apartments. The location is perfect for walking downtown, and I think the value of the apartment is good. Also, the maintenance team is wonderful, responsive, and efficient. My only complaint is perhaps the frequency of the regularly-scheduled maintenance plus other activities requiring someone to enter the apartment. It seems as if there is at least one day every month that someone will be entering my apartment at a non-specific time to conduct some sort of inspection or regular required maintenance (air filter replacements, dryer vent cleanings, smoke alarm and sprinkler inspections, battery replacements, pest control, etc.). As someone who does not work from home, I have to make arrangements to secure my pets in a different area on these days, which can be challenging depending on which area of the apartment is being inspected/worked on. It's great that the building and each unit is well taken-care of. I only wish that some of these inspections could be combined or scheduled for a narrower window of time to minimize the frequency of these occurrences.

I have lived at LINK Glenwood South for nearly two years and because of my experience I plan to renew my lease and make it at least 3 years. My experience has been nothing but pleasurable; the apartments are clean, modern, spacious, and inviting. Thanks to the maintenance team the rest of the building and it's amenities are the same. The entire staff is friendly and informative and always a pleasure to work with. Living on the north side of the building, the train and construction can be loud, but that is to be expected in a city growing as quickly as Raleigh and neither LINK nor it's staff can be faulted for that.

The pool is horrible. It pretty much gets no sun especially now that a building is going up next to it. Construction is so loud 24/7. Can't use the grills when pool isn't open. Should update room locks to have updated technology.

Community is nice and ok for the price compared to other apartments in the area. I wish maintenance would take request about appliance issues more seriously or hire a true professional to come in to evaluate the appliance. Love the white cabinets and modern feel in the apartment. The train is noisy and the elevators are slow. Other than that, it's a good apartment to be close to downtown Raleigh on Glenwood.

The overall experience of living in the Link is good. There are always other alternatives but for the location, price and amenities I consider the Link a fantastic option. Being located in downtown within walking distance from everything is the best feature it offers.

The staff has always been excellent. Often tenants, though, are inconsiderate of the shared space, e.g., not cleaning up messes, animal and/or human-made, dumping anything into recycling bins, clogging trash chutes.

The Link has been my home since 2019, and I adore its convenient location near vibrant bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe, providing peace of mind. Despite this, ongoing construction nearby can be quite loud, impacting the overall living experience.

Apartment community is great. Staff is courteous and does good work. Unfortunately, the garage door has been broken for most of the time I've lived here, and the key fobs work sparingly. The dog park also regularly smells of urine, and I would recommend some form of regular cleaning. The apartments are in good condition, but some of the details seem to be falling apart (drawer handles loose, air stopper on doors falling off, baseboards are chipped, etc.) However, I do very much enjoy living here and plan to renew my lease.
